Can't vouch for the food, we were never seated. Checked in with the hostess, gave him our name and number, additional parties came in and checked in, one larger, one smaller, meanwhile we continued to sit and wait while those parties were given tables. Additionally, the trash can out front of the door was literally piled up and overflowing, that should have been our first red flag, it wasn't busy there were multiple open tables and the parking lot was only half full

The climate inside was just right and our server greeted us fairly quickly. We ordered the Crafted Burger with cheese and fries. ($13), This isn't your Momma's Meatloaf ($18) and Fish & Chips ($18). The fish and chips were really tasty, crisp and not greasy. The Meatloaf is a huge serving with fried Inions on top, mashed potatoes and carrots. It is plated beautifully and very very tasty. Out of everything, the Meatloaf was our favorite entree. We really enjoy the look and feel of the restaurant and hope they decide to expand into the greater Orlando area. CJ was our server and he was charming and as attentive as we wanted/needed.

Love the Florida Cracker Kitchen. A must visit when I am in Brooksville…read more Best breakfast place in Florida in my humble opinion. I got lucky last week and ordered the corn beef hash. Their locally made spirits are fantastic, and the cocktail menu is seriously impressive. The Astoria Bourbon cocktails are excellent, with everything from a classic Old Fashioned to some really creative options. The Ascend Vodka drinks are just as good, and the Jenkins Creek Gin cocktails are fresh, flavorful, and incredibly well crafted. You can tell they put real thought into the ingredients, presentation, and balance of every drink. We tried The Springs, and it was as fun as it was delicious. The presentation with the little duck was perfect! If you come to Marker 48 for the beer, absolutely take a look at the cocktail menu too. Having locally made bourbon, vodka, gin, and rum turned into cocktails this good makes this place something special. Definitely one of Brooksville's gems.
