Instead, I received a warm, welcomed greeting by the employees who walked me through the pizza preparation process. I decided to build my own 11" pizza. I chose regular dough, tomato sauce, onions, green peppers, and sausage. The pizza was ready in about 7 minutes and it was DELICIOUS. The tomato sauce was a little tangier than what I am used to and I'm not a huge fan of wood fired pies or super thin crust pizza, but Blaze's pizza was an exception for me. I devoured the entire thing as soon as I took it home. Will definitely be back!
