DO NOT EAT HERE - Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced If I could give zero stars, I would. This Taco Bell location is an absolute disaster--horrible service, repeated mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability. My wife placed an order an hour before closing, specifically requesting no rice in the burritos. This was clearly printed on the receipt. She checked at the stop sign and found rice in one of them, so she went back--only to find out BOTH burritos had rice. Thinking the issue was fixed, we drove home--only to find that BOTH burritos STILL had rice. That's two mistakes in a row. Now, we had to drive all the way back AGAIN, right before closing. When we arrived, we showed our receipt and expressed our frustration. The so-called "manager" (who looked about 22-23) was completely dismissive, offered no apology, no accountability, and no solution--only blaming it on a "miscommunication" between the cashier and the kitchen. The receipt literally said "NO RICE," so what's the excuse? To make matters worse, when we asked for the corporate number or franchise owner's name, she refused to provide either--instead, she rudely slammed the window shut. Oh, and she actually had the audacity to laugh as if this whole situation was funny. This location is a joke. They clearly don't care about customers, can't follow basic instructions, and have a so-called manager who lacks any leadership or professionalism. We will NEVER return. To top it all off, most nights after the lobby closes, they claim the debit/credit machines are "down," forcing people to pay cash. Feels shady at best. The food was Taco Bell worthy. So that was satisfying. The drive thru customer service sucked. The cashier, Arabella C, stated it was Taco Bell policy that she was not allowed to add chicken nuggets to my order of there was a car behind us waiting we would have to drive back through the line. Twice got the expired tostadas in crunch wrap. They do replace it if you go back there but who is going to drive there back. They should have some system so cook can find our weather the food he/she's preparing is expired or not. Hoping they will come out with some kind of system so then Customer don't have to waste their time coming back. I think they steal food. read more

So I just moved into the area about two months ago and tacobell is a good staple food for me. It's cheap and easy and ya know. This taco bell is maybe 5 minute drive from my house. If I want taco bell I will go to the one in busnell 20 minutes away. Service is always ok. Not real friendly not mean just kinda there. Order usually has one or two things wrong. And those two things by themselves I'd still go like 3 or 4 stars cause it's just fast food. But when I start getting German cockroaches in the nacho cheese I'm done. Really fast drive-thru service late at night. Conveniently located by all the hotels at this exit off I-75.

Lazy employees that were only there to get paid because they were not working. They were not closed but informed me that they didn't have anything to sell and they were not making anymore because they were just waiting to close because they had to stay open, and I said that if your just hanging out and telling people that you were not making anymore food then way stay open. I see it as they are stealing from the company when you stop making food and turn people away but stay open to get paid. read more

I don't know why my husband keeps trying this place but this is the 5th time they haven't had mild sauce. Most times they don't have sweet tea. How does a Taco Bell not have mild sauce!?! I've waited forever for a Taco Bell to be in Ridge Manor. Then we get this. Not saying it's bad but really? Who designed the parking lot?? That's really the only problem with this Taco Bell other then it's small. But it makes up for it with the good customer service and the great menu. A must go for lunch and dinner or late night.
