The food was just okay and I gave 3 stars for the good service. I take my nephew to lunch/dinner monthly and he loves Chili's so that's where we end up more often than not and the food and menu have not changed much. We had the tortilla chips and salsa to snack on before our food arrived. The chips were good and fresh but we did not enjoy the salsa. He loved his triple dipper (Nashville hot honey mozzarella sticks, chicken crispers and chicken wings. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and they cooked it perfectly but it was missing the caramelized onions, instead it had tiny pieces of regular onions which did not compliment the burger and the French fries were unfortunately cold. Our server was good conserving he had a few tables. The atmosphere is your typically chain restaurant with TVs playing different sport channels. Great parking lot with plenty of spots and good location off the highway. read more

Just prefacing this with this is perhaps the first/only negative review I've ever written. We are usually very tolerant of iffy service, but we just left and it was quite possibly the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. We were traveling home and wanted a quick, easy dinner with the kids, so opted to try Chili's. I know that Chili's sometimes has a bad reputation, but this was beyond awful. We were seated pretty quickly and our waiter came over to greet us, but it took almost 20 minutes for anyone to come take any order (we hadn't even ordered drinks/apps yet). We ordered two kids meals, a Smokehouse combo and a ribeye, plus two alcoholic beverages. The drinks took another 15 minutes or so to come out, and our food arrived another 15 minutes after that but was mostly inedible. The steak (which was ordered medium rare) came back well done and absolutely covered in salt. I tried taking a photo but it doesn't do the saltiness justice. The broccoli was raw. Literally just uncooked broccoli. Our son's meal came with a side of corn and it was the same as the broccoli- it was almost like they just thawed out frozen corn and let it dry out. Our waiter was very, very nice, albeit a bit strange, and unfortunately never checked in. No one stopped by our table all meal, so we couldn't even ask about the saltiness of the meat or the undercooked vegetables. At one point I went up to the hostess table and waited to talk to someone, but the three young women working completely ignored me until I gave up and walked back to pay and leave. The other very odd thing was that we watched a couple of bizarre employee interactions- a hostess arguing with table staff about which tables to bus, someone accidentally clearing a table where the customers hadn't left yet (they were in the bathroom) which resulted in an argument, etc. All in all it was terrible, and would never go back there or recommend it. read more

The staff here is really nice. I came in, ordered food and forgot to ask for time estimate and went back to my car. She went outside and looked for me when my order was done. Great service! I ordered the triple dipper because I kept seeing it all over tiktok -fried mozzarella: delicious, look at that cheese pull!!! -big mouth bites: tasty sliders but a little oily -honey Chipotle chicken crispers: my least favorite item we got. My boyfriend and I had a great date night last weekend, October 11th, and was given great customer service, and the food was amazing!

Service was great. Ambiance, it was Chili's so.... I got the shrimp fajita. The rice and shrimp were a little on the spicy side. The veggies could have been cooked a little more. But it's just a Chili's so.... read more

This is a classic desert visit to chilis with my four friends to have this molten chocolate cake with extra scoops of ice cream. This is one of my favorite deserts to share with friends and it never gets old for me despite being the zillionth time I was at a chilis. The taste is consistent and good. Had one of the most enthusiastic and attentive waiters the last time I was here! The food was okay, but the service made up for it. The brisket quesadilla was my favorite (good amount of filling and great flavor), the rest of the food was nothing to write about. read more

Completely disrespectful staff. They drink on the job and have no respect for customers.

JOHN LOWELL MASS LOCATION TABLE THREE 8 PM A Five-Star Fiesta of Flavor and Fun! Our evening at Chili's was nothing short of delightful, thanks entirely to our server, whose name should be etched in the Hall of Hospitality Fame: JOHN. Witty as a stand-up comic and kind as a grandma with cookies, he turned dinner into an event. Not only did he keep the queso flowing, but he also kept us laughing so hard we almost needed CPR (Chili's Preferred Refills). Not only was he knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, with a side of humor, he was handsome. Truly, an elite professional in the fine art of fun and fajitas. We'll be back--and we hope he's on shift! read more

Ahhhh, Chili's..... a little bit of something for everyone! With all the new place's popping up, locals have kept this Tex-Mex Chain around. Happy servers, cold drinks and hot food. A little something for everyone. Even with the bar off to the side, they are keeping up with local favorites and seasonal Margaritas Hidden favorite located off the Industrial Ave Exit of the Lowell Connector. One thing from traveling is that this location offers the consistency that the Chilies Brand requires. Near to local hotels, Crosspoint and Showcase Cinemas, there is always some time to grab a quick lunch, drink after work, quiet dinner or a familiar family setting for the night. Location, location, location. If you have forgotten about the Red Pepper they are constantly upgrading their menu while keeping with their well known staples. read more

i don't think i ever been to chilis which is an outrageous statement to make especially as i live in america. so i said that and they were like wtf we got to take you there. so we went there. my first time in a chilis and it was on the other side of the country. it is their weekly haunt and my cousin was like im scared im gonna see my classmates but thankfully we did not see any. they got chicken tenders and i ordered the chicken ranch quesadillas. they were honestly really good and i had sm extra i saved it for another few days and they were still good then so i think that speaks volumes as to the quality of the food. chilis is awesome. and we got this pizookie after and it was so so sweet and that literally felt like the most american thing in the world. 4 STARS! read more

I'm a regular, and I saw another regular come in tonight. I was sitting with my husband at the bar and I saw the manager approach a customer. The person that she was with comes in and is very social and causes no issues that I'm aware of, and I frequent the establishment. The Manager walked over to her companion and started to tell her associate about how she would not be served alcohol ever again in the establishment. The manager stated that she was here the night before with a friend and she saw her fall on the ice. When the Manager approached the woman she had a smile on her face and said she had too much to drink the night prior. The woman contested that she had 4" heels on and her and her friend were walking to her friend's car when she slipped on the ice. The manager never asked her if she was ok from the fall, and I guess the manager didn't check on the woman the night prior to see if she needed help or an Uber. But she did accuse her of being drunk often. When I generally see this woman, she is with another that looks similar who has slipped and fallen because of her cane. The regulars said that her friend had just passed and I believe the manager has gotten them confused. Needless to say, the other patron was embarrassed, and the way it was handled was less than professional. The patron said, your women's bathroom floor is covered in water and you weren't concerned last night when I slipped on ice with heels on. Very unprofessional. The people who go there regularly and sit most of the day drink more than the 2 drinks the manager said she was served. Also, she wasn't driving. So if someone isn't bothering or hurting anyone and comes back to the establishment you as a franchise are going to humiliate them for having a bad night? If it was such an issue why didn't you check on the woman the night before instead of humiliating her on a Friday night? It makes it very uncomfortable for other middle aged people to come into the bar to catch up with friends. Are you going to throw me or my husband out next because you don't like us? read more

We need a zero star option. You can see below in the picture attached what $32 gets you when picking up at Chilli's in Lowell. I ordered the 10oz ribeye, medium rare, with avocado and grilled aspargus. Picked it up and this is what I got. $32 for overcooked steak that was marketed at 10oz (but weighed at home at 6.7oz), uncooked asparagus and rotten avocado. Buyer beware, avoid this place like the plague it is. read more

First off, the service is always punctual and kind! The food is reasonably priced and I'm always satisfied with the taste and quality. Chilis always makes for a great place to catch up with friends or to end off the night. Lots of memories had and to have here love this place! read more

Parking: lots of parking available outside. Seating: Ample of seating capacity Service: the service was quite slow even though there were handful of customers. 2 out of 5 star for service Food: we preferred cheddar bites, black bean burger and chicken enchiladas Complimentary salsa and chips- chips were salty. Salsa was watery. They can certainly learn from other Mexican restaurants out there. These two should never make to the customer table. Cheddar bites: Over fried. Burger kings Jalapeño bites are way better. Black bean burger: it was good. Chicken enchiladas: okayish. Overall it was not feel good experience. Generally when you are done eating you feel good but that wasn't the case with this place. Not recommended. read more

5 stars for Juliana, the bartender homie, saved the experience on multiple occasions when annoying conservative white men are attention needy and infantile across the joint when she's running around doing dishes keeping the vibe friendly. Came here one night after going to the movies with my daughter. The manager at this restaurant (a man with a ponytail) called my server over to him from our table while she was answering questions we had. Then called call her again she responded the second time as she was busy this first, and upon her walking over to him said to her "when a manager calls you you fucking come". No one should ever be treated in this way. Especially a manager mistreating his employees especially in front of customers. He should be fired. Has anyone else experienced this man? read more

Everything was good until the point where I had to wrap my own food with the wax paper to go because the waitress didn't return. That's good they have a kiosk to pay for the food otherwise we'll be waiting all night. The kiosk has the audacity to ask if we wanted to give 18, 20 or 25% tip. We gave 15% because any less my boyfriend would be upset. read more

We go to this Chili's every couple of months when we visit family in Lowell. The coconut margaritas are outstanding! We always sit at the bar and have always had good service. The guy next to us had a ribeye that looked really good. read more

Was my first time here and certainly wasn't disappointed. It's not the best steakhouse I ever been to but it lives up to it's name. Starting off with Texas cheese fries was an ideal start. It kept me craving for more. The main course was Sirloin steak with garlic sauce and broccoli with mashed potatoes. We had the steak perfectly cooked to the right consistency and color. Coupled with A1 it was juicy and moist. The mashed potatoes with spring onions left a tender taste in the mouth. All in all I loved it. However, the one thing I'll surely recommend and probably most already know is the cheesecake with strawberry puree. It's heavenly. Soft, buttery and eternal bliss. Surely a nice way to end off a superb lunch. read more

Ok, so I arrived with my daughter and I sat in the bar area. I asked what was on tap: all the same beers. 2 Sam's, 2-3 other IPAs...abd a bunch of watered down junk like bud and Coors. These are all almost the same beers. Nothing dark? Nothing even that qualifies as local that's not named Harpoon or Sam? Why must I constantly educate questionable chains about the craft beer revolution and the craft options In their back yards??? Sigh. Anyway, my daughter was getting antsy. She ordered the kids' burger(s) with 2 kids' sides off the Kids menu, and therefore I ordered a burger too. "Medium Rare, please." "No problem," replied my perfectly sound waiter. Needless to say my burger came out wrong. Gray almost all the way through - medium well or so. Needless to say, I sent it back. Three different people, my guy, Manager 1, and Manager 2 came to talk to me. I repeatedly showed them the roadkill between the bread on my plate. Meanwhile, I munched on my fries. Gotta admit, it tasted like they were stale. I wanted to show a manager, but asking them to reach I to my fries for a taste... admit it: that's a bit creepy. Manager 2 brought me my burger and asked me if I wanted to save the old one. "Maybe you have an animal?" Thankfully, my Border Collie can't read this. I turned down Chili's generous offer to bring an overcooked patty home to my family and/or my dog, aka my family. My daughter and I finished our meals and our drinks, and we asked for the check. Upon receipt, I reviewed the draft: I found that the total was around $30... the subtotal was around $30, but the middle showed a comp of about $12. They had doubled up on my burger bill but comped one. --look, some facilities comp when they foul up an order. Others don't comp but they make it right. All that's good. But THIS facility did something I've never, never seen. They counted both my original order AND my request for correction...then they comped one. Maybe it's simply a matter of inventory, but it felt very disingenuous to me. Check it out In my photo. read more

We went for lunch today and sat at the bar. The bartender was quick to take our orders, and the drinks were fine. However, the bar too was sticky and the silverware had old stick on food on it when we removed out from the bags. Once we got replacement silverware, the food arrived and half way through my Santa Fe salad, I pound a 12" piece of string mixed into in my salad! Gross! Why would there be string in a chopped salad? So, dirty silverware, sticky bar and unpleasant surprise in my food makes me pretty certain I'll never be back! Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. read more
