I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast here at Siren's Spoon! I like the name. I had for breakfast build your own omelette. I chose a 3 egg omelette with steak, except it wasn't the frozen one and it was like pieces of steak ums and I added to that green bell peppers. It came with your choice of home fries grits and I think hashbrowns. I like home fries so I chose that. Included with that was toast. Look at my pictures. I'm telling you it was delicious and during the week. I think they're open only until 2 PM but on Friday and Saturday they're open till 7 PM. I took a lot of pictures so you can check out this place. It's Wonderful. I'm also adding a picture of my waitress Jade. She is a great waitress. I enjoyed talking to her and the Chef Rachel. They have some really good specials and pretty soon. They're gonna have Oktoberfest type food. They have so many choices to make. I think the next time I go I'm gonna get a sandwich for lunch and then I'll try dinner. You must come here and have yourself a nice meal voilà the end of My Review. Come and try it yourself. Oh, by the way this used to be my nanny's restaurant but now it's the new name. Prices are very reasonable here considering it's $15 get a big Mac and fries and a Coke. I love the decor and they have televisions that highlight things in Weeki Wachee and attractions around the area. They even have a trivia question and I think it was about Florida Panthers the real Panthers not the football team. They highlight their specials on the television and in the front they have a regular television. So let me go and post my pictures. I forgot the big theme here is mermaids in case you couldn't tell read more

I happened upon this place by accident. Looking at it from outside leaves one questioning the cleanliness. I entered and saw lots of dirty tables from former diners. I had to ask a customer if I was supposed to seat myself. She said yes. I went in search of a clean table. Finding one, I sat and was met by a very nice waitress. She took my drink order then dropped off a menu. There was an elderly, friendly brown man, a regular, who told me the food is great and so were the prices. I placed my order and watched as people packed in. Tables were cleaned rapidly. My food arrived. The pancake was large, fluffy and delicious. The bacon was perfect. The grits were a little runny for my liking, but good. The staff chatted with customers, making me feel like I was in a family friendly place. All in all, the food was good, great customer service and great prices. The parking is horrendous, very tight. Don't let the outside detour you from giving the Siren's Spoon a try. I recommend you try it. Give me a follow and I'll take you to many places. read more

As planned, I went to Siren's Spoon this morning, and brought my wife to see if the restaurant got its 5th star. We were surprised to find the parking lot almost full on a Monday morning. And inside, the place was about 90% full. After reviewing the menu, my wife has mapped out several return visits to try various delights on the menu. And she's inviting her sister to come to town, and try some of her favorites. I could gain 100 pounds before this is over. read more

So the Paison and I decided to make a return visit to My Nanny's restaurant on US 19 for breakfast this morning.. I had been here previously and loved the food and especially the good service but he had never been so I decided to treat him. We see now that there are new owners, and it is now actually called The Siren's Spoon! and the pictures will say everything. Their water bagels are fresh and crispy and absolutely delicious. Everything here is super fresh. I was very impressed by that. Give it a try-you won't be sorry. It's a small place. It's nothing fancy, but oh boy, let me tell you what- Chrissy is the best server I've seen in a long time for a Mom and Pop Place! I have a feeling this little gem is going to expanding and do very very well . Give it a try y'all. They have done some work inside the restaurant with some very cute aquatic themed silk prints and they have "Siren TV" which shows some cute mermaids holding different specials offered every day. But enough about the TV and all -that the food was spectacular. I had one of the best Mediterranean omelets I've ever had in my life! Swim on in and have a fabulous meal! ‍ read more

First of all, it's no longer My Nanny's Restaurant..it is called Siren Spoon.. It looks like it has been totally renovated and they did a super job on it. We stopped there yesterday. Had breakfast. They have a very large varied menu. The portions are very good and tasted very good as well. Prices are very reasonable. It is bright and again very clean. It has a very friendly staff. It shows that they appear to be new or have new staff. Service is good but it does need a little fine tuning, very minor issues. Their friendliness and willingness to make visit pleasant shows. Highly recommend giving this place a go and support another local restaurant read more
