Sunday afternoon we waited about 20 minutes for a table. I ordered blueberry pancakes and they were good but either the syrup or the pancakes messed up my stomach. It was kind of pricey too for the stack of pancakes I got. Service was good, place was clean and didn't have a weird smell. There's a decent sized parking lot attached to it, but after church on Sunday's it's hard to find a parking spot. read more

I took my family (seven) to iHop for Christmas breakfast. They sat us within five minutes, but neglected to tell us that they had so many online orders that it would take an hour before we would be served our food. I went here yesterday after work with my mom and my niece I found out they have new ownership which probably has done them better. The food was 10 times better than it was when I was there last. The last time I was here I ordered the Wonka Special it was delicious. I came back this morning and they served this crap It appears that they have taken more than a step down. I believe it is the service staff. The only warning I had was that I asked about the chicken biscuit and the waiter said it crumbles kind of like my pancakes that literally tasted like the waiter dipped his dirty hands in the batter. read more

Stopped going here when weather got warm because they do not upkeep their air conditioning. Walked in yesterday for the first time in months and the Air conditioning is STILL not working properly. It was nearly 100F outside... Waiting 5 min up in the front of the store before and after the meal is torture. We don't always go to the big chain restaurants for meals, but every now and again the appeal is there. This past weekend we felt the need for pancakes and after seeing the commercial for IHOP's endless pancakes, the looked really good! I had the endless pancakes which was indeed and endless plate of delicious buttermilk pancakes that came with 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and hash browns. All were prepared well and tasted exactly as i had imagined it would though I did top out at 8 pancakes due to the large size. My wife had the Colorado Omelet which she always enjoys along with three buttermilk pancakes and toast. The delicious meal filled us up and keep us going all day and did feed our appetite for IHOP pancakes. We went on a Saturday morning and the wait was not very bad, about 12 minutes. The service was good, the staff fairly friendly and the prices reasonable. Overall, this is what I have come to expect from IHOP and enjoyed my visit. After going to ihop for so long and never having complaints today Id have to say has really made me considered never going back. I think its their new management that has the servers all over the place not paying attention to their assigned guest at the moment. My husband's coffee was cold and we asked to change it which she took forever. We asked for extra creamer she completely forgot about. The guy picking up plates picked up our plates and took all our utensils leaving us with nothing for our crepes. Their orange juice was water down, hashbrowns were burned from just the top not cooked evenly crispy and just mushy from the inside. Its like they just wanted to kick you out asap. Def wont be going back to this ihop. read more

I eat at the IHOP on Archibald in Rancho Cucamonga often. It's a great place for good food and wonderful staff. My teacher friends and I especially love our waiter, Carlos. IHOP , the organization, also supports Assistance League of the Foothill Communities each year during their annual fundraiser. All businesses don't do this. I give them an A+ for caring about the youth in this community. Everyone should support a place like this one. read more

Ordered online and when I got there the staff was very friendly but still waited 15 minutes past the time. When I got my order they thought that I was doordash driver and made me sign for the order. When I got home they forgot 2 items. they had sealed the bags up tight. so I could not open the bag up at the location. Just double check the orders and not all who order online are door dash.. read more

You need a new hostess. We showed up for brunch, and were asked to wait a minute. No problem. She had to take care of a few paying customers, and a few phone orders. Probably waited about 15 min, then a new family walks in and she proceeds to start to sit them before us. I spoke up and said "what about us?" She obliged, and took us to sit down, but not before receiving a death stare. Didn't get an apology or anything, just an attitude. I can understand that in this industry this can happen, but it's how you respond when realizing that you made a mistake that differentiates the experience. read more

Watch out for the bill... on the menu the sides are 2.99 and on your receipt it comes out to 3.99 not to mention the 4.99 8Oz Orange Juice and Kids Milk... Kids breakfast are also deceiving my daughter had a Smily Face Pancakes for a child with milk came out to be $19 dollars... What I usually spend at Corkys for a 35 dllr brunch for my kids at this IHOP it comes out to 87dllrs to feed 3 kids and an Adult... and when you ask about the bill there's no manager available till the next day... the next day managers gone by 11am.. never coming back here again and don't recommend it... read more

The front desk waitress was so nice and tended to my requests very quickly and politely. And wow, compliments to the chef! One of the best burgers and onion rings I've had. I brought my daughter in on 09/03/19 We got to sit immediately and the girl took our drink order. It took a little while for her to brink the drinks. I have a 2 year old and 7 month old with me alone. Okay so she brought the drinks cool . She said someone will be right with me. I seen the waitress go order food for the table in front of me. Another family sat behind me and got their drinks ordered as well as a few food items. We wait some more. In about a full 30 min period we were not even acknowledged. Got a few glances but that's it. Got walked passed numerous times. I have a hungry fussy toddler asking for her burger. So I walked out. Ended up going to mcdonalds. I'm going to give it one more try. I paid 20 dollars for an omelet that was very small. My daughter got the sampler and she finished it, she does not eat a lot and she told me she was still hungry. We decided to stop here after a drive from Vegas. We got off the freeway and pulled into the parking lot at around 930 AM. As expected with any IHOP at this hour there was a line waiting to get in and seated. I walked in and put my name down on the waitlist. The host said it would be about a 20 min wait. I acknowledged and proceeded to wait outside as there was limited seating inside. After about 15 min I went to go see where we were on the list and the host said he had called my name twice and simply scratched my name out and skipped me. I never heard my name called and he never once stepped outside to announce it, and I was right by the entrance. There were plenty of people outside waiting just like I was .After this initial confusion we got seated and ordered our drinks. We waited another 15 min before I had to flag down another server so she could get our server because we had been ready to order for a while. I ordered some ham with my hash browns and eggs. My own shoe leather would've been better since that is what it resembled. It was overcooked. The rest of the food was pretty standard ihop food. The service, or lack thereof is lacking in this place and I would not recommend. read more
