It's his mother's recipe! My friend from Scotland loves it! Now I've never had his hamburgers but a friend I dined with recently said it was one of the best burgers she's had in a while! Also the food selection we have is constantly changing because we got into the food industry because we enjoy food, not just making the same old stuff... we like "playing with our food" so much that we're always coming up with new ways to serve something new while still making sure it's the same top quality we ourselves would prefer to have as an option when we visit any other establishment. From time to time, Kevin even runs specials with locally grown natural pork and beef from small Hernando county farms. He's a real community kind of guy like that. You never know if you're going to be part of a benefit to raise money for kayaks for a Church, or a live concert with professional musicians, or maybe a bike run.
