I would give them five stars if it weren't for the very high prices. I mean I don't know how long they're going to last charging $9 for a large smoothie. I had a small banana boat for $5 and I have to admit it was really good. It hit the spot. They have quite an extensive menu of smoothies and add ins. The staff is very nice and friendly. 5 stars experience all around. I got the island something smoothie (under the slim category) - it was pineapple, mangos, and PAPAYA. Freakin' DELICIOUS! My dude got a mixed berry and it was equally tasty. Kiddo had the special watermelon hydration smoothie and it too was awesome. Friendly staff and clean space. I've always found it sort of odd when people review fast food chains, yet here I am. *sigh* First of all, the location is pretty terrible. It's got a "if-you-blink-you'll-miss-it" entrance, and I did in fact blink, so I had to double back to eventually enter the drive through. Poster out front illustrated a pumpkin protein smoothie which had my attention! Bless his heart, the worker did say he was new, so I place MOST of the blame on whoever is training the staff there. "Uh... Hi welcome to Spring Hill Smoothie King, I'll be back with you." Three minutes goes by.... not a problem, but a red flag. A sheet of paper taped onto the menu board read "No bananas, Sorry :( " Weird for a smoothie business to be out of bananas at 9:30am (poor planning with the distributor? Probably. Red flag.) Told the worker when he eventually responded that I would like the pumpkin smoothie with protein added, and asked if they had the barbecue Quest Chips in stock. His response: "I have noooooo idea." o_O Homie, they are one of the few food items all smoothie king chains typically have in stock. I find a hallmark of a good/WELL-TRAINED employee, when presented with this question, to respond: "I'm not sure, but I will find out for you." Pull forward. Two cars up from me, a lady is LAYING IN to the worker at the window, hand gestures and all. Again, it's 9:30am. I can't hear what she's saying, but she's P-O-ed. She pulls off in a storm. Car ahead of me is served, then I roll up credit card in hand. Employee starts nervously(?) laughing. "Uh... we are out of pumpkin." Things I wish he had said, "Sorry, we are actually out of pumpkin. May I suggest XYZ instead?" or "I'm sorry, we are out of pumpkin. That was my mistake. I will take down the sign out front." or "Sorry, is there something else we can offer you? And oh by the way, we do have the Quest Chips in stock." At the end of the day, I really don't care about the smoothie. I'm really just writing this review in hopes that management sees this and has a stern talking to their training manager so this kid doesn't get grilled after 9:30am again, lol. One star experience. Won't go back because I don't want to risk 15 minutes of my time hoping it's better. Wouldn't recommend this location in particular. read more

Absolutely love this smoothie king. Before this location was built we had to drive way off 54 to get smoothies. The staff are friendly and of course the smoothies are fresh and delicious. If you are ever in the spring Hill area and in the mood for a good smoothie stop at this smoothie king don't go to McDonald's lol read more

Always pleased with service and product when I come here. The drive thru is very convenient. Prices are reasonable being that they use organic produce. I enjoy the Daily Warrior Smoothie which is a good source of nutrients for cancer patients/survivers like me. It was also good to know that King Smoothie collaborated with the American Cancer Society on this smoothie. read more

the inconsistencies at this smoothie king appear to be endless. to begin, the store was understaffed. I walked in to find ONE employee attempting to run the entire facility. that one employee did NOT have a mask on.. why is management, or lack thereof, not enforcing a stricter policy in the midst of this pandemic, ESPECIALLY when working with food. Wow! You lost a lot of business during my visit on Thursday, 2/21 at 4 pm! Apparently, you thought it would be smart to downsize the staff level to 2 people instead of the usual number. Big mistake! What you saved in payroll, perhaps $3 - $4, during the 20 minutes I waited for my smoothies, you lost at least 10 times that as I watched at least 5 cars pull in and then out of the drive-thru due to the long wait. The two young gentleman working were very nice and apologized for the wait while trying as hard as they could to keep up with the customers inside as well as the drive-thru, but simply couldn't. They were doing the work of 4 people. What a shame that the few dollars you saved on payroll cost you missed business, stressed/over-worked employees and a bad review. read more

We have come to this location multiple times and after asking for no sweetener, the smoothies are extremely sweet. I think they are not using fresh natural ingredients most things just taste like syrup. We have been to other locations and this one just doesn't cut it. Won't be coming back. read more

Should have known it was not going to go well when I was asked at drive thru "what you want". I proceeded to order which took a couple minutes being she was by no means paying attention to what I was saying. When I turned the corner to head towards window I found her carrying on with car ahead of me in drive thru. I made it to window payed and waited. Received drinks and one was wrong which goes back to girl not paying attention while ordering. Gentlemen was very apologetic but alex damage had already been done. I went when they first opened and waited longer than normal but I expected that because it was a new restaurant. I have been several times in the last few months and enjoy it even more. I have to admit the smoothie was pretty great, however the management is horrid. Avoid relaxing and enjoying your smoothie inside the establishment because what you will hear is a loud mouth manager, talking very poorly about other employees. When she wasn't being loud, bad mouthing people, she was on her cell phone while others worked. She was so annoying, that before I left, I asked one of the young guys working there what her name was, he looked embarrassed and said Ericka.
