He made a reservation in advance and we originally thought it was for a tasting and set menu but when we arrived we were sat at a dining table and given menus. The place was packed so you can tell it was a popular place. Staff was welcoming and attentive. The owner even came over to greet us. You can order wine by the glass or you can pay for a tasting of all that they offer. I opted for this because I really didn't know which I liked yet and wanted to sample them all. The staff is friendly! But the wine tasting isn't necessarily worth it. They gave us these teeny tiny sampler cups which is not what I was expecting at all for wine tasting. I know $8 isn't a lot of money but I was expecting more than a droplet to taste. I also wish they had more apps on their menu. A cheese board would have been great with wine. With 2 wine tastings and 2 glasses of wine without food my bill was about $40 read more

Had some last minute plans to check out Masaryk Winery this weekend for u-pick strawberries. They had an event planned but unfortunately it was cancelled due to rain, lucky for us the winery and picking remained open. We started at quaint little restaurant on site, they have a limited menu but a good array of options. I opted for breakfast, a friend and i ordered two different meals so we could get a little bit of everything. The waitress was nice and helpful. I wasn't a fan of the coffee at all but most of the food was pretty good (just took a while). The others ordered a BLT with soup and their meals looked great too. We were also able to do a sampling of all their wines, they offer 2 for free or all 12 for $8. All of their wines are fruity, mostly sweet with a few drier options. I'm picky with wine but they had a couple I enjoyed, though none that I could drink a whole glass of personally. There was one wine that caught us all off guard with how bad it was (I think it was called Tangerine Dream). I'm sure some people enjoy it but whoa that was a wild one! Compared to other wine tastings I've done, this one has very small sample sizes - literally a small sip - compared to others; however, it is very affordable at only $8. Again, we picked a wet and rainy day (and weekend) to go picking strawberries so the field was extremely wet and muddy but we had a blast and lots of laughs as we sunk in the mud and wobbled down the isles trying to avoid sinking in and losing a shoe. Found a good bunch of berries to pick and they were very tasty. Strawberries were $5/lb and you are provided a bag and bucket to go picking. They also had a produce stand with lots of fruit and veggie options. read more

Not a fan of Florida sweet wines but this place was great. Large selection of fruit wines. We ended up drinking a bottle of the oak aged blubbery at room temp... It was great. Quaint winery with nice views and pick your own fruit and veggies the wines were mostly fruit wines but very delicious and tasty. The bar tender that served us was very knowledgeable on the wines and also the fruits they sell and which of their fruits was in each wine. They use muscadine grapes mostly so their wines are pretty sweet, our faves were the peach and the sweet blueberry. Inside was a little dated, the inner designer in me had so many ideas. They also serve breakfast, desserts, and meat and cheese platters. Plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend visiting this winery. read more

We dropped in here on a Sunday afternoon, it was unexpectedly great! First impression: what a great little cafe and location! We did a wine tasting session at the bar, sampled 6 or 7 wines ( cost $5, yep, what a bargain!) and chose a couple we really liked. We also had a nice selection of cheese, crackers and meat to munch along with the sampling. Perfect! The bartender was exceptional. Was happy to answer any questions, offered suggestions and didn't rush us at all. The owner popped out with a tray of what looked like delicious food ( she also runs the kitchen) and chatted for a moment, very nice. All in all, a very relaxing and laid back hour or so, very enjoyable. We plan on going back for their brunch, the menu looks really good. read more

This little farm/winery place is a local gem, and not far out of the way. They just started serving food. I had the "small breakfast" for $7 which consisted of two amazing farm fresh eggs, potatoes, sausage links and buttered toast. I'm so glad I didn't order the larger meal because I'm stuffed. I believe there's pick your own blueberries and other fresh farm retail sales. The atmosphere is comfortable inside. There's a large bar area and sit down dining as well. They also serve their wines as tastings or by the glass or bottle for very reasonable prices. The wines are fruit wines and very sweet, but the dry blueberry wine is good. If you're into Beaujolais nouveau you might like it. It's tangy and has a decent texture. Overall I highly recommend supporting this lovely local small business. read more

Was the in the area enjoying a day of picking fruit at local U-pick farms & stumbled on this family farm. The winery is fairly small but has enough space for several group to be in the building while maintaining 6 feet distancing. The wines offered are made from fruit and perfect for summer days. Our server Rayetta was friendly & shared stories about her life and the wines available for tasting. My favorites from the tasting: Black and Blue - made with Blueberries and Blackberries Wild Honeyflower - sweet and light Sunset Sangria - a white sangria Peach on the Beach - refreshing and fruity I purchased five bottles of wine. This was our first time to visit this winery and I have to say we were very impressed. They have a very nice tasting room. Air-conditioned and cool on a hot day. They have a large bar with stools. The top is hand made of beautiful local wood. They give you a free tasting of their 6 most popular wines that are available. It is a very generous pour and when you finish you can purchase a bottle or bottles of your favorite at $13 which includes tax. We bought a Strawberry and a Blackberry. You can also buy your tasting glass for $3 and then each time you return you get unlimited glasses of wine for $3. Very good quality wine made from home grown fruits. The vintner is Dan Ebbecke who is very personable. They also have a pick your own, depending on the season at a very reasonable price. I am so glad I stopped to try their delicious wines at Art in the Park. My husband & I decided to drive out to the winery, where we met the wonderful Rae! When we arrived she poured us some pretzels, and led us in a tasting of all of their wines, while sharing details about each. We bought some cheese and meat to snack on while we chatted with her, then a few bottles of our favorites for the house. Rae is such a kind and warm person, that we truly enjoy her company.
