Disgusting flavorless oily no cream cheese
    Gabby G.

Who messes up a grilled cheese?! It was my first time coming in and so I ordered safe. The menu says the cheese melt has multiple types of cheese including cream cheese. This bagel was the most bland oily disgusting flavorless grilled cheese I've ever eaten.

Curdled cream cheese - watery and runny - giant chunks of carrot - looks like coleslaw

I don't like to leave negatives reviews unless I have too but I hope the owners learn from this. I'm not vocal in my complaints while I'm physically present at the store because I don't want to deter other patrons from buying and I don't like to make a scene which would make people feel uncomfortable so here is my complaint. 1. I ordered an iced latte they gave me a hot one.. ok no problem I told her hey it was an iced one but here is where I get bothered. The lady just flips the hot drink into a cup of ice cubes and hands it to me. If you know anything with milk you would know that putting steamed milk over ice changes the taste and also promotes a flash growth of microorganisms in the drink. This really turned me off because in other coffee shops where they have mess up giving me a hot instead of an iced latte they remake the drink and pour COLD MILK over ice then the espresso shot. Not dunk steamed milk over ice. Short story I threw the drink out once I walked out after one sip because of how nasty it tasted. 2. The bagels are undercooked they're all pale as a ghost, they don't not have that golden look to tell you they're cooked well. Pale bagels usually mean there is a problem and that dough was over fermented and the sugars present have been used up by the yeast. If you look up there other location in Wesley chapel you can tell those bagels are cooked better. The fact you ever bothered to put this bagels on the shelf just shows the lack of effort to your craft. **look up the bagels at the Wesley chapel location and you can tell these are undercooked** 3. The vegetable cream cheese was very watery and not smooth like regular cream cheese. Granted me and my family tried it, sure enough 5-6 hours later after eating the cream cheeses our stomachs started churning and we knew we got sick from it. The cream cheese almost had a curdled taste to it... and I blame myself for not throwing it in the garbage when I first opened it. The prep of the veggie cream cheese is horrendous, huge shreds of carrots, and other undistinguishable things. Never in my life have I seen veggie cream cheese like this. We know it was the cream cheese because one family member had a bagel with jelly they're perfectly fine. 4. Nobody in my house made it past more than half their bagels, the mute taste, the soggy feeling, and even how it tasted after we toasted proved these are poorly made bagels. 5. My biggest regret is wasting 16 dollars here because I had to throw everything away. I do like how they're reasonable priced though and I do find the interior of the place to be nice. I was hoping this bagel shop would give bagels and beyond more of a challenge so we can have better alternatives in the county but I guess not. If this is your best at your grand opening I would say you need to make major improvements. The staff is nice and pleasant but that only goes so far when the food presented is poor quality. I hope the best for the owners and I probably will take a long break before I come back and visit this location. Hopefully by then it has improved and I can change this review because I do believe in second chances. Best wishes and I hope the business does thrive in the near future

Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Potato Salad
    Holly H.

Overall great experience. Staff were friendly, and there were a lot of bagel and sandwich options to choose from. Lunch items were available to order before 10am which was cool. We got a Crispy Chicken bagel: good value for $6, but could have used a little more seasoning. Also ordered buffalo chicken wrap with potato salad: wrap was not that good and probably would not order again, but potato salad was fine. Would go back and try different food next time. Store was clean but we ordered to-go this visit.

    Ham, egg, cheese bagel

Nice, quiet place to breakfast, though that may depend on the time of day. We went on a Saturday morning. I had the ham, egg, and cheese bagel. It was good. 4 stars as it was good, but not great. I'd definitely go again.

    Bagel on potato salad

    * Would be zero stars if it could * Staff is rude and depressing * Not a single trash can by the coffee area so you have to take whatever trash across to the other side of the cafe * My semi-warm bagel was laid on top of my ice cold potato salad. * Ambiance is basic and plain, like their food

My son and I went to breakfast - this restaurant is right next to Publix, so there's plenty of parking. Strip mall type of situation which I guess is why I've overlooked the place previously. Glad we didn't, today. The restaurant was packed!! Yet, we were able to get into the last table within a few minutes. As we sat, it seemed customer turn over was consistent too so I'm not sure anyone had a long wait. He got the ham Benny - it was delicious and big! He brought some home for later. I got Eric's Special - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, w sausage with fruit cup and a huge warm biscuit. I brought some home too. Coffee refilled several times. Put waiter was not only professional and really nice, but also funny. Apparently I have to go back and (properly) take pictures. There is a 4% upcharge for using a credit card but, since I own my own small business, I understand that.... It IS an expense.

I have to say, are very thick and fluffy. I only ordered two and two strips of bacon and some grits and I don't think I can eat all of this. They're so thick. They're very delicious the restaurant, the breakfast club, is a little noisy but that's OK. People are having a good time there's kids the kids are having a good time wheelchair accessible even the bathrooms. And the staff is very friendly and on the ball. I highly recommend breakfast club of seven Hills. You won't regret it. Great food at a high price. Just for the two pancakes, two strips of bacon and a small bowl of grits plus tip cost me $20 just for lunch. The original bill was $17 and some odd cents and I thought that was a mistake and I gave her a 20 and I said give my server this amount of tip because I always like to tip well. And she said well that would be a two dollar and some odd cent tip. She suspect that's OK. That was all the cash I had on me. And they have a great big notice on the area where you go to pay that they charge you 4% if you use a credit card! Yeah, 4%!

Anyway, we walked in, and it is your typical diner atmosphere with a few seats and just felt cozy like a mom and pop kind of place. A young girl told us it was open seating, so we chose the nearest booth. Once we sat down, and made ourselves comfortable, the server brought us menus and asked what we wanted to drink. I got coffee and water, and my daughter asked for orange juice. The coffee was very, very good. I drank 2 cups before my food even arrived. We didn't wait very long before the food came, and it was a LOT of food. We both had to box it up and take it home. We both got the same thing, which was the scrambled bowl (I hope that's the correct name of the dish). It was very good. We both had the loaded egg with American cheese on it and it came with a busicut, toast, or bagel and since I can't eat bread, my daughter had my biscuit. She devoured that. She said she loved how the bread had just the right amount of toasting on the top, as though they butter it and put it face down on the grill. I will definitely be back again! PS the picture of the food does not justice on the taste of it.

Add a half booth, you know, the time with a bench on one side and chairs. On the other where we were presented with 2 coffee mugs and asked if we wanted anything to drink While we looked at the menu, we told the host that we will order shortly. So she said okay and left. Upon looking around, we noticed that several tables were empty. But still dirty, and then we looked at our coffee mugs, and saw that they were dirty. So when our waitress showed up within a couple of minutes we asked for new cups And some coffee, and as soon as she came back to the table, she just poured coffee into 2 new cups without us. Even looking at them and then given a few more minutes to place a order We noticed that the table beside us was starting to get cleaned then they left without taking the dishes, we thought that was kinda odd being that my friend and I were previous restaurant owners ourselves what we understand that people get busy and then about 5 minutes later, the person came back and finished up the table. And at that time we placed our order Of which I ordered a special that they were running at the time. Mine was a italian type sandwich, and she ordered a taco neal without avocado, the food arrived not too long after we were there presented to us in a decent manner. They both looked good but to our surprise, both of our meals were pretty bland and the aforementioned coffee that was given to us had a very burnt, bitter taste to it. So we both decided to just drink our lemon water which the limits for the most part and her bowl of fruit, whether the best tasting options that we were given. Because my Italian sandwich was bland and the chorizo on the sausage are in the sauce was very overpowering. And I really would like to have enjoyed my sandwich but it was bland and almost tasteless. It did look good as did my friends breakfast tacos, she told me that the best part of it was the fruit bowl to help take away the taste in her mouth from it, i like trying different things whenever I go to a First Watch when I go. But this one did not seem to match the expectation that I've had at others I've been to And lastly, as with a lot of restaurants these days, as we were opening straws And discarding napkins and putting in a nice pile for the waitress to take away, it sat there until after we were done with our meal. Typically when you go to a table and you're asking questions and credibility with customers, you would clear away any trash and stuff around them if you can And do anything you can to comfort your customer other than that the waitress was attentive, just in my opinion, not awake yet, I don't know if they had a bad weekend or what but this is not what you would want. At a higher end breakfast place, I may try it again in the future. And see if they get their stuff together, in my opinion, or I may just go to another and see how they compare.
