there was a cockroach on my chocolate chip pancake, i thought the chocolate chip was running from us.... the waitress and manager were both very nice and apologetic about the situation but informed me it's been an issue for a few weeks they comped the bill super sweet not at fault but just it makes me wonder how often we're eating roaches i've been to this location many times and this was the first time this happened

Our server was great and we were sat down pretty quickly. Out of all the food I ordered to try, the strawberry lemonade was the best. I thought the spicy poblano omelette would be spicy, but it just tasted like a supreme pizza without the marinara sauce. The T-bone steak was flavorless and dry I couldn't even finish it. Pancakes are the only thing they're good for tbh bc I always get the cinnamon roll stack to go. Delicious. But anything other than pancakes, I'd stay away from.

We usually eat out on Saturdays as a family and IHOP is one of my daughters favorite places to go to. I was unpleasantly surprised this weekend. The cup and silverware were dirty. It put a nasty taste in our mouths. The manager did come over after we asked for her multiple times. She said the cup was washed, it's human error. This is human error on both a dish washer and a server - two people didn't notice it. She also stated "90 percent of the time the dishes come out clean" and that's alarming as this is what is reported. The food is consistent.

As far as chain restaurants go, this location doesn't feel so cookie cutter. Sure the menu is the same but the people are so friendly and accommodating. That alone makes it a great experience. I ordered the Mexican Tres Leches pancakes which were FANTASTIC! They are their traditional pancake with what tastes like extra vanilla in the batter and three types of milk drizzled on top. I can't get enough of them!!

The food was good and so was the service. They delivered to me on Christmas Day. The young man that brought the food was very polite.

OK so we have been waiting for this place to open for awhile, then once it did we got busy with life and now I finally got a chance to pop in on the 5th of July. I was greeted by a man who I assume is the owner, if not at least the manager. I just stopped in to get one Arancini which I think is one of the things they are known for. Almost immediately the gentleman talks me into a broccoli rabe, so I get that and what I believe was meat and peas. The broccoli was okay, probably not something I would order again...but the meat and peas was outstanding. Def would get again! While I was there I saw they had eggplant parm...which I love, so I figure we could try that as well-and I am glad I did. This was amazing. They serve it with pasta and I have to be honest, I wasn't blown away by there sauce...probably sweeter than I prefer, but with the eggplant it's great...just wouldn't get a pasta and sauce here. The place is very clean, there were no other customers so service was insanely fast. They have good parking (as long as it doesn't get too busy). Overall I left satisfied. I guess I will note, things, to me at least, seem a little more expensive for what you get...but I do know that's a function of the times we are living in and the cost of opening a new business, but I do think it deserves being mentioned.

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

First off, there's a shop attached to it that you have go through to get to the restaurant. Lots of random but fun things to look at including old school candy and glass bottles soda including fun flavors like maple root beer. Also some Southern flair with tiny little cowboy boots for kids. We dropped off our name to queue for a table and the servers at the hostess stand were friendly. When we got called in, our server was Damian (not sure of spelling) and so friendly! We didn't get rushed at all as our last friend arrived and we caught up a bit before ordering. Damian was able to give recommendations and provided timely updates while apologizing for delays given the busy kitchen. We didn't mind and had our cups full and enjoyed ourselves. I ordered the honey fried chicken and the chicken was so juicy and well fried. I ordered a side of fried okra and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was all right but I enjoyed the fried okra! I just wish there were a lot more of them. Anyways, would come back again for sure and Damian was awesome...shoutout for the great and friendly service!
