Not to my liking. I tried it 3 times to be fair. The bread is too soft and mushy. It falls apart as you eat. Only white and wheat bread are offered limiting choices. The quality is good but lacking flavor. Service is fast and I have only ordered for pickup. Still have not found a better sub than Publix deli. read more

I ordered a buy on get one free promotional deal through Uber Eats. They charged me 36 dollars, refused to provide me the free sandwiches. Upon calling the store, the woman on the phone refused to give her name and also claiming to be the manager said "well I'm not giving you free food." This matter is being taken to corporate office. As the so called manager refused to honor their promotional deal on Uber eats and charged me full price for 2 sandwiches. I would recommend staying away until they get the children running the store to act right and honor their promotional deals, and by the grace of God learn to show some respect. read more

No matter what you order. They put whatever they want on your sandwich. And when you call to have it corrected. The lady working told me she was putting me on hold, but I could hear her on the phone with her boss and she was belittling me and my problem. Basically told me to go fuck myself and that she was hanging up with me. Great customer service. read more

Fresh subs made while you wait. Love the combos of the sandwiches - things I'd never think of. My fave is New York Steamer which has Corn Beef, Pastrami, and melted Provolone. What makes it best is Italian dressing. Yummy! Prices are a bit high but there are choice of sizes from small, medium and large. And let me tell you I'd choose this any day over Subway. Usually made quickly. Nice to hear a greeting from the staff and a smile. I've eaten here a few times and will be back again and again. read more

AMAZING. i absolutely love their meatball sandwich. they have plenty of sizes for small kids "3-6" kids 6-13 and any one older. they support local firefighters which i love because some of my family was firefighters . i love that they also have a self serve soda machine. i know it is becoming more popular in places but this is the first place with subs that has one (that i've seen). the point is i would definitely recommend this place. read more

The crew of this Firehouse consistently get orders wrong. The order takers don't listen. The sandwich makers don't pay attention. This restaurant consistently gets every order wrong that I've ever placed there I'm always coming back to the counter or driving back to the restaurant. Fool me no more I'm not a customer anymore. And if a manager is not present, then forget any kind of professionalism or good customer service. read more

Today was my first time in a Firehouse Subs and I was very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely go back and look forward to doing so. My sandwich was delicious and so was my brownie. My only complaint is the restroom.. I walked in and walked right back out. Being 9 months pregnant and not being able to use the restroom is a bummer. Although I know the restroom probably wasn't their fault, they probably hadn't been notified about it and hadn't had a chance to clean it up.. so, not holding it against them. read more

Alright, I've had bad service before, but never have I actually been DISRESPECTED by a store manager... Until tonight. I live down in Tampa, but my son had a football game in Spring Hill, so after the game, we all saw the newly-opened Firehouse and decided to grub down on some sandwiches. There is a Firehouse that we frequent in Tampa and the service and subs are always top-notch, so we were licking our chops as we pulled up to the store! I guess the first mistake I made was not paying close enough attention to the time. We walked in around 8:40 and placed our order at 8:45ish. The store was surprisingly busy, so there were quite a few orders in front of ours. We grabbed our chips and drinks, then sat down and waited for our order. When they called my name, I went up to the counter to retrieve our vittles, which was packed up in bags. I asked the guy, "Don't you usually serve these in baskets?" "Oh, you have to take the order to go because we're closed now," was how he replied. So I told the kid that I was from out of town and had no place to eat the sandwiches, so if I couldn't sit down and eat, I'd cancel the order and request a refund. And this is where the magic happens. The store manager, identifiable by his black shirt and name tag that read "manager," chimed in and said, "You can't have a refund because the order is already made." I told the manger, "Had I been advised at the time I placed my order, I would have simply gone somewhere that I could eat." His reply was, "That's not my problem." At this point, I was flummoxed and at a loss for words. So I went to grab the food, and he sighed heavily and said, "Go ahead and sit down to eat, but hurry it up." So I turned around, looked at his name tag and said, "You're the manager? Dave Harris?" And he said, "Yeah that's right. Do it!" As if he was daring me to file a formal complaint. As I was walking away, I heard him say to another employee, "What a jerk!" For real???? I seriously couldn't believe this guy. I mean, where the HELL did Firehouse find this assclown? Did he manage the soup nazi's joint on Seinfeld? What store manager of a newly-opened location would speak to paying customers like that... with that tone? Wow. After next week's football game, I can tell you where I'm *NOT* dropping $40 on food! Side note, as we were rapidly scarfing down our sandwiches, one of the younger employees walked by and said, "Sorry about that." He should be promoted to manager immediately. read more

I have eaten at the Spring Hill, Fl Firehouse twice and don't expect to go again..The subs are just not up to Firehouse quality and taste.. No care is taken in the prep or presentation.. I don't even want to rate my experience at all. It was terrible, the sandwich was gross and the staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE. I would not recommend this location to anyone.. the same girls are always working with the same attitudes every time, but this visit set me over the edge. Usually I love Firehouse subs but tonight it was awful. Our steak and cheese only had meat and a little cheese, no lettuce,tomato. Or mayonnaise. My granddaughters grilled cheese had one piece of cheese and was barely grilled. Both of our tuna subs was made wrong, which I don't know how this can be when we ordered on line and listed everything we wanted on them. Only one of our seven subs was made correctly. Subs are good. The service is terrible unless the place is dead empty. All high schoolers working there and they freak out if it gets the slightest bit busy. Do not recommend during dinner hours. Took us 35 minutes to get a club sub and a turkey sub with cheese. Ridiculous. read more

Yesterday (9-2-16) was my 2nd visit...exactly the same as the first...wonderful. Their prices are slightly higher than Subway, but the amount of meat you get is at least doubled, if not tripled. The quality of their sandwiches are beyond reproach. Every order has been perfect. The staff friendly & professional. The restaurant completely clean. I love the fact that you can dine inside or out. I love that they have mushrooms (Subway doesn't), but the charge of .75 cents is a little ridiculous. Family of four, 3 combos & one just a sandwich-$40. At about $10 per person-that's a little pricey for a sandwich & chips. But, honestly, that is the only thing I can find that could use some attention. I really enjoy Subway, but when I'd like to take the sandwich up a notch, Firehouse is it. read more

Ordered online, and I arrived at the window about 5 minutes early. One girl just looked at me through the drive thru window and told another girl to go to the window. Then she proceeded to just stand there while the other girl did her bidding. I was told that they had not even started on the order. I said ok, and left. The place was empty, and no one was doing anything. it would have taken longer than 5 minutes to get my order ready. Its nothing but a bunch of High School kids working there that have no professional ethics about them. Wont be going back. I've heard the subs at this location were the best (from a friend) so I had been dying to try Firehouse for months. I got a meatball sub and it wasn't the best I've had. In fact I won't go back for another sub as I was very disappointed on the taste. I ate the meatballs as I paid for them but left the rest of the sub. It took a lot to finish the meatballs as I just didn't care for the taste, ...but like I said, I paid for them. Perhaps it's great for other's tastes but for mine, I'd prefer almost anyone's subs than these. I left without expressing my opinion to the staff. read more

It's s good sub but could be better. I would like to see fresh baked bread and I would like to see fresh cut meat in front of me. I don't know if they bake their own bread.
