I have been a New China customer for the past two years. But after the poor service I received I don't think I will ever return. After ordering over the telephone and waiting about 20 minutes, I had to stand in back of a long line of people who were either waiting for food or placing their initial orders in a small lobby area.. This is difficult and frustrating because i am 67 years old with health issues and must now wait longer to simply pick up my order. Also, at a time of very high COVID 19 infections, waiting in a long line within a small crowded lobby where people are not property distanced and in some cases don't wear masks can be very dangerous. read more

Up to a month ago I would have given it a 5 rating. This last month I've seen deteriorating signs when getting take-outs. Yesterday (and as of the last month or so) my broccoli and shrimp take-out had one less shrimp and the broccoli had white areas in part of the broccoli. I have decided this broccoli is of a cheaper quality than in the past. Dropping one shrimp is a biggie for me also. In the past, (once) when I ordered an extra quart of rice, they dropped giving me my small box of rice that went along with the standard order. Did they change owners? I'm not sure where to go now. read more
