I took my wife's 2014 Honda Pilot and my company series here. My 5 series was in good shape already, but I was super happy with the interior and exterior. My wife's pilot is another story. I had a Rhino liner sprayed in my new trucks bed. After the work was done and I was ready to leave I noticed a roughness to the paint at the drivers door. Upon inspection it appeared that they had overspray of the liner on the top of the cab and both sides of the truck. The business owner said it had to have been from the factory, they place a curtain between the truck bed and the cab and cover the cab with plastic. I was there product that was oversprayed onto the truck. Had to bring it back to have the product removed with lacquer thinner. They got most of it but I had to have them get some spots they didn't get. I believe there is still some product still on the paint that I will find later. The owner or manager never had the courage to apologize for the poor workmanship that was exhibited or for the inconvenience of the added time and trips to the dealer to have the problem rectified. Needless to say they have not notched up any brownie points for any future business with them. read more

Made an appointment to have my windows tinted on my Silverado had to work so my brother dropped the truck off at 10:30am On Friday 7/17/2020 said it would take an hour and a half at 12:30pm called them asking how long it would be was told they would call when it's done ok 1:30pm my brother went there to see what was taking so long the truck was in the same spot nothing done to it went inside and ask what was going on the a**hole behind the counter throws my keys at my brother and said we told him they were going to pick the truck up my brother told him we just wanted to know how much longer it would be and then the guy behind the counter Threatened to kick my brothers a** Nice way to run a business and treat your customers This place is a joke Would not recommend this place to anyone read more

Spent over $4k on a new leer truck cap & Decked unit. Horrible installation. Cap leaks, rear door weak shock when delivered Dustin said he order me new one under warranty as the cap is only 2 months old. The "new ones" he gave me as replacements were rusting scratch and we're obviously take offs. Third trip back when trying to return the used shocks Dustin through them on the ground breaking them, and said "Now you are going to F bombing listen to me" accept he used the F word. Happy my wife as not with me! Woow. Worst customer service experience in 52 year. I wished I would have done business elsewhere. read more

I thought this was a valuable business. I had two other vehicles tinted here. Today I brought my vehicle in for a two window tint job. I was told it would be done by 4. After two hours i saw my vehicle wasn't touched. How would it be done by 4, So I went in and asked for my keys. Since this wasnt my previous experience and I was going to lose some business if I didn't take my vehicle right then. I explained to the counterperson that I was going to lose money if I stayed. He replied well we are losing money as well. To not argue as I was leaving I stated the customer should not lose money. I was upset and a little disgruntled but I would have rebooked later when I had half a day to devote. Instead of offering to rebook he stated have a nice day and don't come back. I left but then thought that was really uncalled for so I returned and asked for the owner. It seemed the owner received a different version of events and stated he saw the video so he knows what went on. I reminded them of social media and this is not the way to treat repeat customers. Owner started ranting about how people always go to social media when they don't get their way and threw me out. There was no screaming and cursing from anyone and not even rude behavior. Just an unwillingness to be a business with some sort of customer service criteria. He said they have 1000s of satisfied customers. But if you look at the reviews he seems to attack bash and ridicule the ones who are unhappy but has nothing to say not even a thank you to those who are happy. Does he really care about customers or does he get a kick out of disgruntled ones? read more

Went in for a part for my vehicle. Told it needed to be ordered and would take a few days. Got a call back that afternoon stating part was in??? Was called and told he had the part but wasn't the same kind we ordered. Different brand. When I arrived after work to have part added to my vehicle I asked jokingly where the part came from and if it was new. I think it was the proprietor I was speaking to, I jokingly asked if it was a used item as the one we originally ordered was a different brand and wasn't suppose to be in for a few days. He got upset and defensive and gave me sarcastic response. This after he admitted he was sarcastic in beginning of transaction. After it was installed I asked if there was a warranty and instructions that came with this so I know how to use it. Again, sarcastic and stormed off into back never to be seen again. Installer eventually came out with a pamphlet of instructions but no warranty or any other information. Installer seemed agitated and felt like he just wanted me to leave. Already challenging being a female dealing with anything auto in "mans world" but when they have condescending attitude and bad customer service it's even worse. Does proprietor (short, dark haired, male) should not be working the front desk. Bad attitude and not about customer service. I had many other items I wanted applied to my vehicle where they could have made much more money but instead found another place in town with much better customer service. So needles to say, I won't be using their services. Anger management classes might help. read more

The owner of Premier Truck is patient and extremely knowledgeable, he took his time to explain all aspects regarding my new truck bed cover. It's also interesting to note that a customer came in with a complaint. I was ease dropping and agreed with the people behind the counter, this guy was obviously the type who wouldn't be happy if everything was free. I think he was trying to pull one over on them. An argument ensued, and the customer became enraged. The owner tried his best to deescalate things but this guy wasn't having it. Some people are overly aggressive and entitled for some reason. This is why a positive response is important, especially after seeing his outrageous post here online. You get what you ask for, being nice costs nothing and you'll be treated nice in return. Remember, people rarely give positive responses when they're happy with the results, but they won't hesitate to complain and exaggerate. That's why ratings are always skewed. They're good people and just as human as anyone else, I don't blame them for cutting this guy off at the knees! It intimidates other customers to the point of leaving, he should have been thrown out! read more

Had the opportunity to go to this business for the first time for car detailing. Everything was great when in pain my money my car was waiting for me I go out to my vehicle and noticed that they had nicked my window tinting. I went in and told the person who I'm assuming worked on my vehicle he came out and looked at it and said he'll be right back in a minute. About five minutes past and I'm assuming the order comes out and he starts looking at the window and says The scrapes were caused by my seatbelt hitting the window. Mind you I drop my car off in the morning and my windows were fine. I proceeded to tell him that they must've accidentally scraped it and he cuts me off immediately and start cussing at telling me "how the f*** do I know that". Trying to intimidate me. He goes into the store and after a few minutes I go in. He's still denying they did anything. Then the owner started to yell again and intimidate me. Mind you I'm a first time customer who just paid $200 for detailing haven't asked for a refund or anything. In that moment he then calls the police on me! I'm like in complete shock. You messed my car up, you cussed me out and tried to intimidate me and now your calling the police. What a joke I basically paid for detailing and now will have to go get a window tint replace for more money and had the police called on me for being a paying customer. Stay away!!!! read more

I got my truck undercoated for $250. I didn't think that was too bad at all. I picked up my truck the next day and saw that the leaf spring got sprayed. Everything looked good at first. When I got home, I looked under the truck a little more and found that some of the bottom of the truck didn't get sprayed. I was a little upset with the undercoating. Maybe I am crazy, but I didn't feel like this was a good job at all. I went back to the store and talked to them. They said they must not have had their light in the right spot and they would respray the truck. I had to wait about a week to get it in. My wife dropped it off sometime in the AM and i didn't get a call to pick it up until 5:30pm so I had 30mins to get there before they closed. When i go there, my truck was outside so i turned on my phone light and started looking under the truck, which wasn't to bad but I could tell they just sprayed the spots I pointed out to them and that is it. I was thinking they would go above and beyond considering this is the second time i had to take it to them. When I went inside I was told, "here are you keys have a good night." That's when I asked if I could get a discount for the inconvenience. They said no and that they are human. I do understand people are human, but I would have been happy if they acknowledged that they wasted my time. If they told me here is $25 for your inconvenience I would not be on here writing a review like this. Its the little things that count. read more
