We had the chicken fingers with fries and the shrimp with fried potatoes. The food looked great! But although the quality was good all the food was bland. We had to use a lot of salt and pepper to get flavor. The restaurant was cute inside and was pretty busy. We were served promptly but once the food arrived we never saw another person. Had to go to the counter to get a box for the remaining food. We were going to pick up one of the famous cinnamon rolls but after the bland food and lack of follow up we decided against it. Called a Tot Bowl the dish had tater tots, sausage, bacon,tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onion and American Cheese with Sausage Gravy and two eggs. Two pieces of toast of your choice is included - both chose Rye toast which they loved. Only difference between the two plates were how their eggs were cooked. My Hubby loves over easy eggs while my brother prefers scrambled. They both stated that they loved their breakfast with my brother commenting next time he visits he would love to go to Kim's again. I of course chose something different. I had a bowl of their Stone Ground Grits with two scrambled eggs and ham on rye toast. I had the taco salad which was Huge in a big taco shell - you could also have it served as a traditional salad if you prefer. I asked what the protein was and I was told ground beef, but she could see if they could make it as a chicken taco salad instead.
