The place has a fantastic atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, great décor, and a really well designed setup. The wings were, by far, some of the best I've ever had. I ordered the hottest flavor, and they actually had a nice kick, but even better, they were packed with incredible flavor. My husband ordered a burger, and it was huge! He absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly, the place was busy with a great vibe, and we appreciated the little touches, like the water refill station for thermoses. They also have a great selection of brews and ciders. If you're passing through or exploring the area, Uncle Fatty's is definitely worth a stop. We'll be back!

(They were flooded by the storm and it might have impacted them today) First...two sandwiches and two soups were $36 so just note this place is at the high end compared to other sandwich shops in the area. That said, it definitely was not worth it today. Potato soup was good...just gave it a little salt and pepper for personal preference. My hoagie bun was stale on one end...to the point I replaced with bread when I got home. The meat, cheese, and produce were pretty good...but for $13 I would pass. My lays chips were stale too which isn't the shops fault but goes with the experience today.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time, and I finally got the chance…read more The decor of the restaurant is really cool as it has an cool theme. The counter and overhang look like a barbecue shanty inside the building. I ordered my food to go. It was around 8 o'clock at night and it was still steady business wise. There's only one negative thing I can say about the entire experience, they're short on employees. The poor young woman at the ordering counter was alone and had to wait on tables and take care of customers in the dining room, then run to the register to take orders, while delivering peoples drinks and food because much of the clientele gets food to go like me. You could tell she was frustrated, but she didn't push her frustration down on the customers. She was still very cordial. The food was very good! I elected to get the brisket basket with fries and I got an extra order of coleslaw. The brisket portion was a tad small for the cost in my opinion, but the quality and flavor beef made up for it and it was a very enjoyable meal! Probably one of the best I've had in a while to be honest. So if you find yourself in the quaint little town of Dade City, I would highly recommend stopping in and give it a try, it may have been an off night for the employee so I won't knock them for having an employee shortage. I'll find out along the way as I do intend to eat there again, being I don't live far from the restaurant. Good Job BubbaQue's!!!

The whole experience was not. This was a refreshing experience. They have been open for a short time and this was my first opportunity to stop in. The store was clean, employees were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. I walked in around lunchtime and was directed to the back of the store where the line started for ordering. They have a big menu board which I read first to determine what to get. The Cubano sounded good so I decided to give it a try. There were two choices for bread where they started the sandwich and put it in the oven. I was directed to the next station for all the toppings. I had a moment and chatted with the two employees that were there, and the one at the register asked what I got and if I would be having a drink or anything else. I told them I would take a meal which consisted of the sandwich, a drink and chips. On my sandwich came out they asked how I wanted it and directed me to assign that showed all the topics available. I opted for mustard and added hot peppers. I was very impressed with the taste of the sandwich and the hot peppers added a nice touch that you don't normally get on a Cuban. I will definitely be trying this one again in the future. They have several tables to dine at and there are accessible spaces out front. They have a drink station where you would get your own drink. If you're looking for a good hot sandwich, this is a great choice to have in this shopping area.
