I thought my order would be right out. Twenty five minutes later I was wrong as it was not out. I finally went in and showed my phone to the counter lady. She had no idea where my order was. She finally brought my order to me with not a word to say sorry for the delay. I started to leave and I noticed that the Hot Fudge Sundae I ordered was not with my order. When I brought it to the ladies attention she walked off to the ice cream machine. When she finally brought she tried to put it in my bag with my hot order. I had to suggest that she put it in a seperate bag. You would have thought I asked her to scrub the floor. She never said a word. Not a location I would visit again. When I got back to the room I opened up my order, The new "Big Arch". I looked amazing with the two burgers and all the condiments. But, when I took my first bite I was very disappointed. The burgers were tough and the cheese and sauce started to melt and drip everywhere. I don't think their new menu item will make it. I will never order again.

The service is terrible. Slow. Inattentive. Staff busy chatting in the back not making the food.read more

DO NOT EAT HERE - Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. This Taco Bell location is an absolute disaster--horrible service, repeated mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability. My wife placed an order an hour before closing, specifically requesting no rice in the burritos. This was clearly printed on the receipt. She checked at the stop sign and found rice in one of them, so she went back--only to find out BOTH burritos had rice. Thinking the issue was fixed, we drove home--only to find that BOTH burritos STILL had rice. That's two mistakes in a row. Now, we had to drive all the way back AGAIN, right before closing. When we arrived, we showed our receipt and expressed our frustration. The so-called "manager" (who looked about 22-23) was completely dismissive, offered no apology, no accountability, and no solution--only blaming it on a "miscommunication" between the cashier and the kitchen. The receipt literally said "NO RICE," so what's the excuse? To make matters worse, when we asked for the corporate number or franchise owner's name, she refused to provide either--instead, she rudely slammed the window shut. Oh, and she actually had the audacity to laugh as if this whole situation was funny. This location is a joke. They clearly don't care about customers, can't follow basic instructions, and have a so-called manager who lacks any leadership or professionalism. We will NEVER return. To top it all off, most nights after the lobby closes, they claim the debit/credit machines are "down," forcing people to pay cash. Feels shady at best. If you value your time, money, and basic human decency, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL

I hung up and then called back as I felt this was really just a free drink and side as I had not received the original sandwich. I was told "I am busy" by the "manager". Apparently my time was of no concern. This is the Rueben I was given as compensation.....Literally one piece of meat! The first call was 2 minutes and second 47 seconds. It's a treat for me to eat out and it's so sad that the excellence that most Culver's have is not shared at this location. While waiting on my "free meal"(which ended up being a sandwich and a side) another customer had to come to the front to advise of a mess in the dining area. Every other Culver's I've ever been to has a person who works the dining room to check this type of thing....apparently not here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
