There is a fabulous barmaid who helps where needed. As for the watery, under seasoned Shepard's Pie, I just last night had a talk with "Bubba" about his recipe because it is too spicy for me! It's his mother's recipe! My friend from Scotland loves it! Now I've never had his hamburgers but a friend I dined with recently said it was one of the best burgers she's had in a while! There is often live music. The atmosphere is always lively. I was in last night and had a lovely conversation about various beers. Please try this locally owned restaurant.

Also the food selection we have is constantly changing because we got into the food industry because we enjoy food, not just making the same old stuff... we like "playing with our food" so much that we're always coming up with new ways to serve something new while still making sure it's the same top quality we ourselves would prefer to have as an option when we visit any other establishment. The Black & Blue burger has real blue cheese crumbles.... where can you get that with a cold draft beer in Brooksville? From time to time, Kevin even runs specials with locally grown natural pork and beef from small Hernando county farms. He's a real community kind of guy like that. You never know if you're going to be part of a benefit to raise money for kayaks for a Church, or a live concert with professional musicians, or maybe a bike run. But, there's always something going on at the Way Station! It's one of the last outposts of the traditional neighborhood spot.

I asked her if I could sample a wing sauce and she said of course. It was Wing Wednesday so for 99 cent wings, I chose Sweet BBQ and Bourbon Glaze. I asked for both wings to be very wet and they came through for that on me. I also had a big cup of ranch to dunk them in. My sweet tea was refreshingly sweet! I used the Beef O Brady's app and earned points as well as used my reward for accumulating points. I will be back to this location in the future while I'm in Brooksville.
