Food is outstanding as was the service and the ambience. We go At least twice a month. Love this place. It's on our list for a great dinner.

I came in a few nights ago to eat with my husband, the food was delicious and our sever was so nice and present. My only issue was the bullying I witnessed going on. An older lady i believe her name was Bell was clearly going around picking on the younger crowd there. You can tell it was making them upset. Mainly the hostess and another young server as well. She kept cutting them off when talking and talking to them like they were beneath her. I expect more from a restaurant like this. Especially since she approached me and my husband as a manager. No matter the circumstances no manager should be talking to her employees the way she was. She was very nice to my table but when talking to others her whole demeanor had changed. I hope this gets brought to someone's attention because my heart hurt for those poor girls read more

I'll start this by saying I'm writing this review in my bathroom. My server was condescending and inattentive. The food, oh the food, while it tasted good, it does not have the same joy inducing emotions it did going in as it does going out. We ran out of drinks and when we tried to ask for a refill our server just skipped our table completely. Too busy taking care of the table that ordered more than soup and salad as well as had more people than our table did. Even the manager walked past us without saying "hello". When our server did finally fill our drinks, it was right before we were leaving, which is almost redundant. I paid $50 for 2 bowls of soup, 2 salads, 2 glasses of Coke, and a $10 to go order. $50 for the opportunity to have diarrhea, 20 minutes after | left. I just made it home. I quite literally ran up the stairs chanting "30 more seconds, booty don't fail me now, just 30 more seconds". As a side note, l always, and I mean always, tip 30% of the bill but this time, I left nothing. I wont be back. Unless I'm constipated and feel like wasting $50. I just checked. It's been way too long since I did an updated review on outback in Spring Hill. My friend and I went and we had the Steakation 6 ounce sirloin steak center-cut sirloin, seasoned and seared, topped with melted Provolone cheese and Bloomin' Onion® petals. Served with choice of steakhouse potato and a side. The potato was loaded and it didn't cost extra and I had a delicious house salad. Let me tell you it was a bargain for $16.99. I'm gonna go back when my friend's birthday is in February and treat him to steak and tail special that's lobster tail for $24.99. I have been coming here since it opened. It was my go-to for the higher end night to get a great salad and filet. I noticed a downhill quality trend. The potato was overcooked or the meat was not the right temperature or a bit chewy. It was little things. Then they just fell off the cliff. Salads forgotten adn a porterhouse that was criminally thin and way overcooked. I gave up on the place. I recently came back due to another couple choosing it. The salmon was raw and had a few bones in it. The manager was friendly and all but they dont listen 'really'. I told them a visit before that the salt shakers were completely wet and unusable. They had to get me a ramakin of salt from the kitchen. They were still unusable on my recent visit too. It appears that they have spotty quality and lack luster attention to details. read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience needed to be shared. My group and I arrived without a reservation and were told it would be about a 30-minute wait -- totally understandable. While waiting, a few seats at the bar opened up, so we decided to sit there to order drinks and maybe even eat at the bar instead. That's where everything went downhill. The bartender clearly had no interest in doing his job. The bar top was covered in dirty plates, glasses, and trash. Two couples were sitting there already closed out, and two tables behind us were still eating -- yet the bartender just paced back and forth behind the bar avoiding eye contact, not cleaning, not checking on anyone, not even acknowledging us with a simple "I'll be right with you." After about 10 minutes, he finally walked over, dropped menus, and when we asked if we could order a drink, his response was: "When I have time." At that point we flagged down the manager, Mike, to let him know what was going on. Unfortunately, speaking to him made the situation make a lot more sense -- he was just as uninterested in helping guests as the bartender. He wasn't assisting the extremely busy hostess up front, wasn't helping clean or support the bar, and instead chose to blame us for the bartender not doing his job. To top it off, he even made an inappropriate comment about our race. Absolutely unacceptable from anyone, let alone a manager. I've already reached out to corporate because this location is clearly suffering from a serious lack of leadership. We left and went to Cheddar's next door, where we had one of the best dining experiences in Spring Hill -- night-and-day difference. Save yourself the frustration and skip this Outback location entirely. read more

What a disappointment ! Made a reservation for shark week.. for Thursday 7/24/25.. they knew nothing.. Nothing that was described online... no decor, just 2 shark drinks.. and handed a trivia piece of printed material!! Oh yeah!! Disappointed ! And service was so slow, and horrible, by the waitress we had ..We were sat at a table near the bar area.. We were there 2 1/2 hours.. Our blooming onion, was given to the wrong table, then they tried to give to us.. nope.. not happening!! But the last straw, was my free dessert we asked for it to go.. 'No Rules, Just Right' has come full circle. In a great way! Buckle up and come along for a long-winded ride... I was one of those, like some other reviewers, that had experienced multiple problems over separate visits at this location. Service failures, ordering issues and food quality concerns. This really bothered me because I've been going to Outback since the very first location opened in Tampa. Only recently did I find another Outback location that brought back some promise of my ultimate return as a frequent customer. And the door to healing was opened. My return has also been tied to bribery! Yes, bribery! I received an Outback gift card for my birthday in June. That 'bribed' me into taking the plunge and returning to ANY Outback after a 3-year hiatus. Happy to report that return engagement went splendidly, although it was at a different store, as I mentioned earlier. The bribes continued. I got ANOTHER gift card for Christmas! I'll not mention the person who was giving me these, but I assure you he does NOT work for the chain. He just knows what his dad likes. Wait! I just gave my benefactor away. LOL Yesterday, I was REALLY craving something Outback. That dang gift card was burning a hole in my pocket. But I did NOT want to drive a long distance to get some Bloomin' satisfaction. And that, my friends, is how I ended up back in the Spring Hill saddle again. As I approached the front door, I took a deep breath, stood tall and walked in from the cold/hot/cold/hot Winter-what? weather our area teases us with. My worries were quickly allayed as I was warmly greeted then seated. First impressions can make or break a business. Any damage done in those initial moments is hard to reverse. Luckily for this Outback, the bubbly Anne Marie was in charge of dusting off the negatives and putting a shine back on my mind. The boo was slowly turning to Woo Hoos.... I tested fate, in a way, which ultimately could have shattered this dream. I had ordered a Special on my first/latest visit to the other Outback. That Special was not available, but a very similar one was. The current Special is the Sirloin and Tasmanian Shrimp. I didn't want the spiciness of the current Special, so Anne Marie listened patiently and wrote down exactly what I was looking to order. She got it right! So, here's another NO Rules Just RIGHT! I am here to tell you that my meal was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I had a Med Rare 8-ounce Sirloin with the melty goodness of seasoned butter dripping over the edge. Add some Bloomin' Shrimp (Think Bloomin' Onion with Shrimp sweetness!) Round the meal out with a nice salad and a loaded baked potato and I'm back home. All for just $18.99 on Special. My meal was perfect. Anne Marie was extraordinary. I was impressed that I had several visits from two managers. The Front of the House Manager Colleen as well as from Belle. Great service. We had a birthday party and attendance was 18 people. They set up tables and we all got to order what we wanted. Food was great, so was the service. I ordered two "Bloomin'" onions for each end of the table and it was perfect. By gosh, we are, sang birthday song and had an outback fantastical time! It's a shame I didn't take pictures. read more

Hostess was so nice, seating us in the back, which was our preference. It was less crowded (especially since one of my nieces is in a wheelchair). Once there, Julianna took excellent care of us. She got all of our meals to us quickly, and constantly checked back with us - replenishing our drinks, getting a better sweet potato for my niece when the first one didn't taste right, and getting boxes & bags for leftovers. She was the best! The food was cooked exactly as we asked. My niece likes a very rare steak and I like mine medium rare. Perfection. My other niece had salmon, and it was her first time getting it at Outback. She was impressed, and enjoyed it. Our hostess was once again marvelous when she agreed to take our photo. I LOVE LOVE to come here. I always order from Door dash, and the food always comes excellent. They are always so kind on the phone, and the manager Mikayla is very sweet. My favorite item is that they have the lobster & steak combo for just $20! I totally recommend this steakhouse because it is probably the only restaurant that has prices like these, and that their food is actually good. What's supposed to be a med rare 18oz bone in ribeye but half was all fat and definitely not med rare. I also ordered a chicken sandwich that was so sad looking, literally had four slivers of lettuce one tomato and two pickles on it and they put the sweet potato in with my sandwich and fries with with steak that got all soggy and wet from the steak juice. I don't understand when you place a to go order it seems like you don't deserve to have quality food. I'm sure if I was eating IN this would not have been served to me. Unfortunately this is the third time something like this happens. Last time we were told to bring one meal back and they would fix it so we could have a great steak. Had not been to this place in a long while. Since the last time service has improved immensely. The server Andy was excellent and on top of everything. I ordered the 12 ounce NYStrip steak med. Steak fries and a side of brown gravy. Also, mushrooms for the steak. My steak arrived did not look at all like a NY Strip steak. I couldn't tell what cut this was. Some area of the steak was skinnier than the rest. The steak had a little too much fat on it. I don't remember ever having fat on this cut. The taste, was so so spicy, the fries also tons of spice, to top it off the gravy for my fries, spicy. The steak was kind of tough, not flavorful at all. When this much spice is used it tells me the quality of the meat is being covered up. My husband and I have not been in there in years due to the last time there were cock roaches crawling up the wall next to us, told the staff, they blamed it on the resturant next door was being built. I have $44 left on my gift card left, after using that, this is it for us. Never going back. The cost of the meal was also higher, the vegetable was from a can. read more

Decided to go for a last minute birthday dinner for my boyfriend on New Years Eve. We were seated within 2 minutes and were given nice booth seating.
