Seeing how Roscoe + his sister Dixie Lee are both my furbabies I might be a bit biased but I'm Squirrel & I tend to lean towards the truth like: those health issues still showing up on our listing via Yelp are from when we first opened... well they have all been taken care of to the satisfaction of the Florida health department so they shouldn't still be showing up (at least without the 07/2023 date being made more prominent than hidden in the double click text bubble you need to find, just sayin?!). Also the food selection we have is constantly changing because we got into the food industry because we enjoy food, not just making the same old stuff... we like "playing with our food" so much that we're always coming up with new ways to serve something new while still making sure it's the same top quality we ourselves would prefer to have as an option when we visit any other establishment. We have decided to enjoy everything in life & because we want everyone else to as well we'll share the newest creation we've come up with which is why our menu is always changing so please don't hesitate to try what we have to offer or at least ask one of our people for their opinion, they won't want to disappoint you either UPDATE: as of Sept 26, 2024 due to the destruction of the hurricanes we've moved to higher ground! We went to Roscoes new location where they were forced to move because of the hurricane. It was very clean with a cute diner feel. I had french toast... it was sooooo good. Thick Texas toast crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. My boyfriend had an omelette, which was great!!! Going to make this our breakfast place! read more

Loved the outdoor setting & dog friendly. Great service. The breakfast bowl potato's were really good & crispy. The omelette was supposed to be 3 eggs but it was super/wafer thin. A ton of meat inside it though. Seemed a little expensive for breakfast compared to their lunch & dinner prices. Also note, while they advertise cocktails they used a wine base because they only have a beer and wine license. Overall it was ok. We will be back to try them for lunch or dinner with our dog. read more

I've been wanting to try this place and finally made it for lunch with my friend. It's a very cute little restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area. We chose to sit inside since we'd been boating beforehand and had our fill of heat for the day! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the reuben (one of my absolute favorite sandwiches), but I was a bit disappointed. While it had very good flavor, I didn't like the fact that the meat was more like a thinly sliced pressed lunch meat instead of yummy chunks of corned beef. It was not grilled either, but on toast. It was just kind of a turn-off for me! Also, the thousand island dressing was in a packet instead of a cup. That probably wouldn't bother a lot of people, but I would much rather dip my sandwich or put it on with a knife. I will probably be back for another try, but I'm not in a rush to do so! read more

Food - 3 Stars The Rueben was terrible! It looked like it was made with Oscar Meyer sliced lunch meat. The Fish & Chips were over cooked and the Fried Chicken cutlet was okay. Service - 4 Stars I would've given 5 stars because the waitress was great. My only complaint was how they handled the un-eaten Ruben. I was offered a free beer token for a $16 sandwich that I couldn't eat. Ambiance - 5 Stars We went there for the outdoor seating and dog friendly atmosphere. $ 88 for terrible food, good beer, and good sangria We are not local to Hudson, so we won't be back to use my $3 free beer token. read more

First visit and very disappointed in consistency of foods ordered: the tots were not uniformly fried and had no flavor. The onion rings came in 3 different sizes--.o5 to 2.0 in width. Needless to say some were way overcooked some were okay and some were undercooked--3 bears nursery rhyme. The dip was NOT a dip as I consider a dip to be. No wonder it comes with burnt garlic coated hot dog buns which you need to sop up the lemon butter. The Hudson Beach Salad was okay but had no cucumber. My only good comment is that my server deserved a 10. Just be sure you know what you will be eating!!!! I am an animal lover but do not want to share my dining space with a dog. read more

Roscoe cheeseburger was a throwback to burgers from The corner diner years ago. the most delicious beef, on a brioche bun served with cheese. I can't believe this flew under the radar since we go out often. highly recommend. read more

We love this place! We bring our dogs and the guy runs out and asked if they want eggs and bacon. We let our dogs eat the eggs and they love it. The food is so good. When we're there for breakfast, we get the veggie omelette and the way they marinade thevegetables makes it so flavorful. Great bloody Mary with a shrimp. We took a chance today and tried out Roscoe's for the first time and took our two dogs with us. The staff was very welcoming and made it amply clear that our dogs were welcome. Our waitress brought two dogs bowls of ice cold water out for our pups and after taking our order explained they offer fried eggs for the pups, free of charge. The outside area was very nice although a bit noisy next to alternate 19 as it was a heavy motorcycle day....80 degrees after a few colder days so can't say I blame them. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls, boneless wings special and brisket sandwich. The egg rolls were on point and while the boneless wings were standard restaurant supplier ordered, the wing sauce was served on the side instead of them being doused it in and was very good. The brisket sandwich was also really good. There was ample parking for vehicles as well as designated parking for golf carts which is a nice plus in a golf cart friendly community, not all of the local restaurants have this. Overall, it was a really good experience and we plan on going back for lunch another time while we are still in the area. read more

I appreciate all the effort that's gone into to making this restaurant and the staff has always been friendly... that's the three stars. It's an okay place to listen to a band and nursing a beer. Ya, have to nurse it because this is the most expensive place to drink 2nd only to the Inn on The Gulf. Please don't eat here, I've tried a half a dozen times and it's never been good. Have big banners promoting their wings, which turned out to be pre-breaded frozen wings. 60% must have died from trauma because they had broken bones. Ordered a special one day of "steak tips" that came with shrimp. Shrimp okay but warmed cooked shrimp. The real problem was when the waitress told me I had been given an extra tip??? It was actually 3 small slices of prime rim, the special the day before. They didn't even try to cut em up and make em look like tips. And it came with "house" made Mac n cheese. Which was actually frozen on the middle. Recently I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich. Had some of the best sandwich bread I've had in a while... stopped there. The chicken part of my sandwich was 1 (one) chicken tender. It was more of a Parmesan sandwich. People keep dragging us back and on a recent trip we were told how good the mozzarella sticks had been their trip before. They ordered them with us, they came out and they both remarked they weren't the same item from the week before. They need to tighten up the food game here read more
