We are always driving/passing thru Spring Hill on our way back & forth to the Surf Shack in Pensacola & have now discovered many fabulous Asian places like Okinawa, the Japanese place across the street, so we decided to order from here next.. This is what we discovered: This little dine in or take out Chinese restaurant "China Town" is a New York Style Chinese restaurant. Their menu states they do not use MSG & they will make anything spicy you like, to your taste. You can also customize any dish adding any extras you like, they are all listed when you order online, with prices. A awesome ordering system. Their prices are also very reasonable. OuiOui. We have tried many many things so far.. The first thing I want to talk about is their "Chicken Wings with Garlic sauce." "THE HOLY SMOKES CHICKEN WINGS WITH GARLIC SAUCE BABY!" OuiOui. Sir Hubbers is addicted to them I am addicted to them HOLY SMOKES garlicky finger licking good, savory, saucy, crunchy breaded, slightly sweet fried chicken wings from "China Town." The best Freakin Chicken wings with garlic sauce we have EVER had. If you love Chicken wings in a saucy garlic sauce, these are a MUST ORDER. FYI: I add red chilies to mine & make them super spicy Amazeballs. "HOLY SMOKES (SPICY-ER) CHICKEN WINGS WITH GARLIC SAUCE BABY!" I would order from China Town just for the "Chicken wings with garlic sauce." Especially for the "Party Trays" that range from $44 to $50. Which includes a party tray of moi fave "Special Lo mein" for $48 (Party Trays are listed on the menu/photo) As for the regular menu: The shrimp curry with onions. HEAVENLY. The Chicken curry with Onions? Also HEAVENLY, although moi prefers the shrimp. Both Excellent. Arrrr! :)... The Singapore mei fun is Amazeballs. They make it perfect here. A must order if you like Spicy mei fun. Sir Hubbers loves the Phoenix & Dragon. They make it so beautifully with fresh veggies. The pork fried rice is very good, but the super duper surprise here is the vegetable fried rice SUPERB. They put lots of yummy veggies in it even little corns & pieces of GINGER. A must order. And of course the House Special Lo Mein which is moi fave. So Fabulous it's even good cold. Superb. Arrrr! :)... NOTE: We also tried the sweet & sour pork, didn't like it at all. Egg rolls, which didn't have enough filling and deflated like a flat tire. The egg foo Young wasn't cooked properly. So we will pass on those items. However, the menu is VAST. Tons of stuff we still want to try & are looking forward to it, as this is the best quality Chinese Food we have found, at "China Town." I ordered from this place got a normal meal like usual and they put like 50% veggies instead of the rice and shrimp so we went back and asked if they could remake it since it was mainly vegetables and no rice and they proceeded to replay my phone call and say that i order that and they can't remake it....The man was rude he shoved the phone in my face. They say they are a New York style Chinese restaurant however, they don't have the first clue as to what they're doing. I ordered pepper steak with onion. The seasoning is horrible. The meat tastes almost roar and uneditable and it's got some kind of a weird flavor. I wouldn't even feed to my dog. I literally took two bites of it and threw it in the garbage can, and their prices are not reasonable. I definitely would never recommend this place to anybody for Chinese Food. Maybe dog food. But do yourself a favor and stay away from this poor excuse for a chinese restaurant. read more

We decided to try this the other night because we were near there and pulled up China Town online. Ordered my usual General Tso Chicken. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Tso's supposed to be spicy but knew before I even took a bite it wouldn't be because there wasn't a pepper to be seen. It had a good flavor but definitely would have benefited from a little heat. We also got the combo which included rice (I opted for lo me in noodles) and an eggroll. The restaurant was clean with a continuous stream of customers. I didn't see anywhere to sit so everything must be taken out or delivered using outside delivery person. Delivery takes about 30 minutes but take out takes 10-15 minutes. Lunch prices are decent, most dinner menu items run about $12.95. They do cater so if you have a large party they can definitely provide food. read more

As someone who's primarily a vegan/vegetarian I love the selection here. I order the bean curd and veggie soup several times a week. I also like the foods from the special diet menu. They deliberately tried to rip me off. They didn't out my full order in my bag and when I politely called and asked to correct and get what I paid for they kept hanging up on me. I went in store and they lie to me about me calling about it and fought with me about it. They tried to tell me the call was dropped, three times in a row????? Unfortunately for them I called and pretended to be another customer on two different lines that both worked but yet tried to tell me it was a phone issue.
