Not impressed. No one tells you when you walk in that you get your own menu, seat yourself, and walk up to the counter to order. They just stare at you awkwardly. As for the food....mediocre at best. Gravy on bisquets was bland paste with no flavor. Coffee was weak. read more

We were early for an appointment so we thought we'd grab breakfast someplace and I looked on yelp, (of course!) and there were several choices, but the brioche French toast sang to me! First, the parking lot is huge, so no worries there. We sat by the window so we could watch or pup in our air conditioned car stand up and watch us eat! The coffee choices are plentiful and then there's the boba choices - wow! It's so hard to find good boba anywhere in Florida, but you can find it here! Lastly, the kindness of the employees sounds heartfelt and not the typical "Welcome to Moe's" lack of enthusiasm. They truly seemed to care if we liked our food and they wanted us to return. We surely will, and this is exactly what Yelp is all about - we found this place off the main road most travel in, but the 5-6 mins out of our way was nothing compared to the meal and the way we felt when we walked out. Really, you can't go wrong with just about anything you order They have a large assortment of coffees and teas to choose from, and don't forget to take a homemade tart with you or eat in. Just visited the Cafe today!! Breakfast was really tasty. We both enjoyed omelette breakfasts with hot coffee. The coffee was not strong for our taste but Kim amended our coffee and it hit the spot. The home fries recipe could use more bell peppers and onions and not fried so hard. They were sliced like chips and not diced like home fries. Hidden Gem in Spring Hill alert! This place is truly special and hands down better than any chain food breakfast/diner spots. If you haven't been to Caffe Connection you're missing out! I LITERALLY just drove by and saw the sign. I just moved to the area and I have been looking for a cafe similar to the ones I'm used to in Atlanta. Locally owned and family operated, homemade food, not commercially produced. I didn't have time to stop in so I DoorDashed ordered. Luckily I live just a few blocks. The order came in 5 mins. Wow. The menu selection is extensive with so many options. Even for vegetarians. I honestly didn't know what to order, so I just ordered random items to give it a shot. The desert menu oh my. So yummy. I ordered a berry homemade tart. Oh my. DELICIOUS. Also ordered a cookies and cream cookie bomb. Genius!!! Some potatoes (with onions and peppers). Just like home (Boston). And a caramel Frappe with oatmilk (soooo glad they have dairy free options). This variety sweets, salty and peppery and fruit was perfect for my pregnancy cravings. Haha. Anyway, I'll definitely order again. Next time I'll take my entire family there and sit down. I even showed my kids the menu, and they're super excited to try their pancakes and French toast. I ordered a Great double espresso with steamed milk after my food arrived. I came in for breakfast type food (breakfast served all day) and the coffee elevated the experience. I had the vegetable omelette with home fries and toast. I highly recommend and if I were local, wouldn't even consider any of the chain restaurants. I observed croissants baked on premises as well as pastries, tarts, and a crumb cake. Something for me to consider if I ever find my way through here again. I observed 8 tables that can seat four, and two love seat type couches by the window for coffee and eating from a coffee table. Condiments included. I've been here 3 times this week! I had heard good things about it but it's a ways from the house so I just never ventured over. Monday my friend suggested we go after our morning walk so I agreed. We had BLTs and espressos for breakfast. The best! Then I found out they're a ghost kitchen for Wow Bao. So I ordered via Door Dash for a dinner pickup on Wednesday evening. This might be the only place in Spring Hill to get pork buns. They were amazing. Now I'm here again with my daughter for another breakfast after getting pedicures. 9 tables for 4, inside seating, closed Tuesdays. The owner might think I'm a stalker but I can't wait to bring my husband to get a Cuban coffee. Just offering that is enough of a draw to bring my old man out. read more

We have heard wonderful things about this location so decided to bring my mom for her birthday. We were immediately greeted upon entering. The location isn't huge, but seating wasn't an issue as it appears most customers were either picking up or taking their orders to go. The location is clean and the service was extremely nice. The food was good, we got Chicken Avocado sandwich, it was very good just a bit dry. I also got the iced chai tea latte, this was my least favorite thing. The pop tarts are really were it's at! They are huge so prepare to share. They are delicious! We definitely plan on coming back for more of those pop tarts and try some new things. read more

Best coffee and breakfast and lunch spot in Hernando County This spot is a friendly coffee and breakfast/lunch/dinner spot that cares about people and the food they serve. Three of us went for a late breakfast Saturday. We are regulars and brought a friend. The restaurant is semi-table service. You order at the counter and then everything is brought to your table or packaged to go. It was difficult not to order the breakfast sandwich - you choose the meat, cheese, two eggs, fresh biscuit or bread, or one of their specials, BUT.... We decided to eat all different items from our routine orders - Cold brew instead of lattes; and for the food: chicken and buttermilk biscuit and home fries; three buttermilk pancakes; and Belgian waffle. All were delivered to us hot and with cinnamon maple butter. The pancakes and waffle came with heated house made syrup that was OMG good. The staff then checked to make sure we didn't need anything and brought more syrup and water. The restaurant is very welcoming in a modern, light look. The only caution is that it is located in a strip mall up a sloped drive on a five-lane road on the east side of the street. read more

Delicious the poptarts are huge! We ordered breakfast lasagna for Christmas morning, it came with fruit and a poptart. It was more then enough for 4 we order the same that feeds 2 to 3.
