This was our first time dining at China Wok. I ordered 2 General Tao's and took them home. There is plenty of rice and chicken. You also get a few broccoli for color. The food tasted ok but you get plenty of food for the price. The egg rolls were a bit over cooked, but still good. As a suggestion, they should put a packet of something to put on the egg rolls. The place is clean and has a good size menu. If you're craving Chinese, give China Wok a try. I'll go back and try something different. If it's just mediocre then I'll just go some place else. read more

BEWARE THEY OVERCHARGE LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT!!! I went to this restaurant several times yet never did I notice how they charge you a FEE for using a credit card. They charge you 3.5% credit card convenience fee when you use a credit card. Not only that but they charge you this fee AFTER taxes. Isn't that illegal? I am paying a fee based on the total amount plus taxes. I have the receipts that I will post on here and it shows that even after taxes +3.5% is still less than what my full amount was so they're scamming people. They need to be reported to the IRS. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT EVER!!!! If like New York City style Chinese food? I have been looking for a place that reminds me of what I would consider the closest thing i have found since Golden China closed on US 19 between Ranch and 52. It was the best and now I would consider China wok the best. Like anything we all have different tastes but this is N.Y.C. Chinese food or as close as i have found. If anyone can tell me different i would love to try it because i love Chinese food. This place is hit or miss, sometimes you can handle what they cook, other times you just want to throw it all in the trash. The fried rice is hard and tastes like they used yesterday's rice, the chicken wings are good when they don't leave the nails and feathers on . If you ask for lo mein!! Giving Crazy Wok 2 stars because of the wings that were perfectly fried but the amount of MSG or salt used to cook the food was overkill. I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce combo w pork fried rice and an egg roll. The rice was overcooked in some areas and also full of MSG. The egg roll was good but full of grease at the bottom of the bag. What happened to the quality?? The wings were fried crispy how I like them but also full of MSG!! No flavors... just purely salty. This one on collier parkway is excellent. The hays center off rt 52 location is not great. All food is too salty- C20 shrimp and chicken cashew with white sauce-no soy!! Wonton soup same plus collier location has sliced pork not pressed pork. The young woman at order area sits at a table away from the front. She does not answer the phone after 8 pm saturday. They close at 9. When you arrive in person, she grudgingly processes the transaction then sits back down around the corner from the front desk area. Just sharing so owners can make some changes. I have been waiting to complete a review on this place after several visits. So I am proud to say I am a regular at this location. I usually order the chicken and garlic sauce, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, crab rangoons, shrimp egg rolls, shrimp fried rice, and all the lo mein. Now, this is not all at the same time. LOL The food is alway consistently good. The service is fast especially for how busy they are. The prices are comparable to other similar restaurants. I stopped going almost a year ago because the quality of the food became terrible. Nothing has changed unfortunately. Ordered bourbon chicken and lo mein last night. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been cooked in a dehydrator. To be honest I'm not even sure it was chicken. No establishment should serve food like this. The food is great, the prices are right. Typical Chinese restaurant prices. Lately I have not in a Chinese food eating mood for it send me and my fiancé straight to the restroom and that's not a good feeling. I haven't had any issues with this restaurant, I just don't haven't gone in a while because I'd rather cook for myself then pay someone else to cook for me. ‍ That's my preference. But if anyone were to ask what's really good on the menu I would suggest the "Singapore". OMG!!! It is so darn good. If you like spicy this is the dish for you. I normally order it regular but I stopped eating red meats so I ask for no pork. I also, find it funny and smart how they have their children taking orders at the counter or over the phone. We just found this place! I mentioned to a friend that we hadn't staked out a good option yet for Chinese food, and she directed me here. We ordered takeout, and we were both really happy with it. They use spices and seasonings instead of overloading on salt. The food is clean and tasty and doesn't leave us feeling gross. We'll definitely order from them again. read more

Ordered a shrimp egg roll and Shrimp Lo Mein. Egg roll was tasteless, but it did have two big shrimp in it. But only cabbage as the rest of the ingredients. Nice and hot, but utterly tasteless. Shrimp Lo Mein was surprisingly good on spices (I love garlic, and that was surprisingly yummy, even though my car smelled yummy of garlic for a bit after). My suggestion - strong on the onion (yum) but weak in cabbage and absence of other vegetables. Will order again, but only when I'm not craving an egg roll or a better place. The most ridiculous business practices I have ever seen. Went out to run a few errands and felt like grabbing a quick bite. I could smell the food a few stores down, so we figured we would go in and try a new place. Big mistake. We walked in and there was a customer just grabbing some condiments and heading out the door. That left the place empty except for the staff. There was an employee behind the counter, which looked like it was protected by bulletproof glass. She literally looked right at us and turned around and walked away. She did not return. Then I noticed the sign on the barricade which read, "If you have your phone, call...." and it provided 3 different phone numbers to call to place an order. Really?! I find that not only rude, but extremely poor business. How do you look right at a customer standing, waiting to place an order and turn and walk away? Clearly this place does not want or need customers. Never felt so unwelcome in a place before. I was going to give it a chance as Chinese food is my favorite, but this makes me never want to give them a dime. If you really want good Chinese takeout, go to the China Wok in Trinity. Food is amazing and they treat you like family. Always got greeted with a smile. Next time I will make the 20 minute drive and get some good food served by good people. read more

Hi love their food so much that when I moved a few years ago, I would drive out of my way to get Chinese food here. But I'm back so yeah! My only reason for not giving 5 stars, they don't have dim sum like NY or good dumplings , the dumplings are too thin. They taste fine I just like the other kind. In NY you could get dim sum at every restaurant but here in FL dim sum is speciality and is not served everywhere. If it's busy night & big order make sure they read it back to you. Sometimes they miss one item, it well depends who answers the phone. But so worth it, tasty food! read more
