Great place for a brew haha!
    George R.

We ventured all day at the Webster Swamp a Roma, we were pretty worn out and looking for beer and food. Noticed Dade City was not to far away, so we said what the heck right, let's go. Glad we did! What a great brewery, o can say that, since been to probably about 200 in the past year. Amazing selection of the finest beers on tap. Food you say, "Uncle Fatty's" is attached with some excellent pub food. So if you're exhausted from popping tags all day, and need to quench your thirst, slam down a burger, this is the place for you. If not too bad, but you are still welcome to stop say hi to the staff, tell them George sent you, which means nothing except they will wonder who this George guy is that recommended you stop in.

My sister and I stopped in for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. I tried the hazy IPA--super well-balanced and honestly one of the better ones I've had. The atmosphere was great, and we both really enjoyed the vibe. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

If you're in the area, looking for a place to eat & drink some beer, might want to add this to the top of your list! The beers are delicious, they even have ciders and some wines sometimes. The food is also good! I've always enjoyed the bartenders there; very kind & helpful. The music is upbeat. It's definitely a laid back atmosphere. Oh and best part: dog friendly!

Went here on a recent trip to Dade City. It was a Friday night and the place was packed. They had a band playing and everyone was having a great time. I tried two beers and enjoyed them both. The staff were attentive and friendly. I will absolutely come back next time we are in town.

Open air brewery with 15 beers on tap. They also have Coke Zero and non alcoholic options. Food is ordered from a window and brought out. Good variety of items and it was good, but a little pricy. They gave indoor and outdoor seating - both in the street and behind the brewery. Fun place to hang out

Great beers on tap and canned . Friendly service and nice open atmosphere. Ordering good food is very convenient with Uncle Fatty's right next door with a window to order at right inside the brewery. They offer good specials all the time to . Dog friendly and family friendly as well . They also have ciders and wines for non beer drinkers. Highly recommend.

Best place to hang out in Dade City. They have 19 beers on tap that rotate. I really liked the Green Hare. Great atmosphere. It's clean, modern and trendy. They have plenty of indoor and outside seating options. We came in the afternoon and there were quite a few people here. There's a food window that connects to Koncept- so you can order food. They text you when your foods ready. Will definitely come back!

Came here to hang out, grab a drink, and eat. Unfortunately, we came on a Sunday a little after 4 and the kitchen closes at 4. You can Uber food there though if you want. Seating inside and outside. Tons of drink options.

Went here on a whim because I was in Dade city for something else. So glad I did. It was a Monday night and they were having trivia. So that's a score in my book. Then you add great beer to the mix and it's a perfect night. The place is much bigger than I thought it would be, plenty of tables in the tasting room, a nice bar and outdoor patio area. They don't have food but allow you to bring in food from local establishments. I had their Hazy ipa Forever Unclean. It was very tasty, true to the hazy ipa style. There's table service available or you can order at the bar. Will definitely return here when I have some more time to try some of the other beers.

This is a true brew House. Half of the establishment is filled with huge vats where they brew their own beer. The atmosphere is casual, the people are friendly, and the beer is delicious. What more can you expect from a brewhouse? They even have a patio for kids to play while their parents keep an eye on them through the extra large window. This was my first visit to Dade City and it seems to me that the brew house is THE place for the locals to go to on a Saturday night.

We used to be greeted when we walked in, this time the bartender just stood around. Didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. So we then awkwardly made our way to a table thinking maybe she'll walk over. After watching her walk outside and smoke her vape multiple times (using two vapes at once) - I went up to the bar to get our orders. I made my order and made to deliveries of my order to our table myself. Figured, okay, maybe she doesn't do tables at all. Turns out, she was down to help her friends drinking outside tho. Seemed very uninviting. Lastly, I noticed this place finally had in house food. So we scanned the menu and ordered. There was only one person at the bar and one other table at the brewery. We figured, since it said "Table Number 5" they bring out the food order (like Dade City Brewing). Nope, the guy just yelled across the brewery for me to come over. Which, whatever that's fine. However, I ordered a pizza from the place in the brewery. It was the most unappealing and disgusting pizza I've ever had in my life. It was clearly a low-end store bought frozen pizza that was burnt and hard as a rock. Tasted absolutely disgusting and wasn't even cooked evenly. This was worse than gas station pizza. We only ate one slice and threw the pizza away. Absolutely nasty and such a waste of money. Again, we definitely won't be back. From service, or general professionalism from the bartender to completely awful pizza - the overall experience was 0 out of 10. Sad to see since the brewery used to be great.

I tried several of their in-house beers, and every single one was outstanding. Bold flavors, perfectly balanced, and clearly crafted with passion--whether you're into crisp lagers, hoppy IPAs, refreshing hefeweizens, or something seasonal and creative, they've got you covered. The limited editions and specials are especially fun to explore. What really made the visit shine was the friendly and incredibly helpful staff. They knew their beers inside and out, offered great recommendations based on what I like, and were happy to let me sample a few options without any pressure.
