When I went to this place with my family amd, It was wonderful! The staff were nice and funny, This was good ihop, Thanks.

On June 12, 2018, we went to IHOP for dinner around 6pm. After 79 minutes we still had no food or any hope of attaining food. Let's backtrack. At 6pm, there were 3 cars in the lot and ours. There were 2 waitresses, there was no inclination of a problem. After a while the couple behind me grew frustrated. The couple on the other side of our booth were becoming angry. We should have left. The waitress sat more people after we had been there 30 minutes. No warning of a problem in the kitchen. All we gathered was they were out of cheese sauce. We did not order anything with said sauce so why the dilemma? We asked how long it would be to the other waitress and she walked by mumbling something about frozen stuff, only 1 cook, no manager. We waited more and finally asked for our check after hailing the waitress down in the kitchen. Neither could give an answer as to why there was nothing being served to us or the party across the way. Just they were backed up in the kitchen? Why? Serving ghost patrons? I walked through the restaurant trying to find someone to change a problematic item ordered or something. Nobody was on the floor. As other families came in, we and other patrons told them about the lackluster service and they left. The couple behind me were given a managers number to call and complain. They called and were told by whoever answered that they could discuss the issue on 6/14/2018. Wow! We were offered a business card as well to fix the scenario. When finally we got our check to pay for our drinks, honestly they should have been comped for he terrible experience. The waitress took our credit card hostage for over 10 minutes. We had to go into the kitchen to find her. She had rung up the initial order that we didn't receive and voided it out. Told us to keep an eye on our statements. Then rang us up for our drinks. All the while giving us attitude for being mad. Fix the situation by saying 'we have a problem in the kitchen and food will be slow tonight' at the beginning not after ducking us for an hour. Both waitresses had vile attitudes toward us and other customers. A skinny blonde and a skinny brunette, both young, late 20s. Don't expect much out of them or help from the manager card. We will no longer be patrons of this particular IHOP and it will be a very long time before we go to any other IHOP. read more

Our waitress was EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY, we waited over 30+ minutes for our food and only ordered a French toast combo!! Never again will I come to this establishment, not worth any of my money and DEFINITELY NOT my time!! Don't waste your time or money, you'll be extremely disappointed read more

After fireworks on the 4th, this was one of the only places open. The waitress was okay enough. What really upset me was I ordered a side of onion rings. When I got my bill, I was charged $4.59 for an onion ring app. The onion rings were extremely greasy and overcooked, but I wouldn't even pay $5 for GOOD onion rings. When asked about the side of onion rings, the waitress noted that they dont have them on the menu, but in their system. Having 10 years of serving experience, when an off menu item or an upcharge is ordered, it is courteous to notify the customer of the additional charges that will be occurring. If she had done this, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money on these onion rings. The other members in my party were not impressed with their dry BLT, omelette, burnt toast, or bland hash browns, as well. Overall, don't waste your time or money. read more

Oh man. I had been to four/five star ihops. This was awful compared to them. And I typically get the same thing everywhere I go. Colorado omelet, with NY cheesecake pancakes. The omelet was flat and smaller than all other I IHOPs I have been to. For the price, I better get a huge omelet. The pancakes were also smaller than other IHOPs. And with barely any cheesecake pieces, and only 4/5 strawberrys on top! For 3 pancakes! They pissed me off. So the moment they set it down, I asked for extra. This really showed how cheap they are, they gave me a bowl with 4 strawberries. And no, I cannot use the strawberry syrup, because it taste completely artificial and I didn't pay for pancakes with a fruit topping to ruin it with that. I will never come here again. The OK service was overshadowed by the cheap presentation and small amount of food. read more

Seated at 10am. Table of 7. One hour later and only 3 of us have half of our breakfast orders. Another customer walked out already who experienced the similar wait time. We had to ask for a manager who offered to remake everything. Remake? Where'd our original orders go? Other tables? Ultimately our coffee and 3 orders of eggs were gratis. I've come here several times in the past few years and every experience has been great. The service has been pretty quick, the staff very polite, accommodating and helpful. The food is delicious. However, I have to give them 3 stars. The only reason is because after I gave the waitress my plate after the meal there was a large circle of chocolate on the table where my plate was. This means the plate wasn't properly cleaned. It kind of disappointed me. Otherwise, I'll still be coming back. Hoping the dishes will be cleaned better next time. read more

Save your self and others a favor and a small fortune by avoiding this place. This IHOP is by far the worst IHOP I have ever been to. I've lived in this area almost 2 years and have been twice only to have been disappointed both times. First off they do not cater to food allergies. Because I am allergic to bacon and pork products I asked that my omelette be kept separate in a pan when they cooked it, but the Surly waitress told me that she could not guarantee they would do this. This seemed fishy to me since restaurants are required to accommodate food allergens in their patrons. But she said she would see what she could do but couldn't make any guarantees. So that was that. And instead of wanting the fruit I wanted to substitute one pancake but I would have to pay a dollar 79 for one pancake on a senior breakfast. My 8 year old friend ordered the chocolate pancake that really truly was horrible it tasted like Nestle Quick and flour mixed together, it was disgusting. We are pretty sure the pancakes were microwaved they were tough you couldn't even cut them with us aerated butter knife. And the turkey bacon was cold. When the manager came around to ask if everything was okay we told him about that but he didn't make it right. He said they would make you another microwave pancake but that was not acceptable to any of us. He sure didn't take anything off the bill. There are many great restaurants in Spring Hill that serve breakfast. I suggest the breakfast station about a mile away on northcliffe Boulevard. We would have gone there but there was a huge crowd so we settled for IHOP to our Despair and pocketbook! Forewarned is forearmed end of story. read more

Very busy place at 11am had to wait for a table when we got the table the server seemed like he had more than he could handle slow with getting food out. Pancakes seemed to be hard for them to get out other than the rest of the food! The food is good and will go again just when less busy! read more

Went in around lunch time they leave main room empty and work the sides. Atleast 8 tables open and expected customers to wait on lunch time for a table while tables available. The servers at this location are horrible they fail to properly check on their guest . One server was even arguing with a guest this is unacceptable. The late night staff need replaced or better training including the manager read more

This was a great affordable place to go for brunch. They were nice and friendly, it looked mildly busy. We were seated and waited on right away. The server was pleasant and not overly helpful which I like. A huge plus for me is when they take notice of your drinks and we never ran out, which I think is excellent on our waitresses part. The food was really goo and very hot. I'm not sure what I ordered was called on the menu but as I have never been to an IHOP I ordered a huge plate for my daughter and I to split. It had 2 of sausage, bacon, eggs, French toast, and pancakes. It was wonderful! My husband did a build your own breakfast platter and he loved it. The best part is it didn't break the bank it was well worth the small price tag for all that food. Will definitely be hitting this place again. Would love to see if they are as good with their lunch and dinners as they are with their breakfast. read more

Despite the negative reviews from others, my family and I go here quite often and the breakfast is fantastic! With kids eat free special on the weekends is definitely a plus! I would recommend this place because I think IHOP has definitely stepped up their game;) Cheers!! read more
