Stopped by on our way back home to Tampa. Wasn't sure if they were open, the outside is pretty dark. I have to say this is the absolute cleanest Zaxby's I've been. The decor is so freaking cute. Staff was really friendly. The food was good as usual for Zaxby's. read more

Over priced ! This is crazy 2 salads $30 for a drive thru. Ruby Tuesdays salad buffet is more cost friendly and better quality then Zacbys

On arrival for dining inside, there were zero customers dining in or waiting on orders. Even the drive-thru was empty. We weren't sure they were even open. Well, as it turned out, they may as well have been closed. This was, hands down, the very worst Zaxby's experience we've ever had. To wit: (1) rude disinterested cashier, more involved with her texting and playing with her huge fake eyelashes than tending to paying customers; (2) the filthy drink dispensing machine looked like it had not been cleaned in, I don't know, weeks or maybe months; syrupy drink residue was plastered to it, right where people stick their cup to fill it up; (3) no ice in either machine, and some customers who came in while we were "dining" had to go to the counter for ice; (4) I needed more ice, so I went directly to the counter, politely told the cashier the ice was empty, and she sighed loudly and obnoxiously and said, "It's always something around here." ... Um, wow, just .... wow. (5) Part of our (incorrect) order was missing an item, and when presenting back at the service counter, I was quizzed on receiving the item (I did not) as if I was trying to pull a fast one on the Zaxby's empire. The dining room was nasty and needed cleaning. Not sure why it couldn't be done, as they had plenty of time with the very low customer count. Avoid this location. The sticky nasty drink dispenser alone was enough to merit a visit from the Health Department. read more

While going to the Silver Springs State Park we were looking for a place to have quick breakfast and we decided to have breakfast at Zaxby's Chicken Fingers. We decided to have a drive through order instead of ordering from inside the restaurant. After viewing the menu we decided to order Fried Mushrooms and Kick-in Chicken Meal which included Fries, Chicken Sandwich and diet coke. We got the food in 5 minutes and the food was hot. We loved the chicken sandwich as well as fried mushrooms. The food was good and delicious. read more

My family loves Zaxby's (only second to Chik-fila in our hearts)! I usually wouldn't review a fast-casual joint because they're all kinda the same. But this particular Zaxby's had a great interior decor. It was early in the day, so everything was looking fantastic - but the franchise owner had put a little extra into this location. Beautiful wooden tables, nice Life Proof floors (I have these in my home), and faux brick walls. The normal interior decorations (old memorabilia) was replaced with some clever lighted signage - reducing a cluttered look. I hope more of their restaurants move to this farmhouse style! I have no idea why, but it took nearly 30 minutes in the drive through on Saturday around 1:30, but I suppose someone could have had a huge order. The fingers and fries were fresh and crispy, the toast was .. well toasty, but I didn't get a spoon so I have no idea about the coleslaw. read more

Stopped in off the interstate to this brand new Zaxby's. Very well done decor. Real attention to detail right down to the bathrooms. Hot, fast, fresh, food. Our whole party ordered salads to their liking. Everyone had a little different twist and all arrived with cool crisp veggies and hot fresh chicken. Will definitely stop here again. read more

Best chicken tenders I've ever had!!! The restaurant is very clean and the people are so friendly.

My first time, it was very good! I had to wait 6 minutes but I got fresh chicken sandwich very good well worth the wait! We ordered the signature sandwich meal. Friendly service. Prices are not to bad, definitely will be back read more

As always excellent food and great service. The manager even visited our table to check on our food and service. She also explained the survey process and asked us please to share our experience and visit. The only constructive feedback is they need more than one drink station. I miss the cherry Fanta they used to carry as well. I'm not a fan of the fancy drink stations. read more

The Zaxby's on 50 in ridge manor is the worst there chicken today was so tough and greasy. Was not good at all

So we spent the day moving, drove out of the way to get zaxbys because we were really craving it, only be disappointed for the last time. A simple order of "plain grilled chicken with nothing else, no bread, lettuce, or tomato" turned into sauce, buttered toast and all in the same container. I have a very severe wheat and dairy allergy. I cannot eat this. So go inside to show them and the lady in the back is back talking asking why she has to remake it. Was told allergy and she again had more to say about it. This is not the only time we've had issues here either. If you go inside and order the food is typically good. But I would say 1 in 10 times of drive thru ordering is actually right. It's such a shame. We will not be back to this zaxbys. Horrible horrible horrible read more

I used to eat hear a lot, maybe once a week. Last time in the chicken was extremely salty. So much so I could not finish the chicken.

So, as a Floridian living in the Tampa Bay Area there are not very many Zaxby's around. My boyfriend lives in Georgia, and I can't pretend like I don't look forward to getting Zaxby's every time I visit him! However, I wanted to find one closer to me, of course! There were a couple Zaxby's closer to me than this one, but the reviews drew me in, and yes, I drove 20+ miles down the interstate for some chicken tenders. And you know what? It was f*****g worth it. First of all, this restaurant is genuinely beautiful inside. There's brick interior, several stylish signs, huge semicircle booths, and it's clean as a whistle. It's like you're going to an actual restaurant, whereas Zaxby's is considered... well, fast food! The food was amazing, as always, but I also just really love Zaxby's. We ordered to dine in and the food came out in less than 5 minutes, hot and fresh, and the sweet girl working apologized for the wait. I was like, girl, what wait? It came out SO quickly. Regardless, top notch customer service AND food. Also, since we had kind of a long drive back home, we both used the bathroom before leaving, and my goodness, the bathrooms were FLAWLESS. They were so clean, so well maintained. All in all, I had an amazing experience here and when I just can't wait until my next Georgia trip to get some Zaxby's - I'll be coming to this one. read more
