Awful! Nothing is ever cooked right and the service is terrible. Manager tries to make it right by taking $ off which is not why I shared my experience. The customer feedback is not applied. read more

Went Saturday afternoon at 4 pm there was a 35 minute wait not enough servers we were told. T h e place was almost empty let's start with the ladies restroom No and I mean No Ac in the restroom . Drinks no happy hour and No free refills on non alcoholic drinks . The place was Hot like 80 degrees hot Who wants to eat in a Hot restaurant. Next the prices are High and the bread not fresh The food was midgrade at best we had the ribs the rice was terrible. Overall it was a expensive lesson never going back. Stay far away from this place if you want good food and a cool place to eat . read more

Was just ok. It was definitely not worth what they charge. Both my husband and I did not really care for our meals.

We had a nice dinner and ordered two desserts to takeaway, the t in m tam cake and a slice of carrot cake. The waitress must have grabbed the wrong bag and when we finally got home that night and sat down to enjoy our desserts we had two small slices of cheesecake instead. The size of the cheesecake was intended for their special. So someone got a very nice surprise when they got home with their desserts. I phoned the next day and spoke with the manager, Tracy. She went over the top to make it right. That means a lot. Thanks, Tracy. You're . read more

My alice chicken was AMAZING, and I had a phenomenal waitress. If you get Jayleen as your server, you are in for a treat. Had a great day at church, and an even better day at Outback. Amen, let's eat! read more

The food and the service is really getting top-notch. Make sure you try outback on 19.

Great lunch today along with fantastic service, shout out to Alyssa. Walk about Wednesday is something I look forward to weekly, so glad it came back around. read more

The food and service were wonderful. I really enjoyed my lunch. I'm happy that you have a quiet place to relax and enjoy ourselves. I usually avoid places with loud music. I will definitely come back to this restaurant. read more

Outback has been my favorite for years but this location is absolutely horrible! First issue is the cafeteria like atmosphere with no decorative ambience! Number 2. the air conditioning was blasting and I had to grab two sweatshirts from my car. When I asked why is it so cold the worker said it never works right and it's always freezing winter and summer! Number 3 the steak was like leather! Very disappointing that there was a lack of quality all the way around! read more

Waited over an hour for a "30 minute table," or so I was told. The host and hostess never updated anyone on the time and during this wait, I noticed this apparently was an issue for two other parties ahead of me. Bad staffing. Patrons be advised: after reading up on this particular location, they were shut down by the health inspector on various occasions. GO ELSEWHERE. read more

Jewel and Heather, the manger made our Father's Day outing a very special one. Always a blooming good meal.

My filet mignon cooked medium with a loaded potato was perfect. Alyssa our attendant was knowledgeable, professional and sweet. She made the whole experience extra special. read more

The food was very good I had the bone in rib-eye it was cooked perfectly and delicious my wife had the grilled chicken it was outstanding the manager Colleen Robertson Was very nice asked if everything was ok we had to tell her it was the best food we had and the waitress Stacy S was so so pleasant and she came to the table a lot to make sure everything was ok we go to other restaurants but buy far she is the best and nicest waitress we ever had . The food was spectacular, the staff was friendly and attentive...but the shining star was our server Susan. She was absolutely phenomenal, a complete breath of fresh air! We will definitely be back! Thank you! read more

The food was excellent, the entrees were appreciated by my family voraciously and the salient point of the enjoyment happened to be the excellent blooming onion and salads. Our server was Christy and she was a delight, and I will certainly be returning again. read more

The only thing that is good there for the price you are paying is the salad on the side. I don't know what happened over the years, but it is expensive and doesn't taste as good when I went there in the 2000s . Been back there cause maybe the chef was mad that day ‍ 3 times I went back and absolutely hated it. I am not a Karen so of course I tipped my waiter 30% and didn't complain. I swear if you complain at every restaurant the chef gets the food back and get mad so as they rush to make another order that they spit in it. Maybe let it be tossed on the floor ect. I would rather no eat then complain read more

Amazing food and even better service from "gentle Ben". Very personable and didn't rush us one bit. Would come back/recommend this outback if just for him. read more

There is alot to unpack here with our experience so lets start with the waiter that had said maybe 3 or 4 words total while serving us. 2nd issue was when we got our salads, 1 of them had a live bug in it so we all declined to eat the salads, and when we told our waiter about the bug he chuckled and didnt say anything else as he took the salads. We asked for the manager and she didnt really apologize for a BUG in our food, but then offered us another salad. We declined the salad for obvious reasons. 3rd issue was the steaks were very chewy and didnt have the consistency of a center cut serloin. Mine was edible but half of the other 2 were not. Our check came out to $99 and some change but the manager would only take $20 off even when we didnt eat most of the food, even the salads we didnt touch were $8 each so we felt like not enough was taken off for the food being terrible. 4th issue was even the salt at most tables were unusable due to moisture in the salt grinders. I would even go as far to say they may need to be tipped off to a health inspector. Overall probably the worst restaurant experience i have ever had and i usually dont take reviews seriously, but i hope others seeing this one takes this seriously and save yourself from a terrible experience. read more

My waitress tonight was excellent Annette went above & beyond I got into town late and arrived at 9pm Most wait staff would shun upon late night diners especially on a Monday night Anyway... she saw I had my service pup and she set us up Made us feel so special she even made sure she spoke with chef to make sure no seasoning went on chicken ( seeing it was for my baby) Food was really good and didn't have to wait I can't wait to go back I should have found out Annette's schedule Thx Rhea read more

A Vietnam Veteran arrived ahead of me with his service dog. He brought the dog's water bowl and asked for water. He was told they could not provide the dog with water. He told the employee that the dog was working and that he needed water. He then asked to have the water brought to him. He was told they couldn't do that. As he left, so did we. Outback doesn't honor our vets, and they don't want to have to deal with the disabled. Not only will he not be back, but neither will we. All wars are horrible, but the Vietnam Veterans were treated poorer than any other vet in this country. Shame on Outback for treating him this way AGAIN! read more

Excellent Take out Service. Food was mouth watering good (center Sirloin Steak, vegetables, and salad). Exceeded my expectations; it was that good! Bell, is so was very, very, nice ann ighly recommend to Everyone. Belle, Drive by service; Pick-Up service was extremely kind hearted and ensured the total price. First of all this was my first time at outback and hope to come more. My family and I came for an anniversary. We had this amazing guy as a waiter who was very kind. we got a blooming onion which was outstanding steaks that were perfectly cooked and the burger I got was soooo delicious even though they left the tomato on it. After that meal we weren't even a little ravenous enough to get dessert. Overall I wish I could give this location 1000 stars because of how good this ways. Make sure to try outback and you will thank me later read more

A couple weeks ago I picked a To go order. I use a cane and Michaela was very helpful, kind and caring!!

We ate there yesterday and it was slop! Don't go! The bread was hard as a rock and the same with the next loaf! Old! The shrimp on the Barbie was good, no sauce! The chicken and ribs had hard edges and tasted as if cooked the week prior! The salmon was ok, not much flavor! The chicken rib meal no choice of veggie just a soup and salmon had baked potato! This all for $56! Went to a Mexican food in the same town, Aztecs, and good was amazing and spent $26. Where do you think we will eat in the future, not Outback! Oh manager spoke to us about the bread and wanted to give us fresh bread to take home! Seriously? Why not have fresh bread for dining in? Server was ok! They were not busy and I can see why! McDonalds would have been a better choice! A lot of money for slop! read more

On 03/14/18 at approximately 8:45 pm (10 pm is closing) my wife and I chose the Outback Steakhouse in Spring Hill for a change of scenery of the typical Trinity Outback we typically attend. Our server, whose name I do not remember, took about 8-10 minutes to request our drink orders while we perused the menu. This is a tad longer than the average service at similar style restaurants. I ordered fried mushrooms to start with a soda, and my wife ordered a water. After about 10 minutes our mushrooms were served. They were served with a side of ranch sauce, although I requested the sauce that typically comes with the blooming onion. The fried mushrooms are the only reason this is receiving a two-star instead of a one-star review. They were AMAZING. They were even excellent in the microwave at home the following day. While enjoying our appetizer, my soda depleted. Due to my server having spent about 10 minutes to service our table to start, I decided to see how long she would take to bring me a replacement drink. It was 9 minutes!!! That's unbelievable. When she returned to take our orders was when she replaced our drinks, 9 minutes as mentioned above. I ordered a 9oz center-cut sirloin (medium) with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My wife ordered a 6oz Victoria filet mignon (medium-well) with mashed potatoes and the side salad. Our steaks came at an appropriate time as we were eating our bread and mushrooms (and she was eating her salad). I cut into my steak and it was clearly a blue rare steak, which may have had only a few minutes on the grill. My wife's steak was over-cooked and very dry. Her mashed potatoes were dry and legitimately crusty, as were mine. They replaced her mashed potatoes with a baked potato. My steak was sent back and returned within five minutes. It was clearly seared and pressed into the grill and came back dry and well-done. I did not complain, but when I was asked by my server, I expressed my displeasure with the steak, and a replacement was not offered. They also replaced the mashed potatoes, which were delicious the second time around. I consumed approximately half of my steak as did my wife. I expected my steak to be discounted or some sort of compensation due to my overall poor experience, but I was not offered anything but an apology for the steak. I have loved Outback and 9/10 have had a grand experience, but this Outback needs some serious revamping as I will choose other Steakhouses from now on. Service 1/5 Taste 2/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Friendliness 5/5 Quality 2/5 Overall 2/5 read more

Had some delicious prime rib here, along with the sides. Food was great. Service was great.

Spent $80 on two butchered fillet mignons mine was bloody and only cooked on one side lobster was over cooked and rubbery, my girlfriends cooked the same but tougher than jerky the server was great and the beer was greet as was the bread but for $80 i feel I should of gotten more than a good beer, bread, and good waitstaff Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't I of gotten a steak cooked correctly my as well as good cuts of meat from a "steakhouse". Will never go back to this incompetent restaurant. read more

This was the first time we have been to this particular Outback. Nothing different. They just aren't as good as they used to be. Service was great. But the food was just okay. My prime rib was raw and cold. The baked potato was old and also oils. If you want average then this is the place for you by the way not cheap either. read more

If i could give no , or even negative "stars" i would. We showed up BEFORE the lunch special was over and they waited until after 4:00 pm to come take our order. The waitress said the computer locked out the lunch pricing at 4:00. Ok fine. She goes into the entrance of the kitchen and starts arguing with the assistant manager. This guy is a ruining this Outback Franchise. So we order and wait and wait and wait and 45 minutes later the waitress says they burned my steak and so she told them it would be a little longer. We got up and left. They wasted an hour of our day and just did not give any f's. IHOP and Dennys have WAY better service and those establishments are lower rung restaurants. The District/Regional Manager needs to fire the management of this location. Open an IHOP or a Waffle House instead! read more

My husband took me here for my birthday dinner tonight. He ordered the prime rib with sweet potato and broccoli cheese soup for his sides. I ordered Alice Springs chicken with salad and a sweet potato. Everything was just so delicious!! Prepared to order. Restaurant was very clean and neat. Watched busboys wiping down tabletops and seats/booths thoroughly. Our server, Susan was very attentive, helpful and friendly. She was just super! Managers stopped by our table twice to chat and insure we were happy. Absolutely amazing! Gave me a complimentary birthday sundae. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely dine there again in future. read more

I just did a door dash there. They had plenty of time. Wasn't ready. I went in and still not ready. I was ok until one of the girls working gave me a attitude. I know they were busy. It's a weekend. Slow service at bar. Took forever just to order food. Ordered the 11 oz. Sirloin medium. It was the driest steak I ever ate. Manager offered to cook another one. My husband and I ordered takeout tonight from outback. I did the ordering online with no problem. Got an instant reply letting me know they received the order and gave me a delivery time of approximately 50-60 minutes. A short time later I got a text letting me know it was on the way. So from start to delivery it was about 30 minutes. The food was great, no disappointments. The delivery person was very nice. read more

Terrible experience, terrible attitude. About 15 people dining in the restaurant and hostess insisted we sit at the smallest booth I've ever seen in my life. She would not let us sit at a larger table or Booth so we decided to leave. Will NOT go back! read more

My wife and I love the outback, close to where we used to live, so when we found this one, close to our new address, we were excited. However, our excitement faded quickly. Upon arrival, waitstaff was rude, and acted like seating my family was an inconvenience for them. Then, tings went bad to worse. We ordered the blooming onion, it was burned and tasted like a plate of grease. My wife ordered a well done steak, it came out nearly raw, and the restaurant as a whole was very unclean. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. We will not go back to this location, as it was a huge turn off. read more
