This was my first time visiting this Beef 'O' Brady's location. Everything I love about Beef 'O' Brady's, I found here. The wall to wall TVs were on sports so I could watch football on New Year's Eve. The bartender was friendly and provided excellent service. I asked her if I could sample a wing sauce and she said of course. It was Wing Wednesday so for 99 cent wings, I chose Sweet BBQ and Bourbon Glaze. I asked for both wings to be very wet and they came through for that on me. I also had a big cup of ranch to dunk them in. My sweet tea was refreshingly sweet! I used the Beef O Brady's app and earned points as well as used my reward for accumulating points. I will be back to this location in the future while I'm in Brooksville. read more

Stopping in for a quick lunch and we were very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere as soon as we walked in. We were warmly greeted by the waitresses and found an empty booth to sit at. It seemed that as soon as we sat down our waitress came with menus and requested our drink orders, and that made it easy to choose our lunches. We both liked the new $10 menu, and I chose the cod and shrimp combo, hubby chose the boneless wings and shrimp combo. Both dishes come with fries, and you can order straight or curly ones. Both lunches were brought out very very quickly, so the kitchen staff must be on top of things. Both of us enjoyed our lunch - and hubby received a refill on his lemonade without even asking for it - cudos to the waitress! We've been to several Beef locations and this is the best one, and we're returning to it sometime in the near future. read more

I had not been to a Beef O'Brady's in I don't know how long. But I called and I knew they had corned beef and cabbage at a reasonable price and they didn't let me down. It was really good. I must admit my last review did not cast a good light on this Beef's. We were fairly regular customers. There were service and product issues. We felt we'd addressed those issues to deaf ears. We ultimately chose to go elsewhere. Until very recently. A few weeks ago I attended a car show at this location. I had a great time! I met up with several friends showing their cars. A nice crowd, a lot of smokin hot cars and a fantastic lunch! I kept it simple and ordered wings. They were delicious. Perfectly sized and prepared. A buddy ordered the Chef Salad, at my recommendation. He raved about it. Tonight, Fab One & I wanted a different foodie experience. Without having to drive an hour to get it. The Horse Lake Beef's galloped into our conversation and we mutually agreed to ride it out. K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid. That's what we did. Two orders of wings, please. Once again. Delicious. The Beef O'Brady at Barclay and Spring Hill drive was not great. Portions were small. Chopped angus steak was a small burger patty like a burger from McDonald's sides mash potatoes and corn. Cold when received and portions were tiny. Won't be back. Giving your place the black flag. read more

Hey, me and my buddy stop here. This is the fourth time. The food is very consistent. Excellent hamburgers. The cheeseburger wrap was excellent and they're curly fries are excellent. Over $7 for two soda waters when most restaurants don't charge for them is ridiculous and taking advantage of customers. Well, the only taste - for all the added lettuce, tomato, picklet, etc. was STALE Meat was awful, gristly, stale tasting, McD is better, and that's saying a lot. I went to beef o Brady on Sunday and was not expecting much from the food but was really impressed or from the bar. The shrimp quesadilla I had was top notch and the server I had was amazing. The server I had Sarah was super helpful because I was very indecisive with the menu and I asked her what she thought of the quesadilla. She recommended the shrimp quesadilla. She was also very attentive and the service was very quick. I was there to watch the Yankees came and she came by in a timely fashion to check and see if I needed or wanted anything else. The bar did close early but it was well after the Sunday night baseball game. We have eaten here for many years and it's been good to very good until yesterday. The service was good and the Restaurant was almost empty. It took a while for our orders to come out and most of it was cold and over cooked. It took about five more minutes for our wings to come out. The wings were the only thing that was cooked correctly. Our server said they had new cooks and were having trouble. It had been several months since our last visit and things have changed. My second time at this location and probably my last. Ordered the wing basket on both occasions and both times they had no flavor at all. Even my 8 year old granddaughter said they had no flavor. The sauce wasn't cooked into the wings but slopped on and tasted like watered down ketchup. We also ordered the steak nachos which was also tasteless and not even to eat 1/2 of it as it was drowning in Queso cheese. Sadly, Beef's isn't what it used to be read more

The workers at Beef O'Bradys in Brooksville have always been very personable. In fact, it is not so much the food we come for as it is the workers. Food is okay, but nothing to write home about. However, last week when we arrived, there was a new "lady" in town and I must say she is nothing at all like the rest of the crew. She stands around watches "EVERY" move the other workers make, almost like she is mentally recording every action. I know nothing about this person other than she will probably be the reason we stop coming in 2-3 times a week. Very displeased lately. Ordered the chicken nachos tonight. Nasty. The chips were not done. Very oily and greasy. The very unhappy. The shrimp in the meal were over cooked. We went tonight for burgers and it was a disaster! We ordered the following: burger with Swiss cheese and onion rings, burger with provolone, lettuce, tomato and Mayo with straight fries, and a burger with lettuce, tomato and Mayo with straight fries. We got the following: burger with Swiss cheese, lettuce, ONIONS and onion rings, a burger with provolone, lettuce, tomato and Mayo and COLD fries, and a burger with cheese, lettuce tomato and Mayo with COLD CURLY fries! After going back to get me the correct burger, I told her my fries were cold and were supposed to be straight not curly, and also my sister's fries were cold as well. She offered to get us fresh fries and brought back and order of hot straight fries for my sister, but still curly fries for me. By that time I was almost done with my burger so just shared my sister's fries. We've gone to this pub for years but it will be a while before we go back! read more

I personally like all of the Beef's in this area. This one stands out to me because it's somewhat roomier then the others and it's nestled in a small shopping center that tends to give it the feel of the "pub around the corner". I usually get wings or chicken tenders but the last time I was here I got The Dubliner. It's an open-faced sandwich with roast beef, onions, and cheese. It actually some with mushrooms too but seeing as how I don't like those I asked if I could go without. It was absolutely delicious! It comes highly recommended by me! We came here pretty late tonight because it was really the only place open to eat and enjoy a few beers. We were immediately sat down due to lack of business at the time. It was definitely clean up time, this was hard to ignore due to the waitress repeatedly ramming benches into the divider between our table. We started off with a pitcher of beer which was decently priced, then we ordered our appetizer which was the bacon and cheese pub chips. They were okay, kinda bland. I felt that they could have given us more sour cream for such a big basket of food. Our food came out pretty quickly which I was happy about because I was starving. I got the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and my husband got the O'brady burger. The burgers were very good. They were made very well. The fries were nice and hot but a little bland. Our waitress was Amanda, she was pretty attentive and nice. The only improvement I would make is all the gossip and loud conversations between staff. The only Beef o Brady's I have seen where one waitress puts a full draft beer in the sink and 15 minutes later a different waitress offers the beer to what appeared to be a local bar fly that came in, saying she wasnt suree what kind it was, but would he like to have it? What do you really expect when you visit an American chain? But I love that they put hot garlic wings on the menu since I go to Peabody's in tampa for their hot garlic wings, so to make my trip less tampa I would get the garlic and the hot sauce on wings.. i will say I'd like to taste the garlic a little more, maybe used ground garlic?
