Nothing but problems I spent over 700.00 in the store they dropped my products while loading them I then went back in the store to get them exchange the store was closing no one in there it took 45 minutes and they came back with the same stuff they busted not aware until I came home 2 hours away I called put on hold for over a hour finally got ahold of someone they agreed to replace the product and have it delivered Well I took a half day off work because they only give u a time frame of noon to 4 and called at 3 to say they are on their way I ended up on the phone from 4 pm until 1030 in the evening trying to find my furniture no one could give me any answers. So here I sit 700.00 later with no furniture and no one having any answers to where my stuff is. They said they would try and give me a call in the morning. REALLY IKEA???? I don't recommend buying anything from them. What I thought was gonna be a good experience has turned into a nightmare. I will say the one gentleman who was trying to help me gave me his cell phone number after work and he was still trying to find my stuff his name was Jason and he was wonderful but that's about as good as it gets. Thanks Ikea I love being on hold for 3 hours with no answers let alone no product or any idea where it is. Poor poor poor customer service from the people in the store not replacing my stuff to not receiving it. But they had plenty of time to play on their cell phones. My daughter made the huge mistake of buying a Malm 6 Drawer "Particle Board" Dresser from IKEA. Big Mistake! It's amazing how this company has the nerve to charge over $400 for a dresser that's made of 150% sawdust & glue that is pressed together. When you assemble junk like this, make sure that your are satisfied where you put it because if you dare move it in the future, it will easily come apart and snap on you. Your beverage rings will also be well noticed too.... So lay a towel down 1st. (thats what happens to sawdust.) I even went to IKEA's website to get replacement parts. Their website is useless. You cannot order replacement particle boards. When the day finally comes to launch this junk out on your lawn, be sure to cover it up. If it gets wet, it will swell and become 50 times heavier and your garbage men will be mad at you. What happened to the good old days when furniture was made of this thing called "real wood"? If you are looking for a furniture sawdust & glue mill.... IKEA is the perfect place to go! If you want to see what real wood furniture once looked like.... Visit a history museum. read more

I entered IKEA at 1:00pm on a Monday, went to the upstairs cafeteria. The trays to the left where the line begins were barricaded. No one was in line, so I took a tray from the right tray bins, approached a server -- He did not say Hello, Please or Thank You; only "If you want to order, the line begins down there (pointing to my left). No other customer was in line, so why should I walk down there when all the food was in front of me? I asked the other server for a meal and received it. The entree was fairly good, the green beans were cold and the potato-broccoli cake was cold and grainy. I saw the first server wait on a younger woman immediately without making her walk to the end of the railing to the other server (no one else was in line, just like me) and I saw him wait on a man immediately (no one else in line). What must I do to deserve even adequate service and food? I will never be back. read more

I had a very negative experience at ikea today. I searched for sales associates to help me find what I need and carry it, but I could not find anyone. I could have injured myself moving things on my own. I found my trip to ikea very frustrating, and I will not be returning anytime soon. Considering the expensiveness of their items, you would think they would be a bit more attentive and helpful to their customers. I feel very negatively about ikea, and I urge others to do their shopping elsewhere if possible. read more

The store is pretty cool...lots of things to buy. Now the restaurant/cafeteria place is not so good!!! I got the stuffed chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. Had one bite of all three and got a refund!! My sons chicken tenders were good and he said the fries were ok...I will stick to dining out else where... read more

We were so glad to here that IKEA was building in Columbus. We always went to Cincinnati before. Nice store layout and easy to find things. We recently redecorated and found a lot of nice things for the house here. We did have to return a few items and it was very easy to do. read more

Have been looking forward to Ikea coming to Cols for years! Did not disappoint. Try the Swedish "prinsess" cake in the restaurant.

Why is everyone raving about these Swedish Meatballs this food sucks. My school cafeteria wishes it's food was this bad.

What's not to love about IKEA. They even have food and plants. The restaurant has quality food at a reasonable price.

I like the kitchen area selections of pot and pan. I like the European concept and idea.
