did a mobile order; said it would be ready at 11:03 am. Arrived at 11:04 the cashier said mobile order is here. Watched the guy preparing the food, an absolute nightmare. instead of completing a single order he was doing partial orders for drive-thru, dine in and mobile; not completing any successfully. did get a couple drive- thrus. It was now 11:14 and the manager repeated mobile order is here waiting. A couple more drive thrus and on dine in (who came in a good 5 minutes after me.) Finally at 11:27, 23 minutes after the promised time, the cashier drops a bag on the counter without saying a word. I looked and sure enough it was mine. The food was fine; tho the burger which I saw go in the bag early on was just lukewarm. read more

I needed to stop and get a cold drink before traveling north, and I decided the drive-through was the quickest route. It seemed a bit strange that the parking lot was so empty at 12 noon - and there was only one car in the drive-through. My small order for my drink was taken quickly, and was ready for pick up by the time I drove up to the window. We don't have a Hardee's where we live so we wanted to give it a try. The reviews didn't look all that good but we went anyway. So glad we did! The food was really good and tasted freshly made. Everyone was very friendly and we chatted a bit with one of the girls wearing a birthday crown because my daughter had spotted her and wanted to wish her a Happy birthday. We don't do fast food often, but after a busy day we decided to stop at Hardees. Two burgers and drinks were $28 (almost what it would cost at Applebee's or Chili's). The burgers were just awful. You could tell, they were previously prepared and microwaved, Worst tasting, most dissatisfying burgers we've had. I always thought Hardees was better...nothing like it was years ago. Don't know how fast food places stay in business, Prices that are almost as much as a casual sit down restaurant, and nothing close to freshly prepared food. Sad. Cheaper and healthier to prepare food at home. Bye Hardees you join awful fast food places like McDonald's & Burger King. read more

The manager and staff are top-notch. I go with family and friends once or twice a month. Whether for a burger or just a beverage, or the chicken fingers because usually they are hot and fresh unlike most fast-food restaurants, I've never been disappointed. They even helped me when I lost my keys in the bathroom one evening. The only caveat? The classic car show people can be rude and annoying when you are just trying to go through the drive-through. Some of them are milling about like lost cattle and you have to swerve to avoid them or wake for them to wake up from whatever substance they are on. Last week they looked like they wanted to start a fight..ridiculous and wish they would honestly find somewhere else to congregate. I'm sure Hardee's makes a lot of money when the big money, big car folks come on through but I was waiting for my food and struggled to breathe from all the exhaust. I came here for breakfast with my family during the winter holidays. The drive-thru was busy, but the inside was normal. We ordered at the counter (a large order for 6 people), and were greeted with a kind smile and a patient cashier. Our food came out about 10 minutes later, which is enough time to reasonably prepare the food, and not so little amount of time that it leaves you wondering why it came out so fast. The inside of the restaurant was clean and organized, and the food tasted great. The cinnamon biscuits are delicious! The egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit is, of course, the best. Had the biscuit & gravy as usual, very good. Cinnamon roll was nice & fluffy, they even gave me an extra fork for it. coffee was good. If you like ordering juicy fresh chicken fingers, than this is not the place for you!! Not only did i order a 5 piece chicken tenders and only got 4, but they were hard and real nasty. When my husband called to complain he caught the lady in the background saying " I highly doubt it" about the missing finger. Yeah I'm calling to complain about a missing finger so i can drive 20 minutes all the way back to your place, at 2 bucks a gallon of gas for another hard, gross chicken finger. What can you say other than they make the best biscuits for any chain restaurant out there. I had the monster biscuit very good has ham, sausage, bacon, egg and cheese really good. The cinnamon roll is good I like that they put raisins in it. The location is on US 19 which can get really busy so be careful pulling in and out of the location. read more

I have visited this establishment for the very last time. I just ordered from the drive-thru and when I got home they had given me the wrong order AGAIN!! This happens too frequently! What I got had to be thrown in the trash...it was some kind of egg biscuit. It not only was cold but had cheese that wasn't even melted. Trashed. I've never stepped foot into this location. But the landscaping is really nice. If they care that much about the outside, I could only hope they care that much about the inside.
