Have been to Marker many times. They have a great vibe. All nights are a bit different Keroyke, music bingo, trivia, bands exc. For food they have food trucks or you can bring in. My favorite part is they now have a distillery with seasonal drinks.

So cool. This place is fun and their seltzer is delicious. I highly recommend. They have drinks for every palette and a food truck.

This place is so cute! The seating area is fantastic and the environment is so welcoming (and even pet friendly!). Stopped by on a lark and so happy we did. We each did a flight. I loved the Raspberry Lemonade Cider situation. Looking forward to our next visit!

nice drink options- it's a distillery and brewery. a lot of varied activities. They don't have there own food but there are several food trucks. We played music bingo- no charge and a lot of fun!

Marker 48 Brewing in Spring Hill is one of those places where there's always something cool to look at. The high ceilings and unique art everywhere give it a fun, laid-back vibe, and the glass panels under some of the seating that let you peek into the basement? Definitely a unique conversation starter. The space is huge, with garage doors opening up to a massive outdoor area that's well-covered for both sun and rain--great for kicking back with a drink no matter the weather. It's dog-friendly, which is always a plus, and the stage out back makes it a solid spot for live music.

great little brewery close to wiki wachee. bring food or grab something from the food trucks. the bluelicious seltzer was very unique. almost threw of Powerade vibes. the milk stout was my go to. a nice smooth lactose taste. grabbed both of these to go so we could enjoy our Airbnb.

They sell cocktails! But beer is pretty good too. Today they're having a burger cook-off so place is packed. Service is still quick with very little wait time. It is noisy but for crowd size it should be expected. There are live bands today. For $40 you can sit in VIP, for $20 you can try unlimited burgers. $12 cocktails (for a spicy mango margaritas anyway) and $5 beers. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Super cute place! I haven't been at night yet but they were busy when we went and pet friendly! Will definitely be back there soon

Market days! Once a month they have their market days with lots of local vendors and food trucks. There's always entertainment too and great beers! The addition of Stillwater spirits is great for the non beer drinkers

Easy to find and in a good location close to other stores and restaurants. Very open environment, with long, family style tables. Good selection of beers, with one or two beers per style. Their website doesn't load for some reason, so I included a picture of their current menu.

    Front area with local music!

Tidal might have my favorite beers of any of them. I've become one of those IPA people over the years, and they're great with those, from West Coast to Hazy--but they're also solid with other styles, and seem to be particularly good with British styles, from ESBs to "mild" ales. The service there's always been fast and friendly, and I like the place's atmosphere in general: it's rarely too loud but it's still lively, making it good for both sitting down with a beer to do some writing and for chatting up people on the admittedly rare times I'm being chatty. While there's little food within walking distance--a problem with virtually any Florida suburb--there's a lot within short driving distance, and a taco truck recently set up semi-permanently in the parking lot. (I haven't had a chance to try them yet.)

Brewery #394 On our…read moreway back home from Tampa, I took an off the route a tad bit to stop at Tidal Brewing. Tidal Brewing isn't much on atmosphere, but they make up for it with a solid bunch of beers. Tidal is located in an old, somewhat rundown strip mall that is next to an abandoned gas station. Some of the parking places were the actual gas pumps or former gas pumps. The inside is fine with an assortment of board games, tables, booths and a bar. The beer is really good. I asked for a flight, but they don't have flight boards. You can get as many 5 oz pours as you want in pint glasses. The only issue here is carrying 6-pint glasses to your booth. No biggie. I was a big fan of their Horchata Porter, Turbid Waters (hazy IPA) and the Dunkelweissen. Pretty tasty. There is no food onsite but there was a Marco's pizza in the strip mall, some shady looking food truck around the corner, and a Latin restaurant next door. If I was just judging on the beer, 4 stars. The server was nice and if I was a local, I'd be a regular.

However, it is nice that this is conveniently located just off of US 19. That said, this is a great, quick bar type atmosphere with good food. They have a onion appetizer that is similar to the blooming onion at Steakhouse's. It is fabulous. They also have drink specials like a rocket pop during specific holidays and are quite tasty. Conveniently located behind steak 'n Shake in the Publix plaza. Indoor seating is air-conditioned and they have booths, which are nice when you're with family wanting conversation. Outdoor area is shaded and has a TV in a breeze (wish they'd clean up the trash in the retention pond because it takes away from this experience). Still, the food, selection, quality, and drinks special shells have brought us back on occasion.

Kaylynn, our server, was knowledgeable and friendly. We had our 2 yr old grandson with us, and he was treated with kindness and respect. I can't say enough about the food. Intriguing, delicious, perfectly prepared and served. I had the lobster and filets, and my husband enjoyed the ribeye. Our adult kids had filets, and we shared the burrata and heirloom tomatoes. All the sides were more than ample, and we were already discussing how we would order next time. I brought home a sherry salmon dinner for my aunt, and she said it was the most delicious salmon she'd had, and she's from Washington. The ambiance, the attention to detail (the coffee in its own French press), and the quality and presentation of the food makes Prime 88 a true gem in our little corner of the Nature Coast. Well worth a visit for special occasions or any time you want a great meal. Side note - it was my son's birthday, and he was given a choice of 3 complimentary desserts. I was expecting a bowl of ice cream with a candle in it, but it was delicious cheesecake with a swirl of whipped cream and a raspberry. Absolutely a wonderful night.
