This new location is huge. First time visiting since it was renovated from previous tenants. Spacious and modern atmosphere. Great for large groups seeking that classic breakfast or "gotta have it" meals. The food was good, classic diner with breakfast lunch and dinner options. The large booths can hold 8 people comfortably. Regular booths and tables throughout. Service was awesome and attentive when we needed refills or extras. Tables were cleaned and ready for the next guest in the blink of an eye. Parking may be a little packed during popular hours. Same great menu with little upgrades along the way. read more

I came here because they were advertising a special for different breakfast items for seven dollars. It's pretty good deal. I got the ham and cheese omelette. It was really good except the portion size was a little bit small. The biggest issue for me with this restaurant is quite a bit of waiting to be seated in quite a bit of waiting for your food. They seem to be understaffed. If I come back, I might just order to go in advance or try to pick a different time than Friday afternoon. read more

The food is horrible. The eggs Benedict smelled like they were bad. No flavor for the sauce, and spices were used, the first coffee was actually tea they said its a new batch and we had to send it back. The coffee pots are all old. The chicken was low quality frozen ones you get from Costco. I came to this Ihop last year it was not as bad as this time. I don't know if they have different people working in the kitchen. I wasn't happy when we got here the phone . Was ringing and the lady walked away and didn't say I'll be back. When she finally came back after 5 mins from being on the phone by the kitchen . She came back and sat us. Then our waiter came and sat us and she took our order. And I ordered the strawberry & banana combo with 2 pancakes I thought it came with two. She brought our coffee. Then she brought our food. And she didn't come back and ask if everything is okay my pancakes were dry. I didn't have butter. But she did bring napkins. We sat in the last booth by the back door. You should only eat here if you have nothing else planned for the day and dont mind being ignored. Placed an order for pick up and had a pick up time of 12:04. I arrived and asked the hostess if it was ready and she asked me to wait another 10-15 minutes, after 15 minutes i asked again only to be given attitude and be completely ignored after checking the kitchen. I asked another hostess after another 10 minutes to get the update my food was barely being packed up. After 35 minutes i still didnt have my food and i really wouldnt have made a not of it if i hadnt been given such rude treatment but the staff. My husband and I were looking for a late dinner and stopped in to iHop. Our server, Blanca, was the sweetest and most attentive server I've ever had here. She greeted us with a big smile that never dropped the entire time we were eating. She made sure our waters were filled up, that we had all the sauces we needed, and that the quality of our food was good. I also heard her check with her coworkers about the music in the lobby to make sure it was working and that it wasn't too loud! She was just so kind and considerate. My kids took me for my birthday to IHOP all you can eat pancakes. The waitress Natalie took our order gave us our food. We had to wait for refills and more pancakes. Never got either. Our waitress handed us a bill then told us to pay because she had to go to break. We never got refills on drinks or pancakes. We tried to talk to the manager but she ignored the problem took less than$5 off our bill and said sign here. She didn't understand it wasn't the bill that was the problem but the customer service. I gave it a one star because the girl at the front desk her name was Alyssa was very attentive. The rest of the staff was horrible. The first girl that came to our table was not wearing a name tag to I don't know her name she brought us our drinks was super rude she acted like she did not want to deal with anybody she brought us coffee and did not bring the creamer till the coffee was cold. I call the store number to tell them that I had arrived for my order and they tell me that my order is still being worked on. I probably would've been better off with breakfast. But I tried a BLT asking to substitute avocado for bacon the sandwich was just ok. The problem was the toast wasn't really toast just slightly warmed bread no color at all. Also fries were undercooked and the lettuce had a bitter taste to it The positives are the place is brand new and has a good feeling to it. The wait staff also did a good job I'll definitely try breakfast next time and hope its ----------------- I tried their pancakes and they were not good. The IHOP....more like the INOT as in I'm not going to IHOP until we can dine in again. Ever since dine in was cancelled ihop quality and taste has plummeted and is the biggest waste of money and time. The cooks and management don't care anymore now that we can't complain in person on the food I used to speak highly of ihop over trendy brunch spots but now , food is never seasoned, eggs don't come out like you want them and the iconic pancakes are DRY. Went to IHOP today first thing this morning around 8 o'clock there must've only been one or two other tables in the restaurant they weren't busy it shouldn't have been so difficult going with my son for breakfast we asked for a highchair and a table for two she takes us to the first table which is filthy Syrups on the table trash white gunk on their dried up like it hasn't been washed in more than a day just completely nasty the highchair she gives me either has syrup or is wet wet trash and she literally hand it to me to put my 10 month old in like that and looks at me dumbfounded when I ask her for a rag to wipe it down she literally question do I want it wiped down yes I'm not putting my son in a nasty dirty high chair I am not gonna put my son in a dirty nasty highchair the hostess questions the fact that I want her to wipe the table down she just keeps asking me would I rather get moved to another table just wipe the table down and we're fine she must've asked me to move tables like three times instead of just taking a second to wipe the table down which would've been faster and less irritating but no she has to keep pushing to just move us to another table so it can be dirty to what was so hard of taking two seconds to wipe a table down she really didn't wanna work that much or what. I was so excited that this IHOP was opening near us so we didn't have to drive to the one by the mall but I rather drive to the mall because I know service is better the food is always cook correctly my son's mac & cheese is never burnt every time I go to this one which is less than three minutes away from where we live I have to send it back because it's always burnt always comes out hard. Had a wonderful, quiet, relaxing dinner at IHOP tonight. Not one TV blaring in the place, no screaming children, just a very personable & attentive waiter named Dominic. He welcomed us, engaged in a little light conversation, and seemed genuinely glad we were there as the restaurant wasn't crowded. We were a party of 3 adults, who ordered different items (burger & fries, no salt), chicken fried steak & eggs, and an order of All You Can Eat pancakes for $5.99. Great deal indeed. Food was fresh & steaming, and came right out of the kitchen just moments after being cooked. Portions were plentiful, so much so, that we had leftovers for tomorrow. First I ordered the "Fishersman's Platter" which is supposed to include fish & chips, shrimp & garlic bread. When I ordered this the waitress said "oh chicken and fries okay" i thought no does she not know whats included in menu items lol So when she came back she brought me pancakes & fish and chips. I looked at her & said "oh i didnt order this." she said "the pancakes are on the house" Thats nice and I was appreciative and they were yummy pancakes lol But still the order was wrong. There was NO shrimp.They were out of tartar sauce for the fish & chips. And the fish was kind of soggy. Felt like it could've been cooked longer. When i informed her the shrimp was missing. She went back & i guess asked the chef or something. She then came back and said "you were right. The shrimp is coming right up". Also forgot my garlic bread as well. At this point I didn't even say anything about it the garlic bread missing too. I thought oh well. So then i get the shrimp & it just tasted so overseasoned. I've had shrimp before at Ihop at other locations and they never tasted as overseasoned as this one did. Lastly I asked for a bag to put my to go carton in. She never brought it a bag back. Pretty disappointed with this location. I woke up earlier than usual and a breakfast full of carbs and fat sounded amazing before going back to bed. We loaded up the car with the kids and drove up the street. The location is amazing but that's about it. Let me start by saying that the 2 star review is for the waitress. Although she was slow and forgot things she was trying, and when we pointed this out she didn't catch an attitude. We arrived and were seated quickly, but it took 10 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order. By that time we knew what we wanted to eat and drink. Our drinks took another 10-15 min to come out and it was literally juice and a shake. People seated after us and people who ordered after us received their drinks from other servers faster than us. The waitress apologized and acknowledged that it took too long, which was very much appreciated. Another 10 minutes went by and our food came out. Everything was correct, but I was a little disappointed that I couldn't substitute meat for fruit and I was willing to pay because every other Ihop allows this, and believe me we've been to MANY! Every one was eating their food and I asked for water. It came out and there was dirt in one of the ice cubes, I should've taken a picture but at that point I was over the entire experience. There was a screaming baby and a ghetto family off to the side charging their phones and blasting rap loud enough to hear on the other side of the restaurant. Every one was clearly irritated but management did nothing about it. My husband had been waiting a good 15 minutes from the time his food was served to finally get his toast, which by the way, he only received because when the waitress asked if everything was ok I told her no my pancakes are raw in the middle and my husband is finished with his food and still has no toast. If it was busy then I'd understand but there was literally 10 families in there and at least 5 servers. All in all I would never come back. I don't want to deal with early morning ratchetness on a Sunday when I'm tired, raw pancakes and only giving $2 off instead of refunding everything as an I'm sorry your service and food sucked, no toast for my husband, and more than hour inside this place with only 15 minutes time of actual eating. Went to this place for breakfast at 9am on a Sunday morning. Big mistake! At least a dozen tables were unoccupied. The hostess took our names and told us (2 people) to wait outside. There were at least 15 others waiting outside. She said they had two "big parties" come in before us and she didn't want to overwhelm the servers. I understand that businesses are short handed right now but businesses need to improve their customer service right now instead of making their customers want to go elsewhere. Folks could have been seated and told they would need to wait awhile for service. Not sent "outside", where there is no seating and very little shade in front of the restaurant door.
