Customer Beware! I have been a regular and loyal customer until now. With this being my second bad experience with the food. Customer service is a whole nother subject! After arriving I explained my reasons for returning the food. The lady began shouting, undoubtedly with the language barrier made matters worst. I continued speaking slowly, while she continued shouting, she then said...."You Don't Come Back Here"! That took everything I had. By now I'm humiliated, raged and disrespected along with her arrogantcy, I knew this was my last visit. I told her" this is how you treat your loyal customers"? While reminding her of how rude she is. She quickly responded by saying " I make another one for you. At this point I am completely turned off by her horrific rudeness and insensitivity of being a customer who she often saw. I politely asked for a refund. And politely said.... I usually come here but did not think my lunch was going to consist of a science experiment today!!! This soup was so slimy and defined gravity. It was so interesting I had to watch 4 videos on how to actually make the soup to see that I was definitely not eating Egg Drop Soup... It was like eating straight egg yolk. Definitely not bad. Nothing great, but better than many in the area. Not a lot of good Chinese food in this area, so I'm glad I found this place. Fresh ingredients and good flavor. I saw negative reviews based on difficulty ordering. There is a lady who doesn't speak good English and seems to not understand well. So it takes some patience. I had no problem, but I did see a gentleman in line who had difficulty getting her to understand. Definitely takes some patience, but we will order from here again. Overall, decent. read more

i'm not sure where the people with the negative reviews ate but the food was very good for a neighborhood take out place. Ambience is non existent but the food was outstanding. We had the pork dumplings, the BBQ ribs, General Tso's chicken & house special fried rice. The flavor of each was on point. And serving sizes were definitely made for Americans. So much food! definitely worth a trip but probably best to take home as no table service here. read more

Ok, this is not an expensive Chinese restaurant, but as far as shopping center to go place, this is a ten! Singapore fun was spot on, and General Tso chicken was great. Even the side rice was great. As vegetarians we order the Orange tofu General Taos tofu and its awesome. So much tofu! It's our go to place when we crave Chinese.

Service is fast but not overly friendly but also not rude. Hubby said the Mongolian beef was the best he ever tasted, I got the Happy family it was very good except the little lobster was way over cooked & I did not find any scallop or crab. The food that I got here a few months ago was so bad that I actually downloaded yelp to warn you. When we got our food home from carry out the beef and the chicken were so gross that we went online and googled meat that tastes like plastic and their actually is something called plastic meat. I ordered the happy family and it was supposed to have shrimp, lobster and scallops. It only had shrimp so I called and was told theirs only had shrimp. I tried to read her her menu but she kept telling me "no scallops" until she hung up. Will never go there again bad attitude. read more

This place is a tucked away gem! This Chinese is some of the best I've had in awhile. Everything is flavored to perfection. The egg rolls are so crispy and flakey that you have to get an extra one! Delicious and always filling due to there huge portion size. read more

This is our go-to Chinese restaurant. They are always busy, which is a good sign. The husband and wife team that run the place are very earnest. There is obviously a language barrier, but I have always had them be very nice and friendly. The food is always very tasty. The prices are extremely reasonable. I've order here numerous times and I usually order my fried rice with no onions. 8 times out of 10, I get onions in my fried rice anyways. Hands down the worst Chinese food I have ever had. It disappointed me because the owners we so nice but the sesame chicken was so fried that there was no chicken left inside. The egg rolls are all dough with no filling. They cut so many corners that it was just inedible and we ended throwing out dinner. Stay away. First off I want to start by saying the other reviews on here must be about another restaurant because I went to this Chinese restaurant based solely on the yelp reviews which have never let me down. I ordered and was told 20-25 minutes until complete. One hour later my food was done and I was ready to leave and when I said something their excuse was "so sorry too busy". When I get home the food was even worse than the service. My wife had beef with broccoli which the beef was good the sauce tasted like it came out of a can that was 20 years old. I had ordered sesame chicken with fried rice and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. I have never had such bad chicken from a Chinese food restaurant. The fried rice was not fried it was white rice with some sprouts and a few pieces of beef that was disgusting also. The only thing good was my egg roll and I would have to say that they might have the best egg rolls in town. So if your looking for a whole meal don't even think about this place or you will gag. If you want just a couple egg rolls this should be on the top of your list. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend.
