They were packed this pass Friday evening, and after eating, it was no surprise why they were! The food was fresh, hot and my omelette with gluten free pancakes was awesome! My mom wanted her favorite IHOP burger for her birthday, we had such a great time coming here. We were welcomed by staff and promptly seated. Irene A. waited on us, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant was clean and had a few tables enjoying dinner. Three in our party had burgers, one tried the shrimp fries and tomato soup, and I had the chicken biscuit sandwich. It was very good, chicken was crispy and the biscuit was buttery and delicious. Well how can I say this not what I remember service was ok and the pancakes were good butter whipped was frozen why whip it and then freeze it. The soda was a bit flat and that is not great for taste. and the sausage was cold not hot seems that it is like a buffet we did not have to wait long like two minutes so all premade food maybe why sausage was cold and bacon was hard we wanted soft bacon. the table had a wobble to it but not bad... I wish it could be better so I hope a little better Quality might help slow the service down a bit make it right not fast bad. We were in the area and decided to have breakfast at iHop. We were seated rather quickly for a party of 4 and brought out water, coffee, and tea. I haven't been to iHop in a while and was pleasantly surprised to see breakfast biscuits and a variety of benedicts offered on the menu. The service was super fast and prompt and the food came out fresh and hot. There was also ample parking in its lot, so no need to hunt for a street park. I always loved IHOP and it's been few years since my last visit they definitely changed the menu for the best. Love the new items that were added gives more options to choose from. I came here with my family on a snowy Saturday and we sat right away. The service was good and the place was clean. We got our food right away too and everything was so good. I had the steak omelette with pancakes and it was so tasty with a lot of food. The bathroom was clean which was impressive for an ihop lol. My experience at this IHOP wasn't too bad! I came for Sunday brunch so I expected a long wait since other locations would have tons of parties waiting for a table but it only took about 10 minutes to be seated. There's a parking lot beside the restaurant and even with parking, I only waited about 5 minutes. There are lots of servers but service was kind of slow. It was hard to get their attention which was expected since it was busy but they were very nice! I love IHOP for their pancakes and I always have to get something that would let me have a side of pancakes so I opted for the country fried steak which came with 2 eggs and hash browns along with 2 pancakes. The country fried steak was delicious! It was so tender and juicy on the inside and fried perfectly on the outside. I like that they gave the gravy on the side so it kept the steak crispy! The hash browns are another favorite side and it had a great crispy outer layer. The pancakes are always so soft, fluffy and delicious! I also like their new line of burgers so I got the jalapeño kick burger which was actually really good! It was juicy and had a great crunch from the crispy bacon and tomatoes. The slight kick of heat from the jalapeños also added a great flavor contrast. Plus, I added one of my eggs in it and it just made it even better! The fries were pretty mediocre. They don't give a lot of them and they weren't too crispy either. There's the option of having fries or hash browns so I recommend choosing hash browns instead. Too bad pancakes aren't a side for burgers. IHOP is definitely one of the most classic breakfast/brunch spots for me but they also serve other entrees as well, which often come with a side of pancakes too. service was awful, this women was going to be our server but she got mad we took a bit of time to get all the orders right since we were a party of 8 and so she stopped helping us and had us waiting for 20 mins until we called someone else because we saw her picking up plates instead of coming to us again to take the order after we called her various times. Came for national pancake day which is usually the only time i really go but i love their fluffy pancakes! Short stack is just the right amount and not too heavy or thick which is what i like. Been here a buncha times since high school too since its pretty chill here and not many places in manhasset to eat. Ordered more food got the tuscana chicken crepe which sounded soo good but pretty disappointed. Didn't taste that great and the crepe was not thin like a real crepe. Brother got basically a meat lovers omlette he said it wasn't bad. Decent for the money i guess since you getting more meat. Dad got the breakfast special for 55+ of like 2 eggs, sausage, wheat toast and a soup. Generic nothing to complain about. Honestly my fav thing we ate besides the pancakes were the hash browns haha nicely fried up. Diff choices of syrup regular, blueberry, strawberry and butter pecan. I just went with the regular which is just sweet enough! We've been to this ihop a few times and had no issues but today will be the last visit unfortunately. Our waitress showed up fairly pleasant and quickly got annoyed because we had questions about items on the menu. Me and the G man were just feeling all IHop(ish) so decided to head to breakfast time. Nicole was our waitress today and she has been our waitress in a previous visit and she is pretty awesome. Nicole comes back to the table to check on how your doing and never seems annoyed if you need anything extra. There is nothing truly amazing about the food here...its average at best. But the food is served hot, the place is clean and the service is great. My favorite location! The staff is generally nice and will get to you fairly fast and accommodate specific requests. As far as ambiance goes it's an IHOP so don't be surprised if you get sat next to the table with the screaming kids. Generally clean. Food is really good, I usually stick to pancakes or waffles with bacon (pork or turkey) and have even tried the chicken fingers and fries once in awhile. I never been to this location so my friend Andrea G. popped my cherry today ::wink::! The parking lot was super packed when we arrived. I went inside to see how long is the wait for a table and the girl with the clipboard mentioned it was less than 5 mins. She gave me a nice tip about parking next door at the funeral home. That was so convenient and my friend did an U turn over to the funeral home. Definitely plenty of parking spaces towards the back so be kind to the funeral home's customers and don't park in the spaces at the entrance. We cut through the little path between the tree brushes. I already knew what I wanted when I spotted the picture of Chicken & Pumpkin Spice Waffle *hubba hubba*! When it was time to order, our server told me that there was no more pumpkin batter and I frowned like a little girl. She took my friend's order of Spinach & Mushroom Omelette + a stack of Original Buttermilk Pancakes with a pot of decaf coffee. My eyes were fixated on the festive flavors menu but I ended up getting a combo of Sunny Side-Up Eggs + 2 Slices of Bacon + Berries & Cream Belgian Waffle. Not bad for what it is. I have to admit this is the best IHOP I have ever been to. I went here to make my girlfriend happy because I have had only bad experiences at IHOP's before. But I have to admit this place was pretty darn well run. Also I didn't feel sick after, so that's a plus. We went on Halloween, which is a weird day to go to IHOP, but it was nice. The waiters and waitresses were all dressed up in individual costumes. There was even a box to leave a vote on who wore the best costume. Have to admit it was a nice touch. The only negative is I had to wait a long time for coffee. The only reason I went is because I wanted to drink a bunch of coffee and it didn't come until halfway through the meal. But, it was busy and Halloween so they get a pass. I can understand its a rough day. They still have the non-maple syrup, "syrups made out of high fructose corn syrup". I love IHOP. Great family place and full menu, something for everyone. This visit we tried the red velvet pancakes. They were very sweet as I figured. Lucky I didn't do a stack, just two. My kids love the rooty Jr kids menu where you choose what meat and toppings you like besides your egg. And they serve Kraft macaroni and cheese if you're not wanting breakfast. Lol My favorite breakfast is the meat lovers omelet and side of hash browns, the skinny fried potato shreds. I also like their patty shaped hash browns as well. I love potatoes what can I say. My hubby likes that this place is economical and great menu selections. Only thing is the long wait times. But it moves pretty quickly if you don't go at a bad time. Try to get there before noon. We currently order from this specific IHOP daily since the world epidemic. I have to say I never thought IHOP was known for there eggs but there fantastic . So fresh and tasty .. the turkey bacon is delicious, never over cooked and let's talk about there hash browns for a minute.. can you say the best !! Always crispy on top , soft on the bottom and no one needs to mention the pancakes .. wow fluffy and yummy ! There coffee is very frI am super happy with them and we will continue to order from them daily . So to sum up my answer .. IHOP is fire and always on point and we love it so much . read more

Arrived here in the morning at 10:00am for some breakfast. They have a ton of different flavors for their pancake combos. I got the Mexican churro pancakes as seen below. The food was really good and it's very filling so be sure to come here with an appetite! I was very happy with the service and friendliness by the staff and I will be sure to return to this location.
