This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever gone to, EVER. We always comment how it is the worst one in the area but keep going back because there's no other options. I've gone through the drive through many times and with 4-5 cars it will take about 15-20 minutes so when I saw 7 cars in the drive thru I decided to try inside. Inside there was no line and one person waiting for their drinks - not bad I thought- so I order my one drink - caramel macchiato - and waited... and waited and waited and waited for 15 minutes I watched while the staff wandered around, fumbled boxes as they restocked and slowly made drive thru drinks one after another - still slow. Apparently they have no urgency for inside orders at all and nobody designated to take and/or make orders. Last time I went through the drive thru they handed me a cup dripping from an obvious spill, we both held the cup and as I pass it back and ask them to clean it up, the lid pops off because it wasn't securely placed. They replaced the cup and as I set another drink on my lap to pass others around, it left a stained ring on my pants from being placed on a messy workspace. Please do better read more

This Starbucks team is really fast and accurate. Sometimes I'm suspicious of how quickly they produce my specialty coffee, but I can stand there and watch them make it. Starbucks coffee has the most caffeine in my opinion, and that's why I love it. I can't wait for the pandemic to be over so I can hang out and use their free Internet. read more

I live in Miami and came into town to visit my parents and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service. From the moment I pulled up to place my order, the difference was palpable. I can definitely say with living in Miami that you don't ever encounter someone so great especially in a hurried setting. Coffee person for many years and prefer a dark roast from Starbucks, but those days are now over, sad but I will not continue to use their brand of coffee ever again, I'm not a complainer and expect a few negative comments on my post, I have been to three different Starbucks and twice recently to this location and found when I'm ready to order a dark roast I have been told I'm that they don't have any brewed and when I ask the staff if they could please brew a pot and on one occasion was told it was after 2 pm and they don't brew after 2-? The staff looked like they were confused by my question to ask them to brew a fresh pot of coffee , Finally a staff member offered to do a poor over which takes them at least 10-15 minutes to add to my relaxing day, The same thing happened with me at this same location on 05.29.24, this time the staff told me at 1030 am that they don't have any and when I asked if they could brew some , I was told 'I'm sorry sir we don't have any and was told we are brewing our specialty coffee today, not even asking if i wanted a poor over, so I said I'm done and I went to Dunkin Donuts for my coffee, how in the hell does someone run a coffee place that does not serve dark roast? read more

I have been coming to this Starbucks for over 12 years and in the past few months the service has been terrible. I get the same thing every day and every day it tastes different. It's cannot believe how long the drive thru line is every day. There are a few girls in there that have been working there for some time now and the place would probably fall apart without them there. I like going to this Starbucks when I'm in this area, because the outdoor (small) seating has a great view of the sun setting. I walked in to this store at a little past 5 a.m. with a friend and the baristas were SO friendly!! I know how tiring it is to open that early, and they were completely empty when we walked in, but they were still so kind and gave exemplary service!! Moving the customer along. It's just not that way at this location. I've been here twice and have been underwhelmed and frankly aggravated. Friendly, helpful staff! Very clean. Went in to get my Secret Santa gift and got a Beautiful Ceramic Coffee mug filled with little yummies and a gift card. The cup was 40% off, Yay! When I walk into Starbucks I love to look at the people that hang there. It makes me feel like it's a High Tech Business office, with people using free WIFI for conference calls, a teacher grading papers, and a guy with high tech earphones and big black pad he was doodling something for what I assumed was a business call. I wondered what the people he was talking to were seeing! Starbucks has always been a sweet treat for me, and I love that wherever you go, CA, CO, AZ, FL all have the same atmosphere and hip feel.
