This Dunkin' store is conveniently located off of I75 going north. I did not read the reviews before proceeding to the drive thru, which is highly unusual for me. So, when I finally pulled this location up on Yelp, we were worried for a few minutes. But, we were welcomed with a friendly and patient voice. We waited what we consider to be an average and acceptable amount of time for our food. It arrived hot and fresh-tasting. The only snafu was that we got a chocolate cake donut with glaze vs a raised donut with chocolate frosting. Oh well, it was eaten. We would stop here again. read more

Dunkin' - Chicken, cheese and bacon croissant - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brooksville, Florida

Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Easy order, hot black coffee, unsweetened iced tea. After convincing the order taker I just wanted coffee in the cup, hot and paying it took 10 minutes to get. Tried to get ice for the tea that had none was ignored - even when I directly asked the person who looked at me, turned around rolled her eyes. Lots of dirty tables. Better to go down the road and skip this one altogether. read more

Exceptional customer service and fresh food. Best thing to improve is the timeliness of service. Almost 30 minutes waiting in the drive through. People were parked waiting on their order. read more

Should have read the reviews! Hoped to get through Tampa before traffic started but our 20 minute wait in the drive thru for 2 coffees threw a wrench in that plan. Once we got up to the window, the girl wasn't friendly. read more

This Dunkin is absolutely horrible. I made an on the app and I've been sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes! The person on the speaker is loud, obnoxious and long-winded with a very fake energy. Horrible horrible horrible service. I won't be coming back here. read more

The service was slow as heck! Over 30 min to get food! Just ridiculous. The food wasn't even hot when we got it.

Worst place to get frozen coffee it was horrible I sent the receipt to customer service they ask for it and did nothing I will go to Wawa they make them delicious and cheaper read more

Quite possibly the worst donuts ever. Hard donuts at 9:15 on a Sunday morning. You had one job....

First, the ladies' room needs attention. Put locks on the doors, install toilet paper, and have fill the soap dispensers. Next, install self order machines instead of one employee taking the orders, getting the drinks, and bagging orders. We went inside because the drive thru was exceedingly long. Because of large orders, one person working the front, and a long wait to order, we left. It should not take 20-25 minutes to place an order for two coffees and two donuts. My suggestion is to avoid this Dunkin' donuts unless you enjoy exceedingly long waits and poor facility maintenance. read more

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and the line never moved. (Only 3 cars). Went inside and there was no one in the lobby. Food took an additional 20 minutes. Slowest dunkin I have ever been to. 1/3 employees were working. The other 2 were no where to be seen. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Place doesn't serve caramel...like it's Dunkin' Donuts ? Would not recommend. Would be better off going to another location

I have been coming to this location periodically for about 2 years and cannot really recall a good visit, but last Saturday was the absolute worst and I will not be returning. We arrive and parked to go in and order because the drive through was ridiculously long. There was someone ahead of us, then we were next in line. We get to the counter and the girl behind the counter tells us to give her a minute and she goes into the back. 5 or more minutes go by and she hasn't returned, then a customer from the drive through comes in yelling and screaming about being in the line so long they are going to run out of gas. 5 or so more minutes go by, the girl behind the register comes back finally to punch something into then walk out. Needless to say, we were never waited on therefore left without getting anything. Never again, this was poor customer service at its absolute worst! read more

It's absolutely amazing how slow this location is. It's utter confusion. I got an iced coffee and they actually handed it to me 2/3 full. Three people in front of me in line to order. Fifteen minutes later, still two people in front of me to order. I finally walked out. Any time Dunks comes up in conversation, people talk about how horrible this location is. The owners HAVE to know. It's been years. It's obvious they don't care. It's not rocket science. Won't be back. read more

Stopped in this Dunkin' Donuts while in the area. This is a very modern Dunkin' Donuts. This was the first Dunkin' I've ever been in that had tv's all around. The establishment was clean and there was plenty of seating. We ordered hot coffee and a few donuts. The coffee was prepared perfectly. The sour cream donut was good. The Bavarian Cream donut tasted stale and was hard! The only good part was the very center. I broke it in half, had a bite of the center and threw it in the garage. My husband had a Boston Cream that he said was good. The staff were friendly and parking was plentiful. read more

It's sad that Dunkin has decided that less is more when it applies to icing on their donuts these days! The service at this location is off the charts, always friendly and quick service. Love stopping here for my iced coffee, just hate it that the donuts are not like they use to be! read more

Dunkin' - Maple Glazed Classic Donut - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brooksville, Florida

This place needs to be shut down bugs everywhere they tried hiding it but you could see little bugs flying around the donuts a cockroach on the wall and somehow the food and workers were just as bad their was a couple nice workers but come to find out they either got fired or left theirs no point in spending your money here safe yourself the trip they just want your money but don't care about service in the slightest including the manager I saw at the time read more

This place is dirty and not cleaned or kept up. The staff is very under trained and under-staffed which made them cranky and unfriendly. We waited like 20+mins to order and then waited an extra 15 mins for two iced teas while our food got cold. Horrible experience. Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. So angry I stopped here or stayed. I woulda asked for my money back but I paid with credit card. **. PS, not too mention the flies flying around the donut case walking all over them. read more

Dunkin' - Dirty counter and unsafe environment - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brooksville, Florida

I would give this place zero if it were possible. Last year I visited this location and was shocked at the 25 min wait In the drive thru. Missing items from order. Rude staff. Low and behold a year later and sadly same report sat in the drive through for 20 mins to be told they have run out of most everything on the menu. What I ordered was disgusting I threw away my drink. The staff was the worst part...totally rude I asked them to add one additional drink to my order when I got to the window same type of drink as the three others I ordered and was told I'd had to go back threw the drive through and order the additional drink..... maybe if I didn't sit there for over twenty mins that would have made sense but absolutely not. This is the worst Dunkin I have ever seen and they should shut the shit down. It's absolute trash. read more

I was in there one night and the boss was screaming at her workers which i didn't like because it's not very proper. The workers were doing a great job though other than the girl manager absolutely screaming at them and idk she was pretty loud im pretty sure you could hear it across racetrack. I feel bad for the workers having to deal with toxic situations though. She should've talked to them respectfully i mean if i had workers i wouldn't go screaming at them and constantly making them feel uncomfortable read more

Nasty. The food was basically chewing rubber. My drink was not made correctly. & the hot coffee was completely cold

Takes forever (in drive-through). They told me to wait a minute before I even order, and no one said anything. No bread except bagels. No chicken croissant. I informed her that might be something to put on the sign. read more

Ordered a bagel and mango refresher. Got mango refresher. Good thing I got off the interstate to grab a quick bite. Thanks again Dunkin' . I have been watching the decline for years. Christmas morning I'm standing in line at 11:45am and the manager shutdown the store due to high volume. I guess the store manager and employees can't handle a high volume store. Looking at the reviews I shouldn't have gone to this store read more

Purchased a dark roast a few days ago that they advertise. I poured it out. I would purchase at least 4 times per week. It tased like the grinds were reused. I am a black coffee drinker for life and I know old, reused, and fresh grinds. You always have to have extra time to wait when you go there usually 12-14 minutes to the window (drive through). I went through the drive through today and mentioned the bad coffee I purchased a few days earlier and asked for a replacement and I was denied. They have lost a customer, and I live in the community. I don't usually buy their donuts because they don't seem fresh. read more

Hands down , just needs to be shut down. I keep going hoping it will get better ...but a year later, that's just not the case. No staff, coffee always made wrong, run out of food or you get your food cold. I'm not sure what's going on but someone needs to really take a look into this location. read more

really really bad. woman on the mic immediately was nasty just while we tried to place an order in the drive thru. Half our order was missing and she made us drive back around and go through the drive thru again in order to get it. they were out of what we ordered but didn't tell us til we got to the window. coffee tasted like it was brewed in a toilet bowl, and it's hard to mess up a latte this is the same experience I've had everytime I go to this Dunkin read more

Always out of almost all of the food items that they allegedly serve. Donuts always taste old and stale. Coffee is mediocre and coffee orders are almost always messed up. Service is horrible. Staff members are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Dunkin corporate just needs to fire everyone at this location and start over. That or just shut the run down (certainly not up to code) establishment down and take the L. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Just not a good location. Can't get an order correct. Never have a good variety of donuts. Not fresh even first thing in the morning. Not sure if they have opened the lobby yet. That's a pain. This is just a sad, sad, sad DunkinG Donuts. At 6:11am, they had a crappy selection of donuts. We chose two chocolate, one maple, and one vanilla. I swear they must have been leftovers from two days previous. Very dry and not moist, hardly edible. Well, the maple was good, but the others ... bleccch. There were two dirty tables when we arrived. They were still dirty when we left 30 minutes later. We received a nasty glare from one of the counter workers. I have no idea whatsoever what this was about, other than maybe she hates her job. Table spacing is barely adequate, especially when customers decide to push two seats together. Not good. I'd miss this location in the future .... there's one every two or three exits along I-75 ... this one has issues. read more

Dunkin' - a hand holding a cup of coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Brooksville, Florida

Being in what I felt was the middle of nowhere, I was happy to find this Dunkin Donuts location, but was a little worried about it based on the reviews, however, I was going to go regardless because well- I really had no choice. This location seemed to be a newer location as it was in really great shape. It had a nice little seating area and was really clean. I was there in the earlier part of the morning, but it had a fresh and clean vibe that I don't typically get from other locations. We got in line and within a few moments were waited on. The cashier was friendly and the transaction was really simple. I did notice a bit of a backup once we ordered. We weren't in a hurry, but we did have to wait a moment. Eventually we got our order, but realized they had forgotten one of our donuts. We asked and the staff was more than eager to correct the mistake. Again, it was just one donut missing from an order, not the true end of the world, but you want to get what you paid for. The coffee and the donuts were fresh. The breakfast sandwiches were hot and made to order as well. The people here were really friendly and helpful. I was happy to find this location, even with all the bad reviews. Maybe I went there on a good day? Either way, I left happy and I guess that's what matters the most. read more

The food at this location is undone and poorly presented. Ordered a breakfast chicken bacon croissant and come to find out the chicken isn't fully cooked and the bacon is half way done also. Wouldn't be surprised if I obtained food poising in the next few days. Total waste of money. read more

This was one of the easiest 1 stars I've ever given. They don't even try to get your order correct. If you send it back they just make you the same thing again. They hardly ever have any food in stock or employees so I'm guessing it's a great place to work too. Ugh. Just don't. Go to the next one. read more

I don't understand this Dunkin'. Why is it so difficult to follow the corporate plan and produce a decent product. I have lived in Ridge manor since 2017 and this store has NEVER gotten my order right, and sometimes it's so bad I have gone back to get whats missing or wrong fixed. Others I just cut my losses and choose not to go there for a while, and then I try again some time later, and same crap. They have no process for Mobile orders at this store, they should just not allow a mobile order at this location or get the Brooksville/Spring Hill store to teach them, because they have this process down. The staff does not have a clue what they are doing. If the creamer runs out, they don't get a new bag for the machine, they just serve coffee without it. My coffee's today we thought were missing just cream and went and got our own to put in as were told they were out. but turns out they were missing everything but ice and sugar pretty much. Coffee itself didn't appear to even be in one of the 3, let alone the coffee flavorings requested. So we go back to remake them and now have cream, but ran out of sugar and had to wait on refill of that. Then really same thing, tasted like piss water frankly. I think I am done for good here. Corporate Dunkin needs to step in and give this location an overhaul from the bottom up and the top down. Find people willing to work (I know this is a challenge in itself) take the time to teach them the proper processes, shift set up, refilling products for the days needs, how to prepare food and drinks to company standards, how to time manage, everything. Sad! read more

I had pretty much stopped going to this Dunkin as it was so bad in every way. However, today we stopped by and the drive thru was closed off but was already there so went inside. There was a bit of a line and slow but there were 3 of the nicest hard working ladies in there. 2 of which are brand new and a new GM doing a great job keeping it all moving, slow with only the 3 of them, but understandable and their efforts were appreciated. Food was all correct and delicious, first time ever for me at this store. Great job to this new team and I hope they can get some more staff and make this a great Dunkin. read more

Absolutely rude for no reason. We pulled up to the drive through ordered and proceeded to the window to pay and get our order. We had just stopped by McDonald's and our 11y/o daughter wanted a doughnut and hashbrowns from dunkin. As soon as we pulled up the person at the window said "oh you didn't bring me any fucking McDonald's?" And then told us the total and took our cash. We have a child in the car and the first thing out of their mouth was this. Absolutely appalling. I have worked in the hospitality industry and restaurant industry for over 15 years. If I had EVER greeted a guest or customer like this even once I would be fired. Joking or not this is no way to greet a customer especially with children in the car wether they can be seen or not should always proceed with caution and be polite. Also the whole outside of the building looks to be poorly maintained the lawn and building don't ever seem to get any attention the whole property looks neglected and semi abandoned. read more
