Love me some Dutch Bros. Glad I found one on my journey. It actually worked out perfectly because I had lunch at Mission BBQ (right beside Dutch) and then got an after lunch drink. I used the walk-up window. The service is just as great as the drive-thru team. I finally downloaded the app and got a free medium sized drink! I ordered the cherry pie chai. The cherry flavoring was overpowering but I was still happy to get a Dutch Bro drink! read more

If I could rate even higher for my Dutch Bros location I really would! Every time I've visited I've ordered a different drink each time & it's always 10/10 amazing! They have a variety of flavors & drinks to choose from & the muffin tops are so yummy! The service is always amazing here with lovely, energetic & friendly staff. The vibes are always immaculate & the music is super upbeat. They are always busy & I feel that's a good enough reason to back up my points that they're awesome! I can't wait to visit again next! read more

I came upon this place by accident and I downloaded the app. Much to my delight you get a free medium drink on your first visit. I'm still trying to figure out how much things cost on the app, but I'll do that next time. I really like this place. They got shakes, protein shakes, and smoothies and all different types of coffee and frozen coffee. If you can drink it more than likely, they have it. They're in an area where they're building. A lot of restaurants like pretty close to Olive Garden. Another favor of mine. Eat there and have dessert and coffee here. I'm pretty sure you'll like it. You can't go inside. It's a walk up, but I don't care, I'm sitting in my car having my shake. read more

Got an Americano coffee which was excellent, it's difficult to get a good cup of coffee in Florida but this place was excellent.

I'm not sure if other reviewers are using the drive-in, but I went to the walk up window and stood there while no one bothered to help me. As I waited, I noticed how dirty the work area was: trash over flowing and the floor looked like it hadn't seen a mop for a while. Two employees on break were out front as I waited and didn't seem interested in getting help at the walk up window either. I just left and went to Mountaineer in Brooksville and while they are also a busy location, at least you get acknowledged. read more

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel I must for this place. I have gone multiple times hoping it would get better & give the place a chance to improve but nope, I'm done. The "kids" working there are there to party. Music blasting & whooping it up the whole time at window waiting a long time for my 1 drink being made when there's no line. (Now I know why it's not busy) The drinks do not taste the way they are advertised. I ask for extra sweet & never is it sweet. Drinks are bland, iced down. I will stick to 7Brew. read more

Second time,I told Bronson what I was looking for and he made up an iced coffee he thought id like. Lots of caramel flavor :) It was fantastic! Thank you Bronson. read more

Never again! As a creature of habit I ordered the same latte as I always do so I realized immediately it was not made correctly. Even though they should have noticed the same thing having seen many more of these than I have. It was no big deal other than having to walk up to the window which I did not feel up to especially considering I just left the hospital. No apologies were made, in fact she seemed irritated that I had the audacity to request they fix it. I do not like to complain but with a 7.40 price tag I felt I should so maybe they will pay more attention in the future. The reason I decided to post is when I received my new drink there was an actual hole in the cup so when I grabbed it coffee spilled all over me including my clothes. Once again, she didn't seem to care but at least she summoned the ability to at least say sorry in a very disingenuous way. Not to mention often times I cannot hear them speak because they have the music in the background so loud that it is hard to carry a conversation. I am glad they are enjoying themselves but if it interferes with the ability to effectively do your job than it needs to be turned down. read more

Service was ok. I ordered the Golden Eagle with the brown butter chocolate chip soft top because that is supposed to be the most popular drink. It was essentially flavorless. No caramel or espresso flavor. If you like a caramel macchiato at Starbucks, you will be disappointed. read more

Put a sign at the front of your drive through. you can't tell when you're driving by who the drive-through is for. It's a little frustrating to sit in line thinking I'm gonna order barbecue only to realize it's coffee. read more

Great customer service! Yut was amazing! We were here on the first opening day and got two free medium drink coupons!! Clean and friendly!

I ordered a golden eagle freeze which was good, this was my first time coming and I'm happy with what I ordered just not with the service. When we pulled up to the window where they give you your food the young lady at the window had the wrong order at first, but got it fixed afterwards. There was extremely loud music playing inside the building, because this was a drive thru only, the loud music caused the young lady to scream at me while handing me my drink because she had to yell over the music. Also looking in the back the other employees looked like they had no clue what they were doing. In addition to my mom came here a while ago and ordered a coffee with a couple add ins like milk and etc. My moms exact words were " it was unsweetened watered down liquid with no coffee flavor at all" and " it was absolutely disgusting". Also prices are so high for the trash service it's unbelievable, so if you were thinking of coming here I don't recommend. read more
