This Taco Bell location is an absolute disaster--horrible service, repeated mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability. My wife placed an order an hour before closing, specifically requesting no rice in the burritos. This was clearly printed on the receipt. She checked at the stop sign and found rice in one of them, so she went back--only to find out BOTH burritos had rice. Thinking the issue was fixed, we drove home--only to find that BOTH burritos STILL had rice. That's two mistakes in a row. Now, we had to drive all the way back AGAIN, right before closing. When we arrived, we showed our receipt and expressed our frustration. The so-called "manager" (who looked about 22-23) was completely dismissive, offered no apology, no accountability, and no solution--only blaming it on a "miscommunication" between the cashier and the kitchen. The receipt literally said "NO RICE," so what's the excuse? To make matters worse, when we asked for the corporate number or franchise owner's name, she refused to provide either--instead, she rudely slammed the window shut. Oh, and she actually had the audacity to laugh as if this whole situation was funny. This location is a joke. They clearly don't care about customers, can't follow basic instructions, and have a so-called manager who lacks any leadership or professionalism. We will NEVER return. To top it all off, most nights after the lobby closes, they claim the debit/credit machines are "down," forcing people to pay cash. Feels shady at best. If you value your time, money, and basic human decency, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL
