They said they do not carry the product. I did no better at Spring Hill. I explained to them that they want to buy the Wormwood that has been stripped of thujone, because thujone is a psychoactive naturally-occurring ingredient. Which causes anxiety. Thujone is in absinthe. As in early European Bohemian 19th century artists going insane. Because I mentioned that I had also taken one (literally I did say "one") Allopurinol, she mentally discarded my notes also. You could almost see it go in one ear and out the other. I full expect them to go out and buy the wormwood oil tincture without the thujone removed EVEN THOUGH thujone-removal is an option in their industry. Except for this know-it-all attitude, they are otherwise pretty good, and definitely the only local option besides Gator Nutrition.

The cashier, Johnny, was friendly and clearly working hard, but when he asked for help bagging from three nearby employees, he was ignored while they continued talking amongst themselves. I ended up bagging my own groceries, which I don't mind--but it was frustrating to see a hardworking employee not receive support when help was readily available. At one point, an employee even made eye contact with me while I was bagging and then walked away. This seemed less like a staffing issue and more like a lack of teamwork or oversight. I hope management can look into this, because employees like Johnny deserve better support.
