That makes shopping and dreaming so much more fun. They have a large parts department, even if wait times for a new tire are a little long, 2 weeks for an appointment. There are lots of clothing options, both new arrivals and clearance. My only issue with this store is on 2 separate occasions I have had employees tell me, "I'll order this and call you when it comes in." No call was ever received. I don't know if that's a staffing shortage issue or no follow through, but it's a concern. Here's to more positive transactions in the future.

We had dropped off his tire around 11 A.M, not hearing anything for the next 5 hours from either of the two men working at the shop. We called around 4:40 P.M only to find out they were JUST going to work on my fiancé's tire, and less than ten minutes later they called my finance back, letting him know he was "missing his spline." We informed my fiancé's brother, who was paying for this (he even told the younger guy there that he wasn't paying at pickup. That someone else would be paying). He was confused, and we all went to pick up his tire. We had already found it weird neither one of the two guys working could explain shit to us. They couldn't explain over the phone or in person. The only thing they had said to my fiancé's brother was "if the wheel is like that, then the other part that connects to it should be damage as well too" (Drive Shaft) but when we had removed the wheel, we checked EVERYTHING, and it was not SHAVED DOWN the way they told us. We took the wheel at 11 A.M in good condition. Nothing was wrong. The normal wear and tear we have seen. But when we got back to the wheel, the "spline" in question was shaved off and damage. These guys half assed a job because they were irresponsible and lost track of time. They fucked up a part of the wheel needed. They mentioned buying the part from them or eBay. Don't come to this establishment. They won't own up to their mistakes. They find ways to scam and make a paycheck. And if you leave a bad review they might call you and try to guilt-trip you to take it down. Trust me. They got time to call and throw a tantrum for shit service they give. But they won't fix your bikes. They'll only mess them up instead of doing their job. As shown in the photos the Drive Shaft is perfectly fine and the other part of it is mess up (Hub Clutch) which they fucked it up.

They didn't avoid questions and knew the products they were selling in the store. Their display outside is what caught my eye. I was nearby enjoying a National Historical Site, and saw the Go Karts as I drove by. I thought "So much fun." What a great place to have in the community . They have protective wear to use your Toys responsibly, and they have a Tool Department and Repair department as well. I did not make a purchase. But I do believe if I asked them , the performance and repair questions, they would have been helpful. They took pride in their store and their work. That's awesome. Very unique find! My husband and I purchased a bike from here and we felt we got our moneys worth. The owner and his staff were very friendly and informative. They were able to answer every single question and took their time with us even though the Store was pretty busy with other customers. I would give them 100 stars if I could. The owner not only helped lift the bike up into our truck, but went an extra step to put cardboard down in the trunk so the gasoline wouldn't leak out into the car. He also didn't just sell us a bike, he went through maintenance, and proper care of the bike with us. We left away feeling good and our son has been enjoying this bike ever since. We will definitely be coming back once our other kids are age-appropriate to ride a bike.
