Hair in my T-Bone Steak & Eggs

I always avoid this IHOP because I have a bad experience every time, but I figured it's been a couple years so I decided to go with my family this time. I regretted it, as usual. They're always understaffed, and this time they had no spoons, no CO2 for their soda machines so no soda, and no bottles of ketchup. It took at least 20 min for our server to initially help us, and when he did he had one AirPod in during our entire stay so he couldn't hear anything. He forgot one of our drinks, mixed up the order and brought out the wrong food, and there was hair in the steak (ordered medium but arrived very well done). After I noticed the hair, I showed it to the server and he and the manager only took 20% off the whole order (about $10) and left the steak on the receipt ($18). Honestly, just don't eat here and find another location. Hopefully it's better.

Receipt with gratuity and service charge

I knew better. But I was pressed for time, with 2 hungry kids so, against my better judgement, IHOP it was. Our order was pretty simple: 1 kids burger, no cheese; 1 kids chicken tenders and pancake and 1 regular tenders and fries. If they didn't have tenders they should have just said so. Allow me to make the decision to change my order or accept whatever you throw my way. Tenders were subbed with cut up chicken breast patties, on both plates. Kids burger was served medium. Very few 8 year olds, in my experience, are down with medium burgers Ordered an extra order of fries, which didn't appear until the check came. Server said they were changing the fryer oil. Who does that in the middle of dinner service?!? In addition, there's the forced gratuity that's listed as a gratuity in one part of the receipt and a service charge in another. Needless to say, I won't be returning

Stopped in for breakfast on the way home from the doctor. I really didn't know that IHOP was even there. I am glad that I stopped. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. The Big Steak Omelette was very filling. I ended up taking the pancakes home. I would recommend this place if you are in the area.

If i could give this place 0 stars then I would. My colleague and I ordered breakfast using the DoorDash app. Once our food arrived it was the completely wrong order. I contacted the restaurant and they stated that the driver picked up the wrong food however, they wanted the initial meal returned prior to giving us the correct order (ummmm.....wtf??). I contacted the driver who stated that's the order they gave them after he stated my name. Long story short, the driver provided us with the right order but there was a DEAD ROACH at the bottom of the stuffed French Toast combo. I'm most certain this was done on purpose giving the size of the insect and its placement. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES IN YOUR FOOD.

We came in for a nice breakfast early in the morning (literally 5 tables of customers - including us). The waitress gave us a booth and 10 minutes later decided to come back for our drinks so we ordered our food as well considering how slow she was working. It's early so we definitely need our coffee at this point. 10 minutes past and she literally did everything else but bring us our drinks. After disappearing for another 5-10 minutes we still don't have our drinks and by now our food is probably about ready. So I get up and explain to the kitchen manager (Julian) that we don't even know where our waitress is and she is out OFO (military term) and asked if we could get our coffee. He huffs and puffs because that's not his job but agrees. I sit down thinking all is good. He comes with the coffee and fills up my wife's coffee and I tell him that he doesn't have to pour it; I can do it and thanked him. He then, in a condescending tone, lectures us on "good vibes" and this is a "good vibe place so refrain from insulting the wait staff" and continues his lecture. Seriously? At this point I go thru our convo and at no point did I insult her other than to say she's no where in the building and yes she was OFO because she wasn't doing her job after waiting a decent amount of time before saying anything. So now I'm upset and we decide that's it, we are leaving. On the way out I see the manager that we talked to as we walked in and explained the situation as Julian tried to come up and hear what I said. So I literally spelled out all the facts and yes I did say OFO but did not insult anyone but merely described her lack of service. That particular manager apologies and Julian huffed and walked back to the kitchen after the facts and timelines were laid out. I told the manger that we will not come back especially when there are other First Watch restaurants nearby. So let me get this straight, I'm expected to pay what we have to pay (this place is a little pricier) for our meals then tip 20% for subpar service after waiting forever and get a lecture from Julian who's upset because I described poor service in a more direct tone. As I said, the expectation is to provide reasonable service in a timely manner then you may get 20% but 20% of my hard earned money for these "good vibes" is not where I'm spending my money.

Unfortunately i forgot to take pictures before we ate. First, parking--as usual. There is paid street parking nearby, but it's pretty limited. There's also a covered parking garage on the next block, which is probably the easier option. Hannah's Cafe is a small spot located on the first floor of an office building, just to give you an idea of the size and atmosphere. My mom ordered the meatball sub with a lemonade, and she said everything was really good. My daughter went with the pancakes and tater tots, which she also enjoyed. I ordered the steak and cheese with fries and a lemonade. Mine was decent overall, but there was a small issue with the order. I asked for light mayo and hot peppers only, with no lettuce or tomatoes. Unfortunately, I didn't get any hot peppers, and the sandwich came with both lettuce and tomatoes. The fries were pretty standard, although they were a little overcooked in my opinion. The lemonade, however, was really tasty. All in all, everyone enjoyed their food, aside from the mishap with my sandwich. I'd still recommend Hannah's Cafe if you're around Towson and looking for a decent, quick bite to eat. 4 out of 5 stars.

The area near the front window almost feels like a private table. It was definitely giving a great vibe. We checked the menu prior to picking this place and they had EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a big ole brunch of their Grand Marnier Strawberry French Toast which was a three stack of THICCCCC cut Texas bread. It was better than I hoped for! And I brought at least half of it home, because ole greedy butt over here also got the platter with the home fries (I asked for onions and got this caramelized onion topping that was almost a jam. Yummm), the bacon and the eggs your way (scrambled with cheese). My companion had this big ole omelette with a lot of veggies and shared my french toast. The sauce they served with the home fries was sooooo good - it was almost like Heinz 57 sauce but with less of a vinegary bite. The jam that came for my English Muffin was delicious and praise GOD they served butter that wasn't ice cold and unspreadable so yeah hella points for that. For the mimosas, we did the "buy the carafe and the bottle", with a carafe of cranberry juice and a bottle of Cava Prosecco. I loved that we were able to select WHICH bubbles we wanted and for two people it worked out very well price wise. The host (tall guy with a mohawk) and our server (Robyn) were absolutely fantastic. Personable and friendly and very attentive, very much able to answer any questions we had (THANK YOU ROBYN!!!). In short - this place is a gem and yall should go! Be mindful of the parking in the area, but dont let that stop you from a delicious meal in a lovely setting!!

Pleasantly pleased with my first Persian experience…read more Just off Joppa Road no the eastern edge of Towson is a massive complex built just for shops. In the sea of massage parlors, tanning salons, and laundromats is a Orchard Market & Cafe, serving up authentic Persian cuisine for 35+ years and counting. Had the fam visiting sis in nearby Pikesville. When we come down she always picks somewhere off the beaten path, something unique. This visit was no exception. Having never tried Persian food, I was excited to try something completely new. In this case, it was new yet also familiar. It's kind of like a mix between Indian and Mediterranean. You've got your assortment of stews and grilled meats infused with saffron, cardamom, and turmeric served of course with a side of basmati rice. The Mediterranean influence can be seen in their homemade hummus and use of fresh fruit and vegetables. There is perhaps no better example than the Mango Pear Salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, mango, pear, Bulgarian feta and pomegranate vinaigrette. If you're feeling up for some true Persian fusion, you can't go wrong with Spicy Kermani Beef, which features succulent filet mignon sauteed with mushrooms and pepperoncinis in a zesty tomato garlic curry sauce. Everything in that brief description is right up my alley, and usurpingly the meal did not disappoint. Service was on point from start to finish, the finish being a tall glass of Persian saffron ice cream. Now this was truly a first for me, as I've never had anything like this in my life. The taste can be described as earthy, slightly floral and very aromatic. Rosewater adds the floral notes, while the saffron gives it the signature golden-yellow color and luxurious scent. Definitely a one-of-a-kind flavor that I highly suggest trying. The dining room is cozy with some neat pieces of art resembling ancient Middle Eastern artifacts adorning the walls. All in all I'm glad we got to try cuisine that doesn't have much representation in this neck of the woods.
