This food truck is run by the sweetest husband-and-wife team, and their warmth alone makes you want to support them -- but the FOOD seals the deal. I mentioned I'd never had oxtail before, and the husband had his wife give me a sample. Holy smokes. One bite and I was sold. Ended up ordering the oxtail meal with rice, collard greens with ham, and black-eyed peas. Every single thing was absolutely delicious. And the sweet potato cornbread? Unreal. Moist, flavorful, and honestly one of the best pieces of cornbread I've ever had. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by and giving this food truck a try. Update: August 2025 - waiters no longer bring you food dishes, only the broth. All other items you grab from the front and sides of the room or the conveyor belt. If an item fails to come around on the belt frequently enough, just ask and they will bring to your table. There are also hot items (ie Luke warm). Wings were good.
