We could see that she had picked up another big table and it looked like they were running her pretty hard. When that happened, one of the bartender stepped in and helped us out. The things that needed some improvement - the wait time for food. When we came in, they had posted and did say that it was summer and because of that times can be slower. But wow. I was not expecting to wait over an hour for most things that needed to be dropped into a fry basket. The kitchen must be super small. Instead of fries that were partially flavored, offer chips. Open up that fryer for food. Some of the food had absolutely no flavor. I think the thing that needed the most love was the potato salad. Maybe we got the last serving, but it was dry, dry, dry. We have eaten in the dining room, the lounge and the outside bar. All are very good. Get the banana foster there, and the peanut butter cup Togo!! Also the service is always superb. For a nice steakhouse, good drinks, great ambiance, this is the perfect spot. Also, it's great I don't have to drive into Tampa to find all this.
