    Visited this Harley Davidson while waiting with friends for dinner reservations. A few bought cool t-shirts. The shop was very clean and they had an excellent retail selection. One of the salesman stated this new shop is much smaller than a previous location. Never having been to that location, can only highly recommend this location for the Harley enthusiast.

    So I walk in on a Sunday when I had gone out for a ride on my Deluxe and was greeted as soon as I stepped in through the door. Then without any pressure Dan( my sales guy ) walks up to me, introduced himself & we started a conversation. I was eyeing the new Milwaukee 8 Ultra Classic. As we were speaking I decided I wanted to test ride the bike. Not a problem! Dan introduced me to Nick, we talk, they get me ready for a test ride, went out on a nice ride & I was impressed , not only with the bike but the whole experience from beginning to end. Yep, beginning to end. I didn't/ don't like the black wall tires, instead I really like the look of the big white walls & lo and behold .Nick was generous enough to switch out the bw for the ww ( although the 2017s have larger tires front and back ) Dunlop does not make this larger size so the dealer had to order them. I ended up purchasing the new bike . Simply put,The fact that Nick was able to switch then out to make me feel content tells me they really strive to make you (the customer)happy. You just don't see that in many places & Chicago Harley scores big on costumer service! They even called me a few days later to follow up and make sure everything was going well & I was happy with my purchase. ( nice touch!!) The whole experience from beginning to end was much appreciated ( from meeting any one person) whether it was in the clothing department( some pretty hot looking girls/ ladies ) to parts & service. They all really appreciate your business & are very knowledgable/ imformative. And I really appreciate the customer service extended throughout the whole process. Looking to buy or trade your bike? Or just wanna come to get some clothing, then this is by far one of if not the best Harley dealer in the Chicagoland area!!

    This dealership rocks!! I've been to 4 dealers in the Chicago area in the last 3 months, this one gave me the deal I was looking for on a new 2016 Ultra Limited without all the game playing B.S. that usually goes along with it. My salesman Genarro was top notch. He saw that I was looking for used and I got new for a little more, and the bike I really wanted. Jerry finished the deal and he is a pleasure to deal with as well. He also made sure the concern I had, was quickly taken care of. Rick did the finance, and he was equally as pleasant to deal with and all the numbers jived. Also the conversations were not all business either, which is unusual as well in this day and age. By the way, this is my 5th Harley purchased. Matt in service another asset to Chicago Harley. Very knowledgeable and took care of my concerns quickly. Everyone there is personable and helpful, from sales to apparel to service to parts. Highly recommended!!

    Buy from another Harley Dealer. I bought my Softail Deluxe custom here and the sales tactic the owner and the salesman used on me had me believing I was spending $4K less, then weeks later during my 1000 mile tune up it was discovered they didn't replace all the transmission fluid and it was 2/3 low. I went back to see what they would do because I was upset, they looked at me like I was the a$$hole, and the shop manager, Ray, all but told me I was a liar and that he wouldn't honor a warranty repair should there be one, because I had to get my service done at the dealer I bought it from (totally inaccurate, I told him this) These $hitbags only want your money in their hands and the follow up service? Forget it. If if doesn't make them money you can kick rocks. Anyone interested in my 2015 Softail Deluxe with apes and fin tail exhaust? Still brand new!

    I want to try to cover as many categories as I can, but I don't think words can describe how awesome this place is, and how spectacular their entire crew is, from sales, to service, parts, apparel and more. 1. Walk in experience / Browsing - I went in this dealer and was immediately greeted and felt just as important as someone who's purchases 6 bikes. The staff welcomed me and showed me the selection of bikes they have and answered any questions I had without rushing me or pushing me into any specific category. They provided their knowledge on the bikes and allowed me to select using my opinion of their info. 2. Purchase - the experience of buying a Harley at this dealer has got to be like no other. Like I said earlier, from sales through every department including finance and more, these guys and gals are on top of their game to ensure you are 100% sure about your purchase and that the excitement you expect is indeed delivered. Never once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. They even delivered both of my bikes. To top it off, after purchase you get the kind welcoming to the Chicago Harley family by them starting up the bikes on the sales floor and revving them with applause and a run through of the entire dealership(meet and greet) The ringing of the bell is a nice touch as well. 3. Return to the mother ship - I have to say that every ride over to Chicago Harley on my new bike has been a treat. Not just the bad *** ride from Chicago to the back roads of Glenview, but the welcoming staff there from the Parking lot to the inside is simply awesome. You will never get that feeling of 'buy the bike and that's it', the superb customer service seems to stay forever. To cap this off, I just want to thank Shawn, Gerry, JR, Trevor, Dan, Mike, Bruce, David in parts, service, and the girls over in apparel and the rest of the Chicago Harley crew, for allowing my dad, my friend and I to have such a great 1st experience. Hats off to CH.

    I traded in my 2012 Road King for a 2017 Road Glide. Theo Salinsky helped us before we even entered the shop. He walked us through the whole process. Once we settled on our numbers I experienced a welcome process like never before. Meeting all the department leads and having every question answered and business cards provided if anything comes up. They really make you feel welcome and every department lead went out of their way to help me. But it all started with Theo. Had he not been there from the start it could have been a different experience. Thanks to the whole team for making my purchase painless and fun.

    Came here to look at the new bikes one Sunday and left with a 2019 Street Bob. Marcos made the transaction smooth and the entire team there made me feel like part of the family. From ringing the bell, to the blasting music, roar of the engines and a handshake from everyone on the team, they made the buying experience truly memorable. I'll admit I'll miss my 883Iron, but the 70 miles I've already put on the Street Bob have been fun...it's just as nimble but with a lot more power. Safe Riding everybody!

To let off steam, enjoy a competitive nature of ourselves that's natural and good sportsmanship. Medically promoted improvement in hand and eye coordination, many positive attributes to health. * They have such a Large and Wide selection and Brands. ATVS 70 cc, $1495 110cc $1995 125cc $2495 450cc with the removable snow plow $7495. The super cool Manual Go Kart Truck , camo style $3495. If I was a kid. I would want that!!! So cool. We as customers have an obligation to ourselves to know the product we purchase and the price we purchase it at . Ask questions if you have them. I asked many questions, they were very helpful. They didn't avoid questions and knew the products they were selling in the store. Their display outside is what caught my eye. I was nearby enjoying a National Historical Site, and saw the Go Karts as I drove by. I thought "So much fun." What a great place to have in the community . They have protective wear to use your Toys responsibly, and they have a Tool Department and Repair department as well. I did not make a purchase. But I do believe if I asked them , the performance and repair questions, they would have been helpful. They took pride in their store and their work. That's awesome. Very unique find! Ty for your kindness, I appreciate service like that.

    Staff are friendly but not reliable. Bad at getting back to customers for parts or even to order…read moreparts. Don't waste your time or money here. Everything cheep unless they buy off ppl to resell them everything else isn't worth it. When parts break don't expect them to get replacement parts for you. They say they'll call you back and never do.
