Birthday breakfast with a lot of laughs and a great breakfast. I forgot to take a picture of what I had, which was the plant base protein combo. Two vegan patties and scramble egg whites and seasonal fruit. However, the strawberry banana protein pancakes are pictured. This breakfast was terrific, and I was surprised at the vegan patties, which can be hit or miss depending on the brand. They were a hit along with the protein pancakes. My family food, they said, was good as well, and they took some of it home, not me, lol. People kept coming in not knowing they were closed and she just kept seating them. That impressed me, considering a lot of businesses will start closing before it is even time. Nowadays, whenever I'm stressed out about school, work or just life in general this is the place my partner brings me in order to cheer me up. The pancakes are always perfect and I couldn't ask for them to be fluffier or more delicious. And if you haven't tried the butter pecan syrup there YOU HAVE TO! It takes the pancakes to the next level, trust me. In the many, many times I've been to IHOP I've only ever had one semi-negative interaction with a server. They were polite and all, they just weren't very good at waiting on myself and my family. That's the only reason I can't give it 5 stars but, overall, fantastic place! Stopped in Tuesday evening (6-22-2021) on our way back from Largo, FL as this is a half way point on our way home. It was raining, we were tired and driving 335 miles in a day isn't much fun. Our waitress Miranda was wonderful. She brought us everything we asked for and checked on us frequently. She could not have been a better waitress, she was friendly and the type of person who knows as well as anticipates what you will need during the meal, just perfect!
