Whoever is final checking the orders needs to go to some training sessions on how to properly do the job. Leaving out utensils is the highest form of ineptitude. Ineptitude refers to the quality or state of being inept, which means lacking skill or ability. It often describes a failure to perform tasks effectively or competently.

Not once did our dear waitress check on us after we received our food: not once! Why? She was too busy flirting with the two old geezer biker dudes at the table across the way from us. So my beverage never got a refill, I couldn't send back my meat puck back for more grill time. That accounts for the three stars: substandard service from a 20-year-old kid fooling around with two 60+ y/o men who should know better.
