First of all, I can't even give her a star because her nasty attitude I should've just walked out, but I ordered food thinking it was gonna be good as per past it was but she has gone downhill so bad. It's not even funny. I will never ever go there again my husband has been going there for 20 years and she couldn't hand Fry a goddamn dumpling I had to go across the street not cool. I do believe they have a walk there that they can fry anyway her lo mein was the driest friggin lo mein I've ever had no sauce overcooked chicken in the sesame chicken gross food. The five star reviews were from years ago .. So here's a fresh perspective! The food here is not good. $48.00 on two meals, soup and an appetizer they got wrong. I asked for cream cheese wontons, and I got fried wontons.. the tase was questionable when I bit into it. The chicken for sweet-and-sour chicken was drier than my grandma's feet, the sweet-and-sour sauce tastes like candy. The last time I checked chicken and candy do not go. Hand-in-hand. My generalTSO's chicken had absolutely no flavor and when you bit into it, parts of the chicken tasted burnt. Not to mention the eggrolls were mushyyyyy inside. Yuck! Orange chicken It's a but tricky to get in/out of the parking lot but worth the inconvenience! wow so my wife and I usually go here and are regulars I order about $60+ every other week at least. I call 2 hours later because I feed the kids and put the kids to sleep then I take a bite into my General Tso Chicken that I get every time. it taste straight like mustard even has a lighter tint to the sauce which normally it's a spicy darker sauce. I call back because I love .5 miles down the road figured they can take the old one and get a new one. she just kept stating no one else has complained and it's been the same for 10 years and obviously isn't or I wouldn't be calling. just sad to not do good business to regular customers. plus the food is way better at the Chinese takeout in win Dixie plaza on US 19 and Cortez. read more

This Chinese take out food is amazing. Nothing around here beats their Krab Ragoon. I always have their Won-Ton and Egg Drop soup every time I order and always amazing. The szechuan beef with some Lo Ming, very delicious as well. They are always punctual with their deliveries, even on busy days like Fridays and Saturdays. And if you request it, they can just leave the food by your door if you paid online and tipped already, makes it so convenient, especially with social distancing being a factor. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some great Chinese food. read more

Overall the food was okay but the friendliness or the driver and the speed of delivery was worth a star to save them from a bad review. The chicken with broccoli and egg rolls were tasty but I've never had Bourbon Chicken that I didn't like and this was not to my taste. You're restaurant doesn't even deserve a star. I just picked up an order, now I'm home disgusted. Your rice, hard & sticky. Your chicken, slimy. Your Krab Rangoon doesn't even taste like it should. The egg rolls are so hard it's stuck in my teeth. The beef teriyaki has no taste & is too tough. Your donuts are good but you shouldn't staple the Styrofoam box closed because I sliced my finger on it trying to open it, or you could atleast warn people. & you gave me a fortune cookie with cookie crumbs in one wrapper not even opened. Are you kidding me? I love Chinese food & I've never had to give this bad of a review before in my whole life. Love this Chinese restaurant. Been coming here for years after trying a few in Spring Hill that weren't good or questionable. Food always good, always hot, delivery time is reasonable and good prices. I order online but wish they'd fix the website to recognize my delivery area - but they deliver anyways by me placing notes in my "pickup" order. Take out lunch here often. The steamed shrimp/chicken & veggies is AWESOME. One simply cannot go wrong with this dish. The bone-in ribs are great too. Meaty, dripping with delicious sauce and worth every penny. Everything I've had here is decent. This establishment lives up to its name. My favorite Chinese restaurant in Spring Hill! I use to order from here so often they would call my name out when walking in. Any place you visit that often has to be good. So why did I only give 4 stars? Taste Good may taste good but it is not the cleanest place and on occasion has been late for delivery. Nothing to stop me going back but it does take a star away. What to not miss! The crab rangoon is excellent! Big pieces with all the right flavor. Also the egg drop soup is some of the best. While you will find most things average or better for the price. It's good - I like their ribs appetizer (I forget what it is) - I also like their roasted sliced pork meals Good stuff. I like their donuts too. Terrible customer service!,,,, We are regular customers, and we ordered chow Mein on Friday, and our food was HOT, there was hot chili taste. We could not eat it. I called later and asked for a manager and was told by NEW GUY, he didn't know who that was, he didn't know a name....OMG. I finally got his name. Jack. Ok, I called back on Sunday, same crap, nobody knows nothing....so then the guy takes my name and number. So then ANTHONY calls me back. He had looked up my order, and told me chow Mein isn't hot!!!? We order here often and food is always hot fresh and what we ordered..plus they have a nice addition when ordering..if you order at a certain amount like $ 25.00 or more they offer free food or $ 3.00 off order. I like this we usually get the food LOL..I love Sweet-n-Sour Chicken or General Tso's Chicken or Mei Fun vegetable. Grab Rangoon is too die for, larger pieces lots of cream cheese. Egg rolls always fresh too. Deliver is comparable to normal, and prices are very good at competition pricing, plus in my opinion the best here in Spring Hill. Just recently got off of the phone with the woman receptionist and the delivery man. This business is entirely unprofessional. I recommend that NOBODY orders from BeyondMenu as the workers claim that they are a third-party company that creates false discounts in order to get you to spend more money. But, they do business with them and have a system that communicates with the information submitted. The woman was being absolutely disgusting to me on the phone screaming and yelling when I asked if the delivery man may have forgotten my Crab Rangoon and red dipping sauce. She said she didn't have time to speak with us, she said that next time we order we need to get it right and make sure the coupon applies correctly, being very demeaning and honestly sick. Surprised at the reviews here, never had a bad meal (or even 1 item) from here. They are also always courteous and friendly when they deliver - also open on Sunday which is a plus and have a huge menu. They have good coupons and if you are lucky, you will get a very nice hanging calendar every new year. read more

I've read several reviews saying "Best Chinese in Spring Hill." So I gave it a try. If this is the best, I don't want to try the rest! It is what I call "Americanized Chinese Food," Made cheap and tastes cheap. Fried rice isn't yellow rice with a few peas and carrots added for color. We ordered 3 quarts of food all with pork and we may have gotten an ounce of meat combined. I can make better Chinese myself and have. Pass this one by. I wish I had. Only positives I can say was they were quick for a Saturday night and the delivery driver was very kind. read more

Wow I decided to stop here and check out the menu. I ordered the combo of pork egg foo young . It was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. The patty was dry and the sauce had a bad taste.
