Today was my first time trying out Bagels Galore. I ordered over the phone for my kids and I (who are picky eaters btw). I ordered a Jalapeno bagel with onion chive cream cheese, a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a plain bagel with reg. cream cheese. We loved the bagels. They were soft and full of cream cheese. The customer service was quick, efficient and so welcoming even just for a to go order. I will definitely be ordering from here again. read more

We were staying in town and needed some bagels and found Bagels Galore, yum! By the time we had come in (almost 11am), the selection was a little bare, but they still had everything bagels. I got that with plain cream cheese. They loaded it up in the best way possible! We took our bagels to go and they were delicious. The service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was great as well. They were quick with getting our bagels toasted up and out to us, which we appreciated since we were heading out on the road. We travel to the area from time to time and would love to try the other flavors next time. read more

I work in the area so I try to frequent this place often! I've tried about 5 things off the menu and have loved everything!!! Bagels are soft and very fresh. Chicken salad always hits the spot too. Have been meaning to stop and finally had the chance today. It's was around 11:00 am so most of the breakfast type bagels were sold out. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a garlic bagel, toasted, with lettuce and tomato. It was really good and loaded with chicken salad. Also got one each of a peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie. They were obviously baked in house too. The service was quick and the people super friendly and helpful. The place was spotless clean with a cheerful almost homey feel to. There is limited seating, maybe 12, but the booths are good size and clean. Definitely a good spot for bagels and sandwiches. read more

I finally tried Bagels Galore. I went in at 8 a.m. I ordered 4 plain & 2 onion. I thought it was odd they presented them to me in a plastic bag instead of paper. Well I found out why when I got home. They were cold! Obviously they had been frozen! I've never heard of this. We tried eating them & they were awful! They were extra soft & very stale! Never again! Next time I'll try Brooklyn Bagels. Update: Went back to give it another shot. Not crazy this morning! Was in and out in a matter of minutes with my fresh warm bacon, egg, and cheese. Tried them for the first time today, it was a mixed experience. It was around 9am so we kind of expected them to not be too slow, there was a handful of people there. We placed our order and suddenly a wave of customers came in. It took a good 20+ minutes before they called our order, but it was missing a bagel. Another 10 minutes go by and we're good to go. Got in the car and couldn't wait to take a bite, one of the bagels was cold. As in refrigerator cold. I think it may have been resting against a cold drink or something because the other half was luke warm. We also asked for one toasted bagel and one not toasted, but received both toasted. We'll be going back to give it another shot, probably not at 9am though. The bacon egg and cheese was pretty good, the customer service could use a little pick me up, the prices are super fair. read more

This business has been serving the community for years and years. The owners are always willing to donate gift certificates and/or bagels to local schools. They also have bought pages in yearbooks and participated in discount cards for fundraisers. I also have had the best chicken salad on bagel here. Please look at ALL these owners contribute before casting the first stone over one person's experience. There is currently a smear campaign about the alleged treatment of one customer. That one customer has called for a boycott and had covered Facebook with the story. Take notice of the dates and the ratings. I am not affiliated in any way with this business. We had not been there in a spell. My wife kept bugging me to get some bagels etc. I dropped $60.00 on salads, spreads, cold cuts etc. the little guy slicing the meat did not wear gloves. He touched everything. He went straight from slicing meat to reaching for a plastic tub of salmon in the fridge and taking salmon out by hand. I watched as he packaged stuff, handled meat, bagels , bread, cream cheese, onions, tomatoes, etc. Never washed his hand once or wore gloves. This is called CROSS-CONTAMINATION. Coincidentally, I crapped my brains out all day Monday. All I had to eat Sunday was the stuff we got from Bagels Galore. Still not the friendliest bunch either. Unless you're willing to go to Jersey for real water bagels, go no further! Dave and Kim run a family restaurant with top quality food and service. They deliver too. I'm there daily for breakfast and sometimes lunch and it's like my second home. Good food, clean workplace and eat-in area if you choose. Prices are fair and the food is substantial. Quality Boar's Head meat/cheese is all they use. From bagel sandwiches and spreads to 6-12"+ subs and huge salads... this is your destination. Don't forget they deliver but, the delivery ladies don't get a piece of the pie... just your tip, so tip them well. They deliver fast and accurately! I found this place on yelp. After reading the reviews I was prepared for not so happy employees. When I called for Sunday delivery that's exactly what I got. Their website is a bit misleading. It says there are online specials yet the lady not so kindly said "they don't do online ordering and they don't deliver on Sundays." So I drove down to the store where the people working the front were super happy to serve me and pleasant. There were a few people in and out and no one eating in. There are only 3 booths and two tables outside. I will order again as my food was still hot by the time I got home. Super tasty and cooked just right for me. It's a small place like a little coffee shop. So just set your expectations as I did and I believe you'll walk away not frustrated and enjoying your food. read more

Stopped for lunch with my mom after she talked me into this place. I'm glad she did. Small and quiet location with big portions and tasty food. My mom got the chicken salad and I had the pressed Cuban. Honestly one of the best Cubans I've ever had. (Born and raised Floridian) only thing that would improve here would be a fountain drink machine...but hey!! Old fashioned can and sandwich places are refreshing. Used to be our "go to" for a fast breakfast. After a pretty sad occurrence here, they have lots our family as weekly customers. If anyone with any business acumen or a sense of humanity would respond to a customer issue of "something " on the food, as we had, at least they would have made an option of replacing the item involved , or, at least, an apology. I use to come into this store for my everything bagels! After hearing the story about the mother with the autistic child oh no i will not return to this store! I have an autistic child who makes random noises and beat boxs. If someone was to say anything remotely something disrespectful about my son because of how he makes noises because its how he calms himself down.. I will knock them the hell out. The woman and child didn't deserve that!! They could of been polite about it!! But no pure ignorance!!! This business will lose alot of business because of this and will prob shut down! read more

I love this place! Great tasting food, amazing bagels, and good portion sizes for the price. Delivery is a HUGE plus, and food is always fresh and hot when its delivered. The reason I did not give 5 stars (because the food is definitely worth it) is because of the customer service at times. The menu is not very descriptive, and my experience has been that the staff does not like to answer questions about the menu on the phone. I once asked what kind of chips there were and the woman started sarcastically listing them off while her coworkers laughed in the background. I get not wanting to list chips to every caller, but maybe update the menu to include options? I have never been into the store, so I can not comment on customer service there, and the delivery drivers are always very friendly. I will still continue to order, because the food rocks! read more

My daughter Angelina Juergens was diagnosed with Autism In December 2014. Since then we have endured lots of up and downs and started doing lots of research to give our daughter the best life. She has lots of therapies and amazes us everyday with her progress. She is now 6 and non verbal and squeals and lets out yells when she is excited. Her father and I have had to learn to deal with going out in public and sometimes getting stares and being judged. On Friday February 1st my daughter and I were at BAGELS GALORE in Hudson, FL waiting for our food. She let out one of her squeals because she was excited. Someone behind the counter stated now that is enough that is not even funny. I said I'm sorry my daughter is autistic and she was excited. My friend then asked to speak to the manager. The lady behind the counter said she was the owner. As the mother I am I went to the counter and wanted an apology and the owner then stated there is autistic kids in her family and they don't act like that. I then started getting upset and the owner yelling than stated I should take my daughter outside. Her husband started yelling as well because I was getting upset and slammed aluminum foil on the counter and told me to leave I then left and started crying. The owner of Bagels Galore knows nothing about Autism because no two children on the spectrum are the same. How dare you not support any type of special needs. We go out to eat all the time the stares don't bother me but I am her voice and nobody will speak of my daughter like that. Bagels Galore how dare you speak about my child like that in front of her. She may not speak but she can still hear. You are the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. And I want everyone else to know BAGELS GALORE DOES NOT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS!! read more

Poor customer service. They threw out a family with an autistic non verbal 6 year old child because they didn't like how she squealed with excitement. Wife AND husband owners BOTH ganged up on the mom. How sad. They claim they have autistic children who don't act like that well coming from a teacher none of my autistic children are one in the same. I grew up eating here and its always a been good bagel place. Only once did I wait almost 10 minutes for my bagel with three people waiting as well. I think they may have had a big order, but there were three people working so not really sure. I cant give five stars only because I have had true new york bagels made in those big metal tubs that are stirred by the big sticks. Mmm. But this place does justice for the area. No other west Pasco bagel place comes close! Try their egg everything bagel, so delish! Maybe the owners would consider getting avocado to add the bagels and lemon pepper. Out west they have an ABC bagel (avo, bacon, cream cheese). You add some lemonpepper and boom! You got heaven in your mouth! read more
