So, when I finally pulled this location up on Yelp, we were worried for a few minutes. But, we were welcomed with a friendly and patient voice. We waited what we consider to be an average and acceptable amount of time for our food. It arrived hot and fresh-tasting. The only snafu was that we got a chocolate cake donut with glaze vs a raised donut with chocolate frosting. Oh well, it was eaten. We would stop here again. read more

First, the ladies' room needs attention. Put locks on the doors, install toilet paper, and have fill the soap dispensers. Next, install self order machines instead of one employee taking the orders, getting the drinks, and bagging orders. We went inside because the drive thru was exceedingly long. Because of large orders, one person working the front, and a long wait to order, we left. It should not take 20-25 minutes to place an order for two coffees and two donuts. My suggestion is to avoid this Dunkin' donuts unless you enjoy exceedingly long waits and poor facility maintenance. read more

I have been coming to this location periodically for about 2 years and cannot really recall a good visit, but last Saturday was the absolute worst and I will not be returning. We arrive and parked to go in and order because the drive through was ridiculously long. There was someone ahead of us, then we were next in line. We get to the counter and the girl behind the counter tells us to give her a minute and she goes into the back. 5 or more minutes go by and she hasn't returned, then a customer from the drive through comes in yelling and screaming about being in the line so long they are going to run out of gas. 5 or so more minutes go by, the girl behind the register comes back finally to punch something into then walk out. It's absolutely amazing how slow this location is. It's utter confusion. I got an iced coffee and they actually handed it to me 2/3 full. Three people in front of me in line to order. Stopped in this Dunkin' Donuts while in the area. This is a very modern Dunkin' Donuts. This was the first Dunkin' I've ever been in that had tv's all around. The establishment was clean and there was plenty of seating. We ordered hot coffee and a few donuts. The coffee was prepared perfectly. The sour cream donut was good. The Bavarian Cream donut tasted stale and was hard! The only good part was the very center. I broke it in half, had a bite of the center and threw it in the garage. My husband had a Boston Cream that he said was good. The staff were friendly and parking was plentiful. read more

I would give this place zero if it were possible. Last year I visited this location and was shocked at the 25 min wait In the drive thru. Missing items from order. Rude staff. Low and behold a year later and sadly same report sat in the drive through for 20 mins to be told they have run out of most everything on the menu. What I ordered was disgusting I threw away my drink. The staff was the worst part...totally rude I asked them to add one additional drink to my order when I got to the window same type of drink as the three others I ordered and was told I'd had to go back threw the drive through and order the additional drink..... maybe if I didn't sit there for over twenty mins that would have made sense but absolutely not. Purchased a dark roast a few days ago that they advertise. I poured it out. I would purchase at least 4 times per week. It tased like the grinds were reused. I am a black coffee drinker for life and I know old, reused, and fresh grinds. You always have to have extra time to wait when you go there usually 12-14 minutes to the window (drive through). I went through the drive through today and mentioned the bad coffee I purchased a few days earlier and asked for a replacement and I was denied. They have lost a customer, and I live in the community. I don't usually buy their donuts because they don't seem fresh. read more

This is just a sad, sad, sad DunkinG Donuts. At 6:11am, they had a crappy selection of donuts. We chose two chocolate, one maple, and one vanilla. I swear they must have been leftovers from two days previous. Very dry and not moist, hardly edible. Well, the maple was good, but the others ... bleccch. There were two dirty tables when we arrived. They were still dirty when we left 30 minutes later. We received a nasty glare from one of the counter workers. I have no idea whatsoever what this was about, other than maybe she hates her job. Being in what I felt was the middle of nowhere, I was happy to find this Dunkin Donuts location, but was a little worried about it based on the reviews, however, I was going to go regardless because well- I really had no choice. This location seemed to be a newer location as it was in really great shape. It had a nice little seating area and was really clean. I was there in the earlier part of the morning, but it had a fresh and clean vibe that I don't typically get from other locations. We got in line and within a few moments were waited on. The cashier was friendly and the transaction was really simple. I did notice a bit of a backup once we ordered. We weren't in a hurry, but we did have to wait a moment. Eventually we got our order, but realized they had forgotten one of our donuts. We asked and the staff was more than eager to correct the mistake. Again, it was just one donut missing from an order, not the true end of the world, but you want to get what you paid for. The coffee and the donuts were fresh. The breakfast sandwiches were hot and made to order as well. The people here were really friendly and helpful. I was happy to find this location, even with all the bad reviews. I don't understand this Dunkin'. Why is it so difficult to follow the corporate plan and produce a decent product. I have lived in Ridge manor since 2017 and this store has NEVER gotten my order right, and sometimes it's so bad I have gone back to get whats missing or wrong fixed. Others I just cut my losses and choose not to go there for a while, and then I try again some time later, and same crap. They have no process for Mobile orders at this store, they should just not allow a mobile order at this location or get the Brooksville/Spring Hill store to teach them, because they have this process down. The staff does not have a clue what they are doing. If the creamer runs out, they don't get a new bag for the machine, they just serve coffee without it. My coffee's today we thought were missing just cream and went and got our own to put in as were told they were out. but turns out they were missing everything but ice and sugar pretty much. Coffee itself didn't appear to even be in one of the 3, let alone the coffee flavorings requested. So we go back to remake them and now have cream, but ran out of sugar and had to wait on refill of that. Then really same thing, tasted like piss water frankly. I think I am done for good here. Corporate Dunkin needs to step in and give this location an overhaul from the bottom up and the top down. Find people willing to work (I know this is a challenge in itself) take the time to teach them the proper processes, shift set up, refilling products for the days needs, how to prepare food and drinks to company standards, how to time manage, everything. Absolutely rude for no reason. We pulled up to the drive through ordered and proceeded to the window to pay and get our order. We had just stopped by McDonald's and our 11y/o daughter wanted a doughnut and hashbrowns from dunkin. As soon as we pulled up the person at the window said "oh you didn't bring me any fucking McDonald's?" And then told us the total and took our cash. We have a child in the car and the first thing out of their mouth was this. Absolutely appalling. I have worked in the hospitality industry and restaurant industry for over 15 years. If I had EVER greeted a guest or customer like this even once I would be fired. Joking or not this is no way to greet a customer especially with children in the car wether they can be seen or not should always proceed with caution and be polite. Also the whole outside of the building looks to be poorly maintained the lawn and building don't ever seem to get any attention the whole property looks neglected and semi abandoned. read more

I had pretty much stopped going to this Dunkin as it was so bad in every way. However, today we stopped by and the drive thru was closed off but was already there so went inside. There was a bit of a line and slow but there were 3 of the nicest hard working ladies in there. 2 of which are brand new and a new GM doing a great job keeping it all moving, slow with only the 3 of them, but understandable and their efforts were appreciated. Food was all correct and delicious, first time ever for me at this store. Great job to this new team and I hope they can get some more staff and make this a great Dunkin. read more
