I am beyond pleased with the service Astro Tint Solutions provided for our office. We had a large…read moreconference room that we were unable to fully utilize because it lacked privacy. After calling several vendors and leaving multiple messages, Sebastian was the only person who answered immediately. He came out that same day to take measurements and ensure that he could provide us with an accurate quote. He then emailed the proposal later that same day and even followed up the following week--all before I had heard back from several of the other vendors. Astro Tint Solutions provided us with an extremely competitive proposal, but the value extended far beyond the price. The quality of the materials, workmanship, and customer service exceeded our expectations. The installation was completed in just one day, and the finished conference room looks amazing. Most importantly, the window film solved our privacy issue and allowed us to make full use of the room again. I would gladly work with Astro Tint Solutions again and highly recommend Sebastian to anyone looking for responsive, professional, high-quality service at a great value. I also learned that the company offers decals in addition to window tinting, so I will certainly keep them in mind for future projects.

I went to GP on a recommendation. I stopped by their office and met Jason (Owner) We talked…read morebriefly about the work I wanted do on my Harley Trike. (Stage Two With Cam Upgrade) He sent me quote for the work we talked about. I am a person who wants to know how things are done, I research & research what I want to buy or want to have done. I started asking questions about the build and Jason was forthcoming. I found some issues I wanted answered, typically the tuner for the bike. Jason turned me over to Nick who responded. He said he had done this build with other Harleys and it worked well. I kept coming up with more questions and I believe for this build (Trike) they just got tired of me asking away. I wanted to know how the tuner chosen by them could actually tune the Trike if it didn't have any maps for a cam upgrade? Just pipes and air cleaner. Nick responded that he had done many tunes with it and it works? For this build the bike should be dyno tuned. GP did not have a dyno for a trike. Only place was Woodstock HD. After talking more, Jason wrote back stating he didn't think they could get me to where I wanted to be so advised I go some where who could. In all, I guess I am upset somewhat that if I had not researched my build I never would have learned the issues involved in the stage two upgrade I was trying to do. I would have had them do it possibly not getting the true performance out of the bike I had hoped for. I can't really say anything about the quality of the work they do, ratings were pretty good. I wanted to pass this along for others to read and be aware of. Bill

Some times it don't wanna idle and hard starts. Took it back, said it was the idle to low. Okay he adjusted the idle cables for me(no charge) awesome right? Still having the same issues though, now I can't get a call back or him to even tell me to bring the bike. Although he did tell me the next step is a dyno tune which he subs out. Called another shop and they informed me that it shoulda been dyno'ed to start with(something about the auto tune so it knows where to adjust, idk), told them the programmer/tuner he put on the bike and they informed that that's outdated. Looked on dyno jets website and they discontinued the commander v. So now after paying $500 for something that sold for $300 and is old tech I'm stuck buying another tuner to get a proper dyno. I'm not even from the area so now I'm kinda feeling like he saw a quick buck and not having to worry bout the rest. Hopefully this fixes the problem I've been having since I've got the bike back. Yes I did send him videos of it acting up via email and no response. Tired of calling and getting the "he is busy and will call you back". As far as the motor work though it's great. Just wish he would support the customers that have already forked out $8,000 dollars and can't have a motor that acts right. Even told him I'd pay for the dyno, no looking for a hand out or freebie but damn.
