    Bacon eggs Benedict
    Becca M.

Servers were kind and fast. So that was a huge positive. I also love a local place and live to support small businesses. I loved the homey feel of this place but the news max blaring on the tv was a little off putting. It didn't make it seem welcoming to everyone. The food was a hot and came out quick. It wasn't the best eggs Benedict I've ever had but also not the best. I really want to love this place because I do genuinely love the vibe and the local feel but unfortunately it wasn't the best experience and I probably wouldn't go back for breakfast. Maybe I'll try again for lunch or dinner.

Excellent breakfast. Quality and quantity was perfect. The waitress was police and nice and will get a 35% tip. The location is perfect and plenty of parking. I uploaded photos of part of the menu for everyone to view.

I went there today, a Sunday*, and I truly enjoyed the food and the service, and I have to add an angle to my perspective, that I would have not had to add to my review, had I been writing this fifteen years ago. That now, I like a place like Rocco's for what it is not and doesn't have. What it has is normal food. Seeing the negative reviews, my curiosity was piqued to see just what type of diner the people who did not like Rosco's DID like, and the answer did not surprise me. It was like playing a guess the stereotype game: a lot of them gushed on other diner's yelp pages about them having vegan donuts and gluten free this or that. Oh brother. So if you are looking for the hip, trendy, "healthy" reinterpretation of comfort food, by all means, go elsewhere. But those of us actually looking for simple old fashioned food, go here and you will find exactly that. * on a Sunday, you can get only breakfast food. You have to make time on a weekday to try out their lunch, and Greek foods.

Would've been an absolute five! But food had a bug in it which obviously ruined it/food. Other than that, food came out fast, we ordered the hot cake special and eggs benedict with spinach for 35$. Iced water was charged which we didn't like too. But food was delicious! Besides bug that was crawling in my toast and eggs.

Eggshells in the omelet and alt right propaganda on the tv, what's not to hate? The food that wasn't eggshell wasn't even that good.

Food is gross and so is the owner. There are so many better breakfast spots to choose from in the area.

Decent array of offerings. Friendly server. -- Build your Own Omelette: This was my wife's order. Seemed small compared with recent omelette plates elsewhere. She liked it but found it and the accompanying hash browns (homefries are the other option) very plain. Solid enough. -- Pancakes and Sausage: Stack of three, no browning, more of a Twinkie color, and-- come to think of it-- Twinkie flavor. A little dry, needing the syrup. I upgraded to a mini bottle of real maple syrup for $3.99. My wife noticed that the cap had previously been opened and it was refilled. Not a big deal for me, but for those who care, now you know. Ordinary pancakes, but got the job done. The quartet of sausage links were thin but perfectly cooked. No real wow factor, but no real complaints. An adequate breakfast; adequate gets a 3. If I'm comparing it against Rosco's Diner around the corner, I give the food edge to Rosco, the value edge to Rosco, the convenience edge to Doty, and the service fairly even. As for the atmosphere: in Rosco's favor if you don't mind conservative news in the background, and in Doty's favor if you do.

Once inside we were greeted right away and seated immediately by the friendly bartender at the front bar area. He was very helpful and not pushy. The menu was much larger than I thought it would be. Once we were ready to order the bartender came over and took our order. The food came out very quickly even though the restaurant seemed pretty full. We both thought the food was very good. We did not buy any of their pastries but they looked very good in the display cases in the rear of the cafe. I would recommend this cafe and we plan to visit again in the future.

I wrote to the store and to the corporate contact address after three orders were each missing something. They asked me to reply with the order numbers which I had on email confirmations. In my original email I totaled all the missing items and it came to approximately $15. Corporate replied I should have called the store directly and included a $5 coupon and the store replied asking me what they could do to make it right. I replied that re-imbursing me for the missing items would be a start and that a $5 coupon was an insult when I said I was missing $15 worth of items. That was the last I heard from both corporate and the store despite writing them several times stating I had not heard back from them. Interestingly, the next order was also missing an item. I called the store directly and they actually answered. I told them I was again missing an item and he asked what my order number on the receipt was. When I read it to him I mentioned it the missing item had a star next to it on the receipt and he laughed and said that was a reminder to the staff not to forget an item. He then said he saw my item sitting by itself on an assembly table. He then told me if I came back during certain hours and asked for him he'd give me two of the items. Didn't solve the problem. Corporate also said the store could deliver the missing item but that was not offered to me and I was not driving back at night. Pressed, your system doesn't work and you need to do better! I'm also still waiting for my now $17 worth of missing items that you still owe me. What really has me irritated is writing me back and saying that's not how they want the experience to be and asking what they could do and then having them completely ghost me despite several emails. I have also given them plenty of time to respond. If you don't mind paying for things you won't receive it's a great place, otherwise save your money for someplace that actually will give you what you've paid for.
