Came in tonight around 9pm. Only maybe 10 folks in the entire restaurant. Waitress took our drink order and returned with our drinks. After not returning for 25 minutes we decided to go elsewhere. Asked how much for the drinks. $ 3.19 due. Not to fault the waitress because she later said it was her 1st night. Manager came out to cash register and told her yes charge for the drinks. I had the chicken fried steak with eggs and a hash brown, and surprisingly it was very good and it came with pancakes to round it off. It was a quite pleasing meal. I was contemplating between a two and three star review decided on a three-star review but honestly it's about a 2.75 review. Food was great came out fresh and hot everything was as ordered and family was happy. I have a family member who has worked at IHOP since they began in the '60s. My family member is a general manager and has served many IHOP locations all over the States. Because of this I've had my fair share of meals served at IHOP. This location is definitely one of the worst locations as far as staff goes. Swedish crepes with scrambled eggs hash browns and bacon and sausage. Everything was absolutely yummy and cooked perfectly to what I had asked for. Strawberries and cream crepes with an order of scrambled eggs crispy bacon and crispy hash brown. This was child approved and she finished her complete meal. Spicy omelette with beef, vegetables and avocado. This was husband approved and he really enjoyed it. This had Serrano Chilis in it and they were delicious and you could definitely tell they were a part of the omelette. Now here's the reason for the 2.75 stars. Wait staff was super slow. Had no rush for anything and another staff member had to bring us our food plates. I had ordered Dr Pepper to drink and the first cup was great staff member brought me a second cup and I noticed that it was way darker than the first. I took a sip and immediately spit it out as it was absolutely disgusting. Of course are staff member was nowhere to be found so I flagged down a staff member to let him know that there was a problem with my drink. He apologized and told me that they started cleaning out the drink area and that Dr Pepper should not have been served me at all. I noticed that instead of actually serving customers a lot of the wait staff seemed more interested in gossiping amongst themselves. read more

Tonight's experience was terrible . Food was cold - cheese was not even melted on omelette- I understand that the heat lamp was not working but find another way to heat the food. The waitress Bridgett was not friendly and a bit rude. Really didn't appreciate the fact that she went and talked shit about the interaction she had with me at the table. Also you could hear the wait staff complaining about how much they hate their job in the kitchen. Trust me the customers are aware. This is the worst IHOP around. I normally like IHOP. But this particular location is terrible, the food is either burnt, incomplete order, or wrong altogether! The wait staff is clueless and most of time they're rude. The restaurant is filthy the floors are always sticky and there are tons of dishes left on random tables. My family & I went here last night w/ a party consisting of at least 13 people. We didn't have to wait very long at all before we were seated. Our waiter was this guy named Gabe who has been working there for 6 years. We have had him as a waiter before. He is so awesome, he remembered all of our drink & food orders from memory & even correctly repeated them back to each of us!! He's very friendly! I got the loaded potato & bacon soup and half pot roast melt sandwich which had the perfect amount of flavor! Also, the Dr. Pepper was completely awesome!! I've been going to this IHOP for my entire life but recently there is a manager/supervisor that works Sunday nights has been giving us attitude every time we check out. Today at the counter, the cashier made a mistake and instead of fixing it the man at the register started shouting at us in frustration. When we asked for the manager, she wasn't much better. We have had problems with her in the past and today she kept muttering to herself as she tried to fix the mistake. At one point she said "how am I supposed to fix this?" I suggested a solution, to which she replied, "yeah I understand that, let me work." She has also refused to take coupons and gift cards in the past and always blames the customer. We've never heard the words "I'm sorry" from her mouth. Just very unfortunate considering that we love the food and our waitress was lovely. read more

This review is obviously for the service at this specific location, because IHOP is universally delicious and consistent in blowing your socks off. We came here yesterday to celebrate a friend's birthday. We came around 10am and we weren't kept waiting very long. The waitstaff is efficient, friendly, and they are keen to keep the tables moving as quickly as possible. Our waitress Megan was super friendly and even brought out the IHOP birthday song after listening in on our conversation about our friend's birthday, so she was attentive and took really good care of us :) read more

Wife tried to return for refund, told not company policy. Contacted district manager on Monday, told no refund policy. When IHOP is good it is spot on and staff is on point. I got the worst service from Cody while ordering food to go. When I complained that I ordered 2 sides of 4 pieces of bacon and an additional 2 pieces bacon and I only received 6 pieces.
